How long will this take? I need to give feedback to our directors, and saying “the developers are looking into it” is not going to cut it much longer.
I am restoring a backup that I made just before testing right now, so all is in place for testing. Please do not delete the backup of the site.
If you do make changes, please let me know so that I know what to backup and what not to.

Also, on faithly, the theme isn’t even active anymore. I changed to hello elementor AFTER deactivating the product code.
And, yes, I know envato only allows one license, hence why I have about 8!

So, if that works, does it means we cannot/shouldn’t use any other third party plugins that do no come with XStore?
The update that was released fixed it, but only after a week. How do we stop this from happening again? I do not want to lose orders again.
The problem is with the XStore Core plugin itself. Stop blaming your customers guys. There are multiple of the same issues logged – does not seem like you guys are taking responsibility for the XStore Core plugin being faulty.
Your updates should be stable enough for us not to have a staging site first. Not everyone has that level of hosting access.
I am now rolling back to a backup. If you want to see the problem in action, you will have to contact me and I will need to put the site in maintenance mode, and make a backup first BEFORE ANY changes are done by you. That is why I cannot give you an FTP or login details.

Hi, I cannot raise a new ticket/topic on here as it does not recognize any of my 4 licenses that show I still have 167 days of support left. I have an error on my Xstore theme, which I need assistance with. If I search for a product, the product archive has an “after shop loop” that shows up, which I cannot figure out where to turn off.
