    Dear @Dave6641,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

We would like to inform you that achieving consistent styling across all email platforms can be challenging. However, it is possible to ensure proper styling for the most widely used platforms. Based on the email services you shared, it appears that certain custom properties are not supported, which is likely causing the incorrect display of your email templates.

In this case, we kindly suggest the following options:
    1. Submit your request on our task board: https://www.8theme.com/roadmap/. Please note that this issue has not been raised by other users on our support forum, and your input would help us evaluate its priority.
    2. Alternatively, you may submit a request for additional customization via your account: https://www.8theme.com/account/#etheme_customization_panel.

We appreciate your understanding and are here to assist you further if needed.

    Dear @Yasir Alam 8Theme,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

    1. Due to the structure of certain older widgets, it is unfortunately not possible to add the requested option to their configuration. However, if you would like to enable such an option for product-based elements on the Single Product page, specifically using Cross-sells or Upsells as the source, you can utilize the “Products Grid” widget. This allows you to set the product source according to your preferences. Please refer to this guide for more details: https://prnt.sc/y4NrI34Sqpd6.

    2. Additionally, there are a few options available to display badges on product images. You can explore them here: https://prnt.sc/qsYZO5e229qK.

    3. If you would like to see this feature implemented in the future, we encourage you to submit a feature request via our https://www.8theme.com/roadmap/. Alternatively, you can request additional customization through your account’s customization panel: https://www.8theme.com/account/#etheme_customization_panel.

We also noticed that you have configured a solution to display estimated delivery dates on products, which is an excellent implementation (we reviewed the snippet you created). Would it be a suitable option for you to continue using this solution for now while we further analyze the feasibility of implementing the requested feature?

Please let us know if you have any further questions or require additional assistance.

    Dear @Abdul Moiz,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

If you are the owner of the website in question, it is important to be aware of the plugins and functionalities you are utilizing, as well as the features activated from our theme. Upon reviewing the product you shared, we noticed that the image upload functionality for reviews is being handled by a third-party plugin called “Customer Reviews for WooCommerce”. The styling and coding of the recently uploaded product images are also managed by this plugin, as shown here: https://prnt.sc/iOlZ8HIWY7CX.

Please note that we are not responsible for the functionality or issues arising from third-party plugins. We recommend consulting the plugin’s documentation to ensure it is configured correctly, as there may be an option that needs to be activated.

Additionally, if you encounter a bug or issue with a feature provided by our theme that replicates the functionality of the plugin, we would be happy to assist you. For example, you can refer to our documentation on setting up the photo reviews feature in the Booster Sales section of XStore here: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-features/learn-how-to-set-up-the-photo-reviews-feature-in-the-booster-sales-section-of-xstore/.

However, as you are currently using the functionality of a third-party plugin, we kindly request that you refrain from posting questions about issues related to other plugins on our support platform. We appreciate your understanding and adherence to our support rules and privacy policy.

    Thank you for your cooperation.

    Dear @Alyan,

We hope this message finds you well.

The issue you encountered is due to a predefined product variation that replaces the main product image with the variation image. As a result, the swap effect was not functioning correctly because only the variation image was being displayed.

To resolve this, we reset the default product variation for the product in question for testings (please refer to this screenshot: https://prnt.sc/B3s91mcrOQsf). Additionally, we ensured that at least one image was set in the main product gallery to enable the swap effect to work properly. After saving these changes, the swap effect started functioning as expected (you can see the result here: https://gyazo.com/3668d4a99b8aa3fa9ad44c5c2e9ca5a8.

    Dear @Ombi,

We hope this message finds you well.

We would like to suggest exploring the use of different widgets with dynamic parameters to enhance the display of content. For instance, you can utilize the “Icon List” widget and configure it as follows:

    – Select the “Product Brand Name” for the text field (example: https://prnt.sc/JUX4zJlHxs7K).
    – Choose the “Product Brand URL” for the URL field.

This setup will yield the following results on the single product frontend: https://prnt.sc/PmilMHYtf2Gx.

If you would like to use the ACF plugin to display product attributes you should follow the documenation of that plugin as it is not related to our support scope.

Should you have any questions or require further assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out.

    Dear @vdbecom,

We hope this message finds you well.

We would like to inform you that the majority of the elements provided by our theme come with their own settings, allowing you to configure sizes, colors, font families, and more. However, it is not feasible to offer unique settings for every element across the entire website. In certain cases, it may be necessary to utilize custom CSS to achieve the desired styling.

    Dear @marcochi,

Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

You are absolutely correct that Elementor has updated the class for the text editor widget from .elementor-text-editor to .elementor-widget-text-editor. As a result, the CSS for paragraphs within this widget was not being applied correctly.

We are pleased to inform you that this issue has already been resolved on your website. Additionally, the fix will be included in the next theme update to ensure compatibility moving forward.

If you have any further questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Could you kindly provide more detailed information (screenshots, videos) regarding the specific elements on your website that you would like to modify in terms of colors? Since your website is built using Elementor, you may need to adjust the color settings either through Elementor’s global settings or manually for individual elements within the content editor.

    Dear @MAHDAR,

We hope this message finds you well.

It appears that the JavaScript files on your website have been cached, and there seems to be a discrepancy where ettheme is being used instead of etTheme. This is causing an issue, as the variable ettheme is not available in the source code.

Could you kindly review your cache settings or temporarily disable caching on your website? Additionally, we recommend clearing your CDN to verify if this resolves the issue.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. Please let us know if you require any further assistance.

The translation string you mentioned is located within the WordPress configuration. This string can be translated through the WordPress string settings, as shown in the following screenshot: https://prnt.sc/hJcvc4X4PC5g.
