    Hi,

    It seems a JavaScript conflict, can you try update all the plugin you’re using? Also go to Ultimate -> Modules -> Woocomposer disable this addon and after that clear your cache and see that fixes the loading part.

    if that didn’t help, try disable all the plugins except woocommerce, and try activate one by one to find the faulty plugin.

    Let us know,

    Thanks,
    laranz.

    Hi,

    For newer theme version, go to 8theme options -> E-Commerce -> Shop -> Sale Icon Text = You can change the text from the theme option itself, no need to edit that in the code, or translate.

    Thanks,

    Hi,

    Don’t edit the theme files directly, instead you can easily use the translate function to change that text, check this kb article: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-translation/base-theme-translation/

    Hi,

    1. Can you give us the steps to recreate the issue, I tried to add the product to the cart it gives all sorts of error. It seems the woocommerce error not the theme’s fault, try switching the theme to storefront woocommerce default theme and do the same, if that shows the same error then, we need to do something like this, https://mikejolley.com/2013/12/20/problems-with-cart-sessions-and-woocommerce/ or this https://businessbloomer.com/woocommerce-solving-cart-empty-issue/

    2. Can you try update all the free plugins including redux framework to latest version, then try to install the latest version of the theme? If that fails, Can you pass us the FTP login details too, I will update that for you.

    Let us know,

    Thanks,
    laranz.

    Hi,

    Try this Custom CSS in Theme Options,

    .breadcrumbs-type-8:not(.home) .header-wrapper {
        position: relative;
    }

    After that, try clearing the browsers cache.

    Hi,

    Just in case update the theme to its latest version.

    It is just weird I just compare to products backend, and all looks okay but something stopped it being displaying the image, can you delete the CLA Burn and then copy the STIMbae product and make the necessary edits to make it to CLA Burn and see how it goes.

    Let us know,

    Thanks,

    Hi,

    If you want something like the screenshot you shared in the question, user the header type 17 or 18 in Theme Options -> Header Types.

    If you choose static block, then insert a logo in the static box itself.

    Hi,

    1. We don’t have anything coded in to the theme like that, can you try disable all the plugins and see that fixes the issue? Make sure none of the plugin added that or double check your child theme.

    2. Did you correctly set that up? https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/1009612?hl=en again it is not a theme’s issue. Make sure all the settings are right, and no plugins interference.

    Let us know,

    Thanks,

    Hi,

    The “Projects” is taken from the Custom Portfolio types name, so try to change that in the POT. If that didn’t work, use this Code snippet in functions.php of your child theme.

    function wp1482371_custom_post_type_args( $args, $post_type ) {
        if ( $post_type == "etheme_portfolio" ) {
            $args['labels']['name'] = 'Portfolio';
        }

        return $args;
    }
    add_filter( 'register_post_type_args', 'wp1482371_custom_post_type_args', 20, 2 );

    Change the Portfolio to your desired name.

    Let us know,

    Thanks,
    laranz.

    Hi,

    1. Use the child theme for code edits.
    2. Copy content-portfolio.php from parent theme to child theme, and edit line #58 from this,

    <h3><a href="<?php the_permalink(); ?>"><?php the_title(); ?></a></h3>

    to

    <h3><a href="<?php the_permalink(); ?>"><?php echo substr(get_the_title(), 0, 55); ?></a></h3>

    or use any other your other techniques you mentioned in the question.

    2. The second snippet for category truncate is for admin screen only, 54th line is for displaying the category, you can customize it in the content-portfolio.php

    Let us know,

    Thanks,
    laranz.

    Hi,

    1. No, by default it loads all the portfolio items in the portfolio page, we can’t able to filter that on page load.
    2. You can use this Custom CSS in Theme Options,

    .portfolio-item .posted-in a:nth-child(n+2) { display: none; }

    it will hide the second category.

    Hi,

    These are the CSS selectors and their default values, you can customize it according to your needs.

    .page-content {
        margin-bottom: 30px;
    }

    .btn.big, .button.big, .subscription-toggle, .bag-total-table .large-btn {
    	padding: 0 28px;
    }

    .portfolio-filters li {
    	margin: 0 2px 20px;
    }

    .portfolio-filters {
        margin-bottom: 40px;
    }
