    Dear @vlk,

    Thank you for reaching out.

    At this time, it is not possible to implement the requested change through alternative means. Any modifications must be made directly within the following file:
    /wp-content/plugins/et-core-plugin/app/controllers/shortcodes/banner.php

    We kindly encourage you to submit your suggestion on our Taskboard at https://www.8theme.com/taskboard/. If your idea receives sufficient support from other users, our development team will thoroughly consider its inclusion in a future update.

    Should you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Dear @tov,

    We kindly suggest trying the following solution: create a container with two columns. In the left-hand column, you may include heading and text elements followed by a button. The right-hand column can contain an image element.

    Let us know if it works.

    Dear @tov,

    Thank you for your inquiry.

    The layout you are referring to can indeed be created using the Elementor Builder. To achieve this, please follow these steps:

    1. Create a new page in your WordPress dashboard.
    2. Edit the newly created page using Elementor.
    3. Add containers to the page—each section of your layout should be placed within its own Elementor container.

    For the text elements, you can use the “Icon List” widget available in Elementor. This will allow you to replicate the style shown in your reference.

    For your convenience, please refer to the following screenshots for visual guidance:

    Dear @Bas Kling,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    While reviewing the debug.log file, we identified the following error:

    [10-Jun-2025 13:00:12 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 20480 bytes) in /www/voyeurxb2c_832/public/wp-content/plugins/elementor/includes/managers/controls.php on line 815
    [10-Jun-2025 13:00:12 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 20480 bytes) in /www/voyeurxb2c_832/public/wp-includes/class-wp-fatal-error-handler.php on line 76

    This indicates that the current PHP memory limit (256MB) has been exceeded.

    To resolve this issue, we kindly recommend contacting your hosting provider to increase the PHP memory limit to at least 2GB. Alternatively, you may try disabling some third-party plugins and check if the issue persists.

    Please let us know if you need any further assistance.

    Dear @tov,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    We would like to clarify that the /blog/ page was provided merely as an example for the Post Archive layout. You are under no obligation to use it, and you are welcome to remove the blog page if it is not required for your project.

    To achieve the category styling as shown in your screenshot, please use the following custom CSS code:

    .widget_categories ul {
        display: flex;
        gap: 10px;
    }

    .widget_categories ul li {
        width: auto;
    }

    .widget_categories ul li a {
        padding: 8px 16px !important;
        border-radius: 50px;
        border: 1px solid #000;
    }

    .widget_categories ul li a:hover {
        color: #fff;
        background-color: #000;
    }

    Dear @Allen Diginet,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    1. Regarding the modal/popup containing the QR codes, we kindly recommend reviewing the following article: https://elementor.com/academy/create-a-button-to-trigger-an-onclick-popup-in-wordpress/. It provides guidance on how to create a trigger button, which you can place below the “Add to Cart” form within the Single Product Builder template.

    2. For integrating payment options such as Amazon and eBay, we suggest trying the following plugin:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce-gateway-amazon-payments-advanced/

    Should you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out.

    We hope this message finds you well.

    Upon reviewing your product content, we noticed that there are numerous empty tags present. You may refer to the following screenshot for clarification: https://prnt.sc/zzG_nlDYopCJ

    We kindly recommend removing these empty tags, as doing so will eliminate the unnecessary spacing that appears below the text.
