    Dear @Abhijeet Kumar,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    The message you are referring to originates from the WooCommerce plugin. To troubleshoot the issue, we recommend testing it with a default theme, such as Storefront. If the problem persists only when using our theme, we kindly request you to provide us with additional details, including screenshots, video recordings, or excerpts that highlight the issue.

    If the issue is not specific to our theme, we suggest contacting WooCommerce support directly for further assistance.

    We appreciate your understanding and adherence to our support guidelines and privacy policy.

    Dear @Abhijeet Kumar,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    The issue occurred because there was no widget available to display such notices, and the first page that allowed these notices to be displayed was redirected, resulting in the notice being shown there. To address this, we have added the necessary widget to your Cart page. You can view the update here: https://prnt.sc/PkbtQkGfd_5b.

    Kindly review the changes at your convenience and let us know if everything is functioning as expected.

    Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

    Dear @ziga32,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    Could you kindly provide us with FTP access to your website? It is unusual that this option is unavailable, even though the swatches feature is activated in your Theme Options. Having access will allow us to assist you more effectively.

    Thank you for your cooperation.

    Dear @stemalo,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    We would like to kindly suggest utilizing the Spotlight widget for displaying product categories. This widget has been developed using modern techniques and incorporates UI/UX validations to enhance functionality and user experience. You can view an example here: https://prnt.sc/rWItPzze9nES.

    The widget you are currently using is based on an older structure, which unfortunately does not support the settings and features available in the Spotlight widget.

    Should you have any questions or require assistance with the transition, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.

    Dear @Rodrigo Carlos,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    Since you are utilizing the Header Customizer Builder, the social icons displayed in the mobile menu content are configured in the “Socials” section. You can refer to the following screenshot for clarification: https://prnt.sc/rddt1aF83EVh.

    If you wish to add custom text, you can enable and configure any of the available HTML Blocks to include them in the mobile menu content. Please see this screenshot for guidance: https://prnt.sc/qsN3hdQ9zlfV. To configurate the content of such blocks you can set custom content in the section -> https://prnt.sc/DtKpPcCLLBut.

    Additionally, if you would like to align the social icons to the left, you can apply the following custom CSS. By default, this element is center-aligned:

    .mobile-menu-content .et_b_header-socials {
        font-size: 20px;
        justify-content: flex-start;
        margin-left: -10px;
        margin-right: -10px;
    }

    Please note that the above snippet also includes an increase in the size of the icons, as indicated by the font-size property.

    Should you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Dear @Jae,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    It appears that the background image on your shop page was cached, which may have caused the issue you experienced. To resolve this, we removed the cached image, re-applied the correct background image, and saved the changes in the archive builder. You can view the updated result here: https://prnt.sc/VJkgQ7c57p5N.

    The background image for the breadcrumbs on your shop page should now display correctly. Kindly take a moment to review it and let us know if everything looks as expected.

    Thank you for your patience and understanding.

    Dear @ziga32,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    If you would like to display the same non-dynamic products on the archive page, you can utilize the “Products Grid”, “Products List”, or “Products Carousel” widgets and configure the query to include those specific products from the category or tag. This approach will allow you to showcase multiple sections with products, similar to your current setup.

    However, if your goal is to display dynamic products based on the query of the archive page, we recommend using the “Archive Products” widget.

    We hope this explanation clarifies your concerns. Should you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Dear @ziga32,

    We kindly request that you notify us once you have completed the migration. Upon receiving your notification, we will make every effort to replicate a configuration similar to what you previously had. However, please note that the new widgets are built from scratch and, due to the updated structure, it may not be possible to reproduce the exact layout of the old widgets.

    Our new widgets have been designed with a focus on improved UI/UX layouts, which may result in some differences compared to the previous versions.

    Thank you for your understanding. Should you have any questions or require further assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out.

    Dear @Chandru,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    Unfortunately, the credentials you provided appear to be incorrect. However, upon reviewing the issue, it seems that the “Stretch” option (as shown in this screenshot: https://prnt.sc/naI0RYWUkDKs) is currently active for the XStore Slider Elementor widget. This setting causes the column to overlap, which is expected behavior, as it is designed to stretch the slider beyond its default boundaries.

    If you have any further questions or need additional assistance, please don’t hesitate to let us know.

    Dear @LVRB Love’s Rebel,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    If you are referring to being a pro member of the mentioned plugin and are experiencing issues with certain settings not functioning correctly, we kindly recommend contacting the plugin’s support team directly. They are best equipped to provide a solution from their end.

    However, if the plugin works as expected with the default theme and the issue arises only when using our theme, we would be happy to assist further. In such a case, please provide us with:
    1. Screenshots clearly showing the issues within our theme.
    2. Correct WP-ADMIN and FTP access to your website.

    This will allow us to investigate the matter and attempt to implement a fix.

    Dear @ziga32,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    We would like to kindly inform you that for displaying products on product archive pages, such as tags, categories, and similar, it is recommended to use only the “Archive Products” widget. This ensures that the products displayed correspond accurately to the current query for those pages.

    If you are still using the older module, please note that it may result in the same products being displayed across all pages, regardless of the query from WooCommerce. To maintain proper functionality and alignment with WooCommerce queries, we strongly encourage transitioning to the Archive Products widget.

    Should you have any questions or require assistance with this update, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.

    Dear @Abhijeet Kumar,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    Upon reviewing the issue, we did not observe any bug in the functionality. When the “Show More” option is clicked, the area expands as expected. Conversely, when “Show Less” is clicked, the navigation menu becomes hidden because the mouse pointer moves to an area where no hover effect is active.

    To address this, you may consider setting the “All Departments” menu to display as static rather than relying solely on the hover effect. This adjustment should resolve the issue in line with your request.

    We kindly request you to review this suggestion and let us know if further assistance is needed.

    Dear @Abhijeet Kumar,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    We have reviewed the question you raised and would like to provide some clarification. The checkbox in question is necessary if the customer needs to remove a product, as shown in the following example: https://prnt.sc/pa6iuoa598xm.

    Without this checkbox for out-of-stock products, customers would not have the ability to remove such items from the comparison table.

    We hope this explanation addresses your concern. Should you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out.

    Dear @Mario,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    Referring to your statement:

    Also, I’ve deactivated other plugins to see if it’s a conflict, but it’s not

    we would like to bring to your attention that, upon deactivating the plugin you mentioned, the calculation started working correctly, as shown in this screenshot: https://prnt.sc/AH4NeigVFIDB.

    This suggests that the issue may not have been tested thoroughly, or perhaps the plugin in question was not deactivated during your testing to check for conflicts from your side. In light of this, we recommend the following steps:

    1. Deactivate the plugin you are using for price modifications, as it appears to conflict with the functionality of the Sales Booster Quantity Discount feature provided in our theme.
    2. Alternatively, consult the plugin developers to see if they offer a solution for applying discounts based on product quantities, as their modifications to product prices seem to be causing the issue.

    We hope this helps resolve the matter. Please feel free to reach out if you have any further questions or need additional assistance.

    Dear @Peter,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    Our theme includes a Sales Booster progress bar feature with a standard display configuration. However, it is not designed to be displayed based on specific customer locations. If you would like to request a specific configuration, we kindly invite you to submit your suggestion on our feature request taskboard here: https://www.8theme.com/roadmap/. Alternatively, you may request additional customization through your account panel at this https://www.8theme.com/account/#etheme_customization_panel.

    Additionally, you have the option to install a separate plugin that can address your specific requirements for free shipping based on customer location. Our goal is to cater to the majority of users, and the Cart/Checkout progress bar included in our theme is designed to provide a general solution. For more tailored configurations, a dedicated plugin may better suit your needs.

    Should you have any further questions or require assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Dear @ziga32,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    The category displayed in the product content of this widget is determined by the settings configured for each product in its backend. If a product has a primary category assigned, that category will be shown in the product content on the frontend layout.

    If your intention is to assign specific categories with products for display within this widget, that is not possible. This widget operates based solely on the current query set by the WooCommerce query request.

    So, you can easily create a single archive product layout using Elementor builder plugin and our XStore theme widgets. This approach allows you to display different products for each category while maintaining a consistent main layout style. As a result, there is no need to create multiple layouts with specific conditions, provided the structure and layout remain uniform across all archive pages on your website.

    For more detailed guidance, please refer to our documentation at the following link:
    https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-builders/xstore-products-archive-builder-with-elementor/

    If you mean anything else, please, provide us more details with screenshots, video, etc. so we could provide you the solution for your specific case.

    Dear @Mario,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    Upon reviewing the product you shared, we noticed that it appears to be on sale. However, when we checked the backend settings for this product, we found that only the regular price is set, and no sale price has been configured. Please refer to the screenshot for reference: https://prnt.sc/EZFOmyVjoIpe.

    Could you kindly clarify how the sale price for this product was set? If you used custom snippets or code to force the display of sale prices, it is possible that this approach is currently conflicting with the quantity discount feature.

    We would greatly appreciate it if you could provide us with detailed information on how this product was configured. Additionally, could you confirm whether this issue is specific to this product or if it can be replicated with other products as well?

    Thank you for your cooperation. We look forward to your response.

    Dear @redfirm,

    We kindly request your assistance in verifying that this issue does not occur with other themes, such as Storefront. Since the table in question is not coded within our theme, it is possible that the issue may also arise with other themes. If this is the case, it would indicate that the problem lies with Dokan itself.

    In such a scenario, we recommend reaching out to Dokan’s support team for further assistance.

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    We would like to inform you that the functionality you are referring to is not predefined by default in our theme. It appears that you are requesting a customization feature that falls outside the scope of our standard support services.

    If you are interested in implementing this additional customization, we kindly invite you to submit your request through the following link: https://www.8theme.com/account/#etheme_customization_panel.

    As previously mentioned, the feature in question is designed to work exclusively with simple products. Given that the majority of your products are variable, this functionality may not be displayed for such product types.
