    Hi @DebbieC,

    Sorry for the late response because of the weekend.

    Here is the video we checked on the produtc cateogory page with the filter colors are black & red. As you can see in the video, the products are showing on both black & red color:

    On the second part of the video (on the tiffanyhart website), you have clearly demonstrated exactly what I am saying – that only ONE colour filter can be active at any one time.

    Please change the dropdown into multi select colors same as on swankypins website then check again.
