Problem with Redis Object Cache menu breaks

Hello, I activate the Redis Object Cache plugin for better perfomance and speed on my clients eshop but when the plugin is activated the menu which is made with static block it breaks and it does not look ok so I need to disable the plugin Redis Object Cache. Do you know if your theme / plugins are not compatible with this plugin Redis Object Cache ?

Hello,

Could you, please, provide us with WP Dashboard access to your site to check theme settings that you use and plugin settings? We’ll check if it’s possible to make the theme work with that plugin.

Hello,

I don’t see the mentioned plugin in your dashboard. Have you removed that?
Go to Theme Options > Speed Optimization > disable these 2 options https://prnt.sc/98xZ-Z29wjvo and enable the cache plugin. Check if you have mentioned issue after that.

Hello I activated and setup correctly the plugin and made the settings you told me. The menu it is not a mess but the potitions of menu Icons is not correct it was centered all menu Icons and also the height of sidebar menu get too large in some sections. See my Images included. Can we fix it correctly?

Check now, please. I have deactivated the following option in the Elementor settings https://prnt.sc/Wpmo-zevO08Q and mega menu styles are ok.
