1) Do you mean that you want to show add to cart button on hover only? Go to Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop > Product style and choose the hover effect – Buttons on hover.

2) WooCommerce Product Add-ons plugin generate issue while adding to cart even with the Storefront theme https://prnt.sc/1if4bmx So, contact plugin author to fix the issue. If plugin is disabled add to cart works fine.

Do you have any js errors in the console?

We did not study third-party plugins options, so can’t give you suggestions about that.
We have XStore AMP plugin, (XStore > Plugin Installer). It is created to render the page faster by only loading the text, media, simple styles without scripts, and many styles that Elementor or WPBakery plugin generate, so it supports the Home page and WooCommerce pages (because pages come with simple styles and texts) and does not support pages created Elementor/WPBakery.

So, you may install, test, and check for yourself which one is more suitable for you.
