Hi Luca. It’s the same website, there are only one installation of wordpress/woocommerce.
The original language is Spanish and we are translating it to Portuguese.
The text (sale icon with percentage) in Spanish works well, in Portuguese not (with or without html tags inside of it). I need with html to do the right styling.
We are making the translation with WPML and that text exactly with “String translations”. I share you (in private) the direct link to see where to modify the translation.

Hello Olga, good morning. The first issue is resolved but the second one not:
2) When I make scroll up then appear a duplicate content below sticky menu.
Another one, on second principal menu (background pink), on mouse over “envasado” item, automatically appears two submenus “termosellado” and “bosas de vacío”. This comportament is not a good behavior. Its seems to be options of the same item (termosellado).
Any solution?

Well, to update on PROD environment:
1) What do you need from me? PROD is not updated.
2) When could you do the configuration migration? and, how much time do you thing you will need? Its a PROD site and we need do the upgrade jobs quickly or on a day hour with only a few visitors (on nobody). Before 9 A.M here in Spain (I think you have one hour more)

Hola Olga, good morning. Thanks for your work.
I can see:
– Mobile menu: MENU tab > PRODUCTOS > Envasado > …
Seem its limited to two menu levels. If you see PROD you can see this menu has until four levels. You can see in PROD environment too how menu levels are right (menu slide to left and user can see subcategories).
– Desktop Menu: Sucategories force uppercase and cut the full name “Envasadoras de vacío con campana”. I can see a too widther space to the left, on submenu divs.
– Desktop Menu: Items are not aligned horizontally.
– On Blog (maybe on all pages) header hasn’t have margin bottom and appear together main content.

the static block for mobile menu has disappeared?
To finish, when all will be ok, do you think the best update method its:
– Sync themes folders: from DEV to PROD

Hello, finally my solution have been to upload a oswald-light.ttf thant only apply to select elements on custom style.css of the child theme.
With this solution I haven’t to change several custom styles.

– Upload Oswald? Why ? It’s a google font. its true?
I hope to find a solution that respect the actual aspect. The designer can kill me if not!
I think that is not the real reason of the issue. Its a result of something other. I mean, a font doesn’t is related with a select behaviour .
