    Dear @montse,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    We would like to kindly suggest updating the header on the front page by adding containers around the logo, navigation menu, and other elements such as the cart, account, and wishlist icons. This adjustment will help ensure that all header components are displayed correctly, particularly on mobile devices.

    For your reference, please see the following screenshots illustrating the recommended layout:

    Dear Youcef,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    It appears that one of the third-party plugins may have overridden the default text of the checkout button. To resolve this issue, we have added the following custom code to the functions.php file located in your child theme:

    add_filter('woocommerce_order_button_text', 'n2t_woocommerce_order_button_text', 100);
    function n2t_woocommerce_order_button_text(){
        return 'Commander';
    }

    As a result, the checkout button text is now displaying correctly.

    Could you please take a moment to review the changes?

    Dear Filip,

    Thank you for your patience, and please accept our apologies for the delayed response.

    Upon thoroughly reviewing the settings of the WooCommerce PDF Invoice plugin, we have confirmed that, at this time, there is no built-in option available to modify the number or filename of the Proforma Invoice.

    Implementing such a change would require extensive custom development, which unfortunately falls outside the scope of our standard support services.

    We highly encourage you to share your suggestion on our Taskboard at https://www.8theme.com/taskboard/. If your idea receives sufficient interest from other users, our development team will gladly consider it for inclusion in a future update.

    For any advanced customizations beyond the default features, we invite you to submit a request through our Customization Panel at https://www.8theme.com/account/#etheme_customization_panel. Please note that customization services may incur additional charges.

    Should you have any further questions or need additional assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.

    Dear @Aamir,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    Please be advised that replying to your own topics may result in them being moved to the bottom of the support queue. We kindly recommend waiting for a response from our team to ensure your request is addressed in a timely manner.

    Regarding the Linked Variation Products feature, it is currently displayed in a grid format by default. Implementing a slider carousel layout would require extensive custom development and is not supported out of the box.

    We highly encourage you to share your suggestion on our Taskboard at https://www.8theme.com/taskboard/. If your idea receives sufficient interest from other users, our development team will carefully consider it for inclusion in a future update.

    For any additional customization needs beyond the default functionality, we invite you to submit a request through our Customization Panel at https://www.8theme.com/account/#etheme_customization_panel. Please note that customization services may incur additional charges.

    Dear @anli75,

    To ensure that the primary category for all your products is set to “Auto,” please add the following code to the functions.php file located in your child theme:

    add_filter('get_post_metadata', 'n2t_get_post_metadata', 999, 5);
    function n2t_get_post_metadata($value, $object_id, $meta_key, $single, $meta_type){

    Dear @soulaiman,

    We kindly recommend that you temporarily deactivate all third-party plugins that are not included with the XStore theme. You can find the list of officially supported plugins here: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/. Once you have done this, please clear your browser cache and check if the issue persists.

    If the problem continues, we suggest switching to the Parent theme, especially if you are currently using a Child theme. After switching and clearing the cache, please test the site again.

    Additionally, we recommend performing the same test using the default WooCommerce theme, Storefront. This will help determine whether the issue is related to custom code within your Child theme.

    Please let us know the outcome of these tests so we can assist you further.

    Dear @Loja do Bordado,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    It has come to our attention that the W3 Total Cache plugin may be causing the mobile version of your website’s header to appear on desktop devices. This issue is likely related to the plugin’s caching configuration or a potential conflict with your theme’s mobile-first design approach.

    To help you resolve this matter, we recommend the following troubleshooting steps:

    1. Disable Mobile Content Optimization:

    – Review your theme settings:
    Some themes include built-in mobile optimization features. Please navigate to Appearance > Theme Options in your WordPress dashboard and disable any mobile-specific settings that may be affecting the desktop display.

    – Adjust W3 Total Cache settings:
    If you are using W3 Total Cache for mobile optimization, go to Performance > Mobile and disable the mobile content optimization option.

    2. Clear the Cache:

    – Purge all caches:
    Navigate to Performance > Purge All Caches and click on “Purge All Caches” to remove any outdated cached data.

    – Clear your browser cache:
    We also recommend clearing your browser cache and refreshing the page to ensure you are viewing the most recent version of your site.

    3. Configure W3 Total Cache for Mobile:

    – Enable User Agent Groups:
    If you are not using AMP, you may enable both High and Low User Agent Groups in the W3 Total Cache settings. This will allow the plugin to create separate caches for mobile and desktop users.

    – Select the appropriate theme:
    Ensure that the correct theme is selected from the dropdown menu so that a unique cache is generated for each user agent group.

    4. Check for Theme Conflicts:

    – Temporarily disable the plugin:
    If the issue persists, try deactivating the W3 Total Cache plugin temporarily. If the problem is resolved, it may indicate a conflict between the plugin and your theme.

    – Review XStore theme’s cache settings:
    In such cases, you may need to adjust your theme’s caching options to prevent conflicts with W3 Total Cache.

    5. Debug W3 Total Cache:

    – Enable Page Cache Debug:
    Go to Performance > General Settings and enable the Page Cache Debug option to access detailed logs of the caching process.

    – Review the logs:
    Examine the logs to identify any potential issues related to caching that may be contributing to the display problem.

    By following the steps above, you should be able to determine the root cause of the issue and implement an effective solution.
