Bing Will Not Index – HTML Size Too Long

My WP site running XStore will not index in Bing. Every page shows up with an error in the Site Scanner and URL Inspection that the “HTML is too long.” I have purchased a quality cache plugin and ensured that everything is being minified, but the problem remains. More detail from Bing is below.

“Evaluated size of HTML is estimated to be over 125 KB and risks not being fully cached. Search engines may not fully acquire the content on a page if the page is contains a lot of code. Extraneous code can push the content down in the page source making it harder for a search engine crawler to get to. A soft limit of 125 KB is used for guidance to ensure all content & links are available in the page source to be cached by the crawler. This basically means if the page size is too big, a search engine may not be able to get all of the content or may end up not fully caching it.”

Access to the WP dashboard is attached. As for “the panel where you have the mentioned issue”, could you please be more specific? Are you referring to the Bing Webmaster Tools portal, or something else? Thank you!

Hello,

Yes, I’m talking about Bing Webmaster Tools account or where do you test that? Or if it’s possible add our email 8themes@gmail.com to list of developers to allow us to check the errors you have.

Hi Olga,
I tried to add that email to my account, but it returns the error “User with this email does not exist. Please sign up on Bing Webmaster Tools with this email and try again.”

Hello,

We enabled optimization settings in theme options but 195KB is the minimum that we could get for the home page. We don’t have more options to reduce the size from the theme side, unfortunately.
