Woocommerce Cart Page Shows No Quantity Field For Items

As stated in the title, my cart page for woocommerce has an empty field where the quantity field should be.

Hi,

Sorry please try the new credentials listed below. We were able to fix the quantity error.

There is a different error though with product image thumbnails not loading correctly for woocommerce.

Please check out our site as the product thumbnails show an empty picture but the photo still loads in the main view.

Just wanted to provide a quick update regarding this situation, the error only occurs with the “slider for gallery thumbnails” enabled.

Hello,

Update your theme to version 4.0. You are using the cache plugin. Please, clean the cache and check again.

Hi there,

After updating to the latest theme,

the ‘related products’ widget at the bottom of the cart page no longer works properly. it seems to be stuck in an ajax call and just shows the spinning widget endlessly.

Also, is it possible to show the same side category navigation that is present on the woocommerce shop catalogue view mode in the single product page view? When i try to change the layout the sidebar defaults to the search widget.

Hello,

1) Related products looked bad because of the CDN option, CDN cached the old versions of the files and makes the problem. We made a lot of changes in theme files, scripts that’s why you need to clear cache and CDN if you use it to make site works ok with the new version.
2) You can manage single product sidebar widgets from Appearance > Widgets > Single Product Sidebar.

Hi,

On mobile version of the theme there is no option for customers to enter in order notes at the checkout screen. Is there anyway to fix this?

the product gallery slider now has this error:

Hi,

1. I tried to view the mobile layout and the Order notes is shown, http://take.ms/QCUJY is that not shown in your end? Can you share some screenshots?
2. I tried the product gallery and it works without any issue, it didn’t show any error https://herbapproach.com/product/green-crack/ or I am looking at the wrong gallery, if so, can you you point us to the right page?

After AJAX add to cart the shop page should not be refreshed. Please check our demo. If on you site you face such problem, please try to disable 3rd party plugins.
