check the related product in product detail page
1. 4th column product hidden in right side not fully visible
2. hover related products slider double arrow displayed

Hello,

Do you use Jetpack plugin? They have issues with the sliders after the plugin update https://wordpress.org/support/topic/v9-9-breaks-elementor-carousel-image-widget/ They will fix it in the next update we suppose. Follow the instructions from plugin author or disable plugin.
