3) You can’t import demo content via FTP. It does not work this way. Demo content could be imported only using WP Import tool. Provide us with WP Dashboard access first to check the 1) issue before we provide XML files to you.

To change the products order go to Theme Options > WooCommerce > Product Catalog > choose the sorting order.
