    Hello,

    You can create contact form using Elementor only if you have Elementor Pro plugin https://elementor.com/help/how-to-create-contact-form/
    Or you can use any other form plugin that suits your needs: Quform, Contact form 7 or any other. Follow the plugin documentation to find the shortcode of the form after form creation.

    I’m not sure about the export of the brands because we are not developers of the plugin that you are talking about but if you want to import brands from the csv file you can use the All WP import plugin.

    Please, numerate your questions to avoid misunderstanding.

    You can disable Ajax add to cart in Theme Settings > WooCommerce > Single product if you are talking about this. Other Ajax requests (for the lazy loading for example) do not slow down the site speed but speed that up instead. You can disable Revolution slider plugin if you don’t use that or replace that with any other slider plugin if you think that it slows down your site a lot.

    2) Could you, please, provide us with a link to the variable product that you tested and faced issues with that?
    Could you, please, clear the CDN cache before that?

    First of all, mobile preview buttons are just previews, it does not mean that the options that you set when you are in the mobile preview that these options apply for the mobile only, nope. Options apply for the mobile if it has a desktop/mobile switcher like this one https://prnt.sc/GI7BEYKJSyD2
    The computed box does not have this switcher, so, the settings you set there are applied for both desktop and mobile. In this case use not px units but vw for example. Also, I will pass the request to add that switcher for the mobile/desktop for the computed box of the single product.

    The same for the WPBakery page builder. Go to Theme Options > General > enable WPBakery Responsive CSS Box-Module option to enable responsive settings for that module https://prnt.sc/JDo6o-oMftuQ

    Provide us with WP Dashboard access to your site to check the AMP version issues.

    System loads that only if you click the XStore Studio icon to import studio sections. Anyway, provide us with WP Dashboard and FTP access to your site and we’ll disable autoloading.

    Our theme has such feature as prev/next post navigation that displays post image and post title https://gyazo.com/6238b29b33a27267fd91dbc630b69fb6
    (get_next_post() and get_previous_post() which are official WordPress functions https://developer.wordpress.org/reference/functions/get_next_post/ and https://developer.wordpress.org/reference/functions/get_previous_post/ )

    We checked the plugin code and found that the Essential grid plugin uses the filter to replace the post thumbnail https://prnt.sc/8X1GZSDKDIaK and it causes the issue because their shortcode and filters are loaded everywhere where we want to get that post as the object. Much better it would be for them to make filters only in cases the shortcode was loaded in the page/post content.

    So, contact the plugin author because we can’t change that from the theme side but probably plugin author should take a look at this.

    So, don’t apply essential grid instead of the post featured images in the post settings https://prnt.sc/T7Tq3BofvRwW

    Or disable prev/next post navigation in theme settings.

    Hello,

    Please, try to disable and enable the WooCommerce plugin. After that check, if PHP session_path is writable.

    We use etheme_added_to_cart_popup function to add to cart. So, if you have the option to add that to exclusions then try that.

    After that add the shortcode of the contact form that you want to show in the request popup or any other content that you want to display there.

    Do you mean that you don’t use the theme built-in brand option but a third-party plugin for the brand? Then you need to contact the plugin author about the mentioned issue. We are able to help only in case issue happens with our built-in option.

    Hello,

    I have checked the server error logs and found that SEO plugin generates the fatal error and then memory limit error appears that caused issue with the Elementor plugin loading https://prnt.sc/X5Nx1o-_1Q_c

    If you disable the theme you just reduce using of the PHP memory but it does not solve the fatal error that comes from SEO plugin. So, could you, please, ask plugin developers to take a look at that error, and fix that. Also, check the list of plugins that you use. You have 52 active plugins. Please, disable plugins that you don’t really need because every additional plugin uses PHP memory and you have problems with that.

    Do you have these errors only on the live site or do you also have the same on the staging site?

    Do you see these errors in the error log only or it does appear while you add to cart product? What product did you add? Because you did not answer that question.

    Hello,

    WordPress does not allow addition of any content to the blog archive page. You can only display Static block before the blog posts or after using Theme Options > Blog > Blog layout > Blog Page Banner Position. That’s all.

    We are very sorry that you fill this way but:
    1) If you build the site for your client and use the theme for his site and it’s activated using your purchase code from your permission and it’s in use it means that this license is transferred to your client, please, read the point 4 of the license policy about building sites for the clients https://themeforest.net/licenses/terms/regular
    We can’t deactivate the license without informing the site owner because we didn’t see your contract with your client etc. As I can see that site has the tel number and email. Can’t you contact them? Do you want that we contact them with this question?

    2) If you want to revoke your license then contact Envato support, please. We do not manage that moment. We just control using of purchase codes on client sites. We can’t revoke the license just from our side. Only Envato support is able to do that.

    3)

    I have used other theme and in this kind of situation they help me out to revoke the theme license and your team is saying you can’t do.

    Have you already faced such a situation many times? How many and with which themes?

    1) But did you see that? Or who see that? What product did you add to the cart once get the error?
    I don’t see the mentioned error in the staging site error logs. What cache system do you use on your production site?

    3) We do understand this but we need to find out what causes the issue. We can’t fix the problem if it appears randomly and if we even do not get the error to check that.
