    Dear @clevercoster,

    We hope you are doing well.

    If you have conducted tests using the default theme and did not encounter any issues, could you kindly provide us with the URL of the tested page along with screenshots of your results, similar to what we have provided for you?

    We performed a test using the Storefront theme on your website and shared screenshots demonstrating that the same issue persists with this theme. Therefore, if you have conducted your own tests, we would appreciate it if you could share the relevant details, including URLs, screenshots, videos, or GIFs.

    Additionally, we previously inquired about the method you used to import products onto your website. Could you please confirm whether the products were created manually or imported from files originating from another website?

    We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to your response.

    Dear @Terpsauce,

    I hope you are doing well.

    Could you please try adding the following custom CSS in the “Product List Widget” under the “Advanced” tab → “Custom CSS”, and then check the results?

    selector .etheme-product-list-item .quantity-wrapper,
    selector .type-list.etheme-product-grid-item .quantity-wrapper {
        flex-wrap: wrap;
        height: auto;
        margin-top: -10px;
    }

    selector .etheme-product-list-item .quantity-wrapper .quantity,
    selector .type-list.etheme-product-grid-item .quantity-wrapper .quantity {
        margin: 10px 12px 10px 0;
    }

    Please let us know if this resolves the issue or if you need any further assistance.

    Dear @Terpsauce,

    I hope you are doing well.

    Could you please add the following custom CSS in “Theme Options → Theme Custom CSS → Global CSS” and check the result?

    body .posts-slider .slide-view-horizontal .featured-audio,
    body .posts-slider .slide-view-horizontal .featured-video,
    body .posts-slider .slide-view-horizontal .wp-picture {
        float: none;
        margin-left: 0;
        margin-right: 0;
        width: auto;
    }

    body .posts-slider .slide-view-horizontal .grid-post-body {
        float: none;
        width: auto;
    }

    Additionally, we will forward your request to our development team for further investigation. They will review possible global solutions while considering different layouts of the blog widget.

    Please let us know if you need any further assistance.

    Dear @Terpsauce,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    Currently, the widget does not have built-in responsive column options. However, we recommend adding the following custom CSS to achieve the desired layout:

    Path: “Home Page Editor → Categories Widget → Advanced Tab → Custom CSS

    @media only screen and (max-width: 480px) {
        selector .categories-lists-grid .category-list-item-wrapper {
            width: 50% !important;
        }
    }

    Additionally, we will review this matter globally using the demo import and implement a fix accordingly.

    Please let us know if you need any further assistance.

    Dear @Tommy,

    1) We consistently enhance XStore with every update, ensuring ongoing improvements and optimizations. We strongly recommend keeping your website up to date to take full advantage of the latest enhancements.

    2) If Elementor Pro has indicated that many premium themes have already implemented specific improvements, we would appreciate it if you could provide concrete examples. Sharing the names of such themes available on ThemeForest with links would allow us to conduct a detailed review and better understand the enhancements you are requesting.

    3) You can also submit feature improvement requests directly at https://www.8theme.com/roadmap/. If a request gains sufficient community support through voting, we will consider incorporating it into a future update. Please include detailed descriptions along with screenshots, as this will help other customers understand the request and facilitate the voting process.

    Kind regards, Jack Richardson

    Dear @Mohammad Sarker,

    We hope you are doing well.

    It is possible that Google Merchant is identifying the AMP version of your website as incorrectly coded. We recommend deactivating the XStore AMP plugin and testing the site afterward. Please note that this plugin is not mandatory, so you may simply disable it if needed.

    Additionally, based on the screenshot of your frontend page, we were unable to clearly determine whether the items in question are generated by the Rank Math plugin. If Google Merchant is flagging these items as incorrect, you may try deactivating the Rank Math plugin or removing that specific section from your homepage and then rechecking the validation.

    Should you require any further assistance, please feel free to reach out.

    Hello @Tommy,

    We noticed that your website currently utilizes the “Product Categories” widget. However, we would like to suggest trying the “Spotlight categories” widget, which has been built from scratch and offers a wider range of configuration options, including the specific feature you requested: https://prnt.sc/WMY8kDhNb59f.

    We kindly ask you to test the “Spotlight” widget and share your feedback with us. If it meets your requirements, you may consider using it on your website as a replacement for the previously used widget.

    Please let us know your thoughts.

    Dear @MAHDAR,

    We hope you are doing well.

    The current configuration of the mobile menu does not support the mega menu functionality, as it is not suitable for display on mobile devices. Therefore, we kindly ask you to create a simplified menu for mobile users and redirect your customers to the relevant pages where they can access the necessary content in full.

    Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

    Dear @Dominik,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    Since you are using the Elementor Single Product Builder, you can adjust its configuration directly from the editor, which is accessible under the “XStore Builders” section in the admin panel.

    Based on your request, we understand that you wanted to hide a specific section to prevent accidental modifications, as it does not impact the functionality of the Elementor builder. To accommodate your request, we have hidden this section for you.

    Additionally, please note that when using the Elementor Single Product Builder, the Single Product settings from the Customizer are bypassed.

    If you were referring to something else, kindly provide us with more details so we can assist you further.

    Dear @clevercoster,

    We hope you are doing well.

    We have activated the default Storefront theme to determine whether the issue is related to our theme. However, the results remain the same, as shown in the following screenshot: https://prnt.sc/UUjEbkncUF1R.

    Based on this, we can confirm that the stock status issue is not caused by our theme. It is likely due to certain WooCommerce settings or possibly an issue arising from the product import process if you have recently imported products to your current website.

    We kindly recommend reaching out to WooCommerce support for further assistance, as the issue persists even with the default theme. This suggests that the root cause lies within the WooCommerce plugin code or the import process.

    Please note that our support is limited to our own products. However, we hope this information helps you in resolving the issue.

    Should you have any further questions related to our theme, please feel free to reach out.

    Dear Kristjan,

    We hope you are doing well.

    Could you kindly clarify which specific requests you tested with other themes? Additionally, did you conduct these tests only with the Storefront theme, which does not include AJAX search functionality? If so, could you please explain why similar tests were not performed with other premium themes that also exhibit the same issue, as we have observed in our local testing? As, maybe it is a WordPress issue that occurs when AJAX requests are sent ?

    We appreciate your time and look forward to your response.

    Dear @Rakesh,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    The functionality you are referring to is not predefined in our theme. If you require multiple shipping limits, we recommend installing a separate plugin that offers more advanced configuration options.

    Our Sales Booster feature is designed to cover the essential needs of our customers. However, for more advanced functionality, a third-party plugin would be the best solution.

    We appreciate your understanding. Please feel free to reach out if you have any further questions.

    I hope you are doing well.

    It appears that an incorrect value has been set in your server settings, as indicated in the following screenshot: https://prnt.sc/uyKqjTnkqWfa. Additionally, the same value is reflected in the System Status of Elementor: https://prnt.sc/DgptfKuMO26V.

    Dear @Kristjan,

    As we have already mentioned above, the improvement you are referring to will be included in the next update. You can find more details here: https://www.8theme.com/topic/new-sql-injection-vulnerability-discovered/#post-434516. Please rest assured that the sanitization function will be implemented in the upcoming releases.

    Additionally, we do not apply pre-released fixes to our demo websites. If you conducted tests on our demos and the update containing this fix has not yet been released, the issue will still be present on those demo sites.

    Furthermore, we previously provided information indicating that other themes also experience the same issue. This raises the possibility that it may be a core WordPress vulnerability. Have you tested URLs from other themes as well? If so, we would appreciate your feedback on the results of those tests.

    Please let us know if you need any further clarification.

    Dear Tommy,

    Thank you for reaching out again. We want to ensure we fully understand your concerns regarding accessibility improvements in themes and widgets.

    You mentioned that a lot of theme developers have already updated their themes and improved core widgets for better accessibility. However, you have not provided specific details regarding which themes have implemented these changes.

    We acknowledge that Storefront is a free theme developed by the WooCommerce team.

    To better understand and address your concerns, could you please provide specific examples of premium themes available on the ThemeForest marketplace that have implemented the accessibility improvements you mentioned? :

    Theme Name 1 – [How it has improved accessibility]
    Theme Name 2 – [How it has improved accessibility]
    Theme Name 3 – [[How it has improved accessibility]
    … and so on.

    Since XStore is a premium theme, we want to carefully analyze how other premium themes have approached this and compare best practices. Please specify which premium themes you have tested that already comply with these requirements, so we can conduct a detailed review on our end to better understand and address your concerns.

    Looking forward to your detailed response.

    Dear @Kristjan,

    We recently conducted a security test using http://patchstack.com/, and all SQL-related issues identified in our code have been successfully resolved.

    If you come across any vulnerabilities, we would appreciate it if you could provide us with more details, including the specific files and code sections that may be affected. Additionally, if you are using ChatGPT to analyze the URL for potential issues, please note that some vulnerabilities might originate from third-party sources used in our demos rather than our own code.

    Thank you for your cooperation. Please let us know if you need any further clarification.

    Dear @Gianniskon,

    We hope you are doing well.

    It appears that after modifying the permalink structure for product taxonomies, it is also necessary to adjust the permalink structure for the brand base accordingly. To ensure consistency, we have set the brand permalink structure as follows: https://prnt.sc/BZzX5caa4hKu —analogous to the category structure (using the letter ‘c’), we have designated the letter ‘b’ for brands.

    As a result, the brand archive pages are now displaying correctly: https://prnt.sc/F6UR4qhPDPHb. Kindly review the changes at your convenience.

    Hello @HUSSTLE,

    We would like to clarify that our theme includes a modified version of the related.php file from WooCommerce, which allows products to be displayed in either a grid or slider view. However, the products shown in this section are determined by the default WooCommerce function wc_get_related_products()

    If the related products are not displaying correctly, the issue is likely related to this WooCommerce function rather than our theme, as it is a core WooCommerce feature. This is why @Rose Tyler recommended that you reach out to WooCommerce support for further assistance.

    To verify whether the issue is related to our theme, we suggest temporarily switching to a default WooCommerce theme such as Storefront. If the products display correctly with Storefront but not with our theme, please provide us with the URL of the affected products, along with correct WP-Admin and FTP access credentials in the private area, so we can investigate further.

    We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Please let us know if you need any further assistance.

    Dear @feeldesign,

    We appreciate your inquiry. The issue you are experiencing with landscape/portrait layout rotations may be caused by the following activated options:

    1. “Stretch Row Option” – This setting may not correctly adjust the row width. Please note that this option is related to the WPBakery plugin and not to our theme.
    2. “Fixed Background Option” – In some browsers, this option may not initialize correctly.

    We recommend reviewing these settings and temporarily deactivating them for testing purposes. Please let us know if you need any further assistance.
