    Hello, Alba Tech,

Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

Could you please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access? We will check what can be done to help you.

To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

    Best Regards,

    Hello, Alba Tech,

We have noticed that the issue appears to be related to the caching of data within the admin panel, particularly with requests to external resources. For instance, there are frequent requests to check the relevance of plugins, which ideally should occur no more than once a week.

To address this, we recommend disabling the automatic updates for both plugins and WordPress itself.

Should you have any further questions or require assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out.

    Best regards,
    8Theme’s Team

In this case, we recommend manually disabling third-party plugins and checking the performance without them. Additionally, please test the issue using the default theme to further investigate the problem.

    Best regards,
    The 8Theme Team
