    Dear @amiseo,

    We have conducted a review of your website and observed that there are currently 37 active plugins. We have identified a couple of issues that may be impacting the performance of your site, along with our recommendations for resolving them:

    1. **Backend Performance**: The slow loading of the backend may be attributed to the third-party plugins installed on your site. We advise deactivating all non-essential third-party plugins that are not included in the XStore theme package. A list of plugins that are part of the XStore package can be found here: [Included Plugins](https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/). After deactivating the unnecessary plugins, please clear your browser’s cache and verify if the performance issue persists. This is an important step as third-party plugins can often lead to conflicts.

    2. **Frontend Performance**: Regarding the slow frontend, we recommend adjusting some settings in the WP-Rocket plugin, which could enhance your site’s loading speed. Please consider implementing the following settings:
    – [Delay JavaScript Execution](https://docs.wp-rocket.me/article/1349-delay-javascript-execution)
    – [Remove Unused CSS](https://docs.wp-rocket.me/article/1529-remove-unused-css)

    We hope these recommendations will assist in improving the performance of your website. Should you require further assistance or have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Dear @nebcreative,

    We hope this message finds you well. We would like to inform you that issues with file integrity often occur if the update page is exited prematurely or if the application page is closed abruptly during an update process.

    Additionally, these issues may sometimes be related to server timeouts.

    Thank you for your attention to this matter.

    Dear @Mario :),

    We have noticed an issue that appears to occur when using the older sections of Elementor. We recommend transitioning to the new container model to enhance functionality and avoid any potential problems.

    For detailed guidance on how to make this change, please visit: [https://elementor.com/help/convert-existing-sections-to-containers](https://elementor.com/help/convert-existing-sections-to-containers).

    Dear @carliczyk,

    We recommend utilizing the following hook for your implementation: after_etheme_product_grid_list_product_element_title.

    Please integrate the custom code as outlined below:

    add_action( 'after_etheme_product_grid_list_product_element_title', 'pedro_add_acf_field_to_product_loop', 15 );
    function pedro_add_acf_field_to_product_loop() {
        global $product;

        // Retrieve the product ID
        $product_id = $product->get_id();

        // Fetch the ACF field value
        $product_highlight = get_field('product_highlight', $product_id);

        // If the ACF field value exists, display it
        if (!empty($product_highlight)) {
            echo esc_html($product_highlight);
        }
    }

    Please implement this code and inform us about the results at your earliest convenience.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team.

    Hi @Abhijit,

    Please try with this hooks instead:

    add_action('after_etheme_product_grid_list_product_element_title', 'show_weight', 20);
    add_action('woocommerce_before_add_to_cart_form', 'show_weight', 20);

    function show_weight() {
    	global $product;

    	// Ensure $product is defined on category/archive pages
    	if ( ! is_object( $product ) ) {
    		$product = wc_get_product( get_the_ID() );
    	}

    	$weight_unit = get_option('woocommerce_weight_unit');

    	if ( $product->has_weight() ) {
    		echo '<p><strong>Weight: ' . esc_html( $product->get_weight() . ' ' . $weight_unit ) . '</strong></p>';
    	}
    }

    To enhance your checkout page, we recommend using Gutenberg instead of Elementor. For detailed guidance on customizing your checkout page, please visit the following link: [WooCommerce Checkout Block Customization](https://woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-store-editing/customizing-cart-and-checkout/checkout-block/).

    Hi @Vijith,

    Currently, it’s impossible right now.

    If you set the max-height & add the scroll bar to the department menu. The static block will be hidden because of the overflow CSS attribute.

    Dear Vijith,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    We kindly request your assistance in adding the following custom CSS code to implement two scroll bars beneath the static block columns:

    .menu-static-block.nav-sublist-dropdown section.elementor-inner-section > .elementor-container > .elementor-column {
        max-height: 500px;
        overflow-y: scroll;
    }

    Please note, at present, it is not feasible to introduce a scrollbar to the categories list without obscuring the static block.

    Dear @Ajay Suwalka,

    We hope this message finds you well. We have encountered an issue while navigating certain pages on your website(it appears randomly NOT always). Specifically, we are receiving a server-side error, which can be viewed at the following link: https://prnt.sc/j89WXMMHqrcI.

    Additionally, we would like to bring to your attention that the speed of AJAX operations for adding to and updating the cart is contingent upon the server’s response time and the database structure. Our theme sends requests to your database and waits for a response. If the response time is slow, we recommend contacting your hosting provider to discuss potential improvements in server response times, as this is beyond our control.

    Thank you for your attention to these matters. We look forward to your prompt action to resolve these issues.

    Dear Blink,

    We hope this message finds you well. We kindly request your assistance in updating all your plugins to their latest versions.

    Should the issue persist post-update, we recommend deactivating all third-party plugins that are not part of the XStore theme package. You can find a list of the included plugins at the following link: [Included Plugins](https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/). Once these plugins have been deactivated, please clear your browser’s cache and check if the issue remains. This step is crucial as third-party plugins can often cause conflicts.

    Please let us know the outcome of these actions.

    Best regards,
    The 8Theme Team
