There was no header.php and content-product.php on the child theme so that’s why I copied from parent theme and pasted into child theme. Or that’s not how it should be done?

Please give us a reason why you copied those files to child theme? Do you want to edit something?

1. We advise disabling all third-party plugins that are not included with the XStore theme. After deactivating these plugins, please clear your browser’s cache and verify if the issue still persists. This is an important step as third-party plugins can often lead to conflicts.

2. If the problem continues, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated and grant us permission to debug your site. This includes deactivating any on-site customizations. This measure will enable us to conduct a thorough investigation and provide you with the necessary assistance.

3. After that, provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access. We will check what can be done to help you.
