    So, connect to your site via FTP and remove /wp-content/fonts/lato folder. After that go to Theme Options > Typography > choose the Lato font in settings and save options. Check your font after that.

    It’s not the server error log. It looks like that a local log but we need a server error log.
    And update PHP on your site, please, https://prnt.sc/1qbomta

    Problem on your site looks like PHP memory or max length issue. Because once I remove the footer and half of the page content, save it then site displays. If I add any additional elements again (no matter what elements) then page is blank again. So, looks like some resources limit is reached. Server error logs will help to understand which one. So, contact your hosting provider to get that log file with the full list of the errors that happen on your site.

    Instagram is ok as I can see https://prnt.sc/1qakgba Once you change the images limit then go to XStore > Authorization APIs and refresh Instagram to clear the Instagram cache.

    2) Two elements did not have a product category and it caused that fatal error. Don’t add the element if you don’t plan to show the category because the Massive Addons plugin generates the error in this case.

    Upload XStore theme translation files to /wp-content/languages/themes/ and XStore core plugin translation files to /wp-content/languages/plugins.

    Sorry. We are still working on this issue. It’s caused by LQip option. So, you can go to Theme Options > Speed optimization > Change Image loading type to Lazy load till we fix the problem.

    I just enabled JS optimization in the cache plugin settings https://prnt.sc/1qaem2b
    Disabling of these options only slows down the score. I suppose that you had a better result before our changes because you have JS error that did not allow normal loading of the images and other elements, so the page was almost empty and that’s why a good score was there. But once the page loading all the elements that it should then the score is slower.
    You may try the NitroPack plugin to get better google speed and GTmetrix results.

    Sorry for the misunderstanding. We checked the Subscriptio plugin code and found that plugin prevents using of custom templates. We contacted the plugin authors and asked them to improve the plugin code to allow using of the customized templates. Waiting for the plugin author reply.
