1) Install the Loco Translate plugin to edit translations and go to Loco Translate > Plugins > WooCommerce > edit the Additional Information string translation.

As you can see from the error logs you have 2 types of errors:
1) Memory limit error

2) Error of the Litespeed cache plugin

So, contact your hosting provider to increase the memory limit and also Litespeed cache plugin author.

Could you, please, tell me where you marked that? Because WooCommerce does not have the option to mark the product as a bestseller by default. Do you use any additional plugin for these purposes? Provide a screenshot of the option that you used.
By default, best seller products are top sold products on your site and you can’t control it because it’s based on sales.

So, you need to choose the variations before adding a product to the cart, that’s why once you click “Buy now” button page scrolled up to the variations area. The simple product could be added to the cart directly from the sticky panel. That is the difference.
