I did not find which one directory is your WP installation because all of themes have the store theme inside but none of the themes do not suit the list of themes in the Dashboard. So, I updated the theme via Dashboard and did not face any problems.

They have issues with the sliders after the plugin update https://wordpress.org/support/topic/conflict-with-elementor-image-carousel/#post-14668770 They will fix it in the next update we suppose. Follow the instructions from plugin author or disable plugin.

1) I sent archive to import slider to your registration email. Import slider and then edit it and choose the products you want to show in the Content section of the slider settings.

This issue could happen if something goes wrong during saving of theme options to DB and system loads default options. We would recommend you do theme options backup from time to time (Theme Options > Import/Export > Export).
