I added the “Buy Now” button and changed its color to RED and published. But the changes doesn’t show.

Probably it’s browser or plugin cache. Clear the browser cache https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/clear-cache/cppjkneekbjaeellbfkmgnhonkkjfpdn and check after that.
