    Dear @Greg,

We have thoroughly investigated this issue on our local websites and were unable to replicate it. The postcode is being sent correctly on our local setup.

Additionally, we reviewed the new admin access you provided, and while it is functional, it has certain limitations that prevent us from checking the installed plugins or deactivating them for testing purposes. We have noticed that a significant number of plugins are currently active, which may be contributing to the issue.

Furthermore, upon reviewing the FTP access you provided, we observed multiple customizations within the “xstore-child” theme files, including modifications in the “cart/checkout” folders. We also identified specific changes in the “child-theme/functions.php” file that could potentially be causing the issue:
    https://prnt.sc/LfEmm25-epTA
    https://prnt.sc/TIx7KdH2Z_wE

For testing purposes, we temporarily added a ‘return’ statement https://prnt.sc/UWFrfL_Ncz0n) and conducted a test on your checkout page. As a result, the postcode was displayed correctly. You may try this yourself to confirm. This indicates that the custom modifications in your child theme are the root cause of the issue. We recommend consulting your developers to identify the specific code in “functions.php” that is responsible for this behavior.

Please note that we are not responsible for custom changes made by customers in their child themes. We appreciate your understanding.

    Dear @Mohsin Vahora,

We kindly recommend using our suggested hosting provider, which you can access through the main menu by following this link: https://prnt.sc/U6NjIpNbAlwO. Their team will assist you in configuring the hosting to best suit your requirements.

Additionally, please note that our theme includes numerous unique features, which may require a more advanced hosting solution compared to a basic theme with limited functionality. Choosing a suitable hosting provider will ensure optimal performance and a seamless experience.

    Dear @Tommy,

I hope you are doing well.

Yes, we cleared our caches before each test.

Could you kindly test using the Storefront theme, as we previously provided screenshots, and share your feedback with us? Additionally, we would appreciate it if you could provide the source code for the font-size of the ‘select’ element, as you shared with us from our theme.

Thank you for your time and support. We look forward to your response.

    Dear @Mohsin Vahora,

We hope you are doing well.

We have conducted a test using a custom plugin to analyze the primary sources of CPU usage. The test results are available in the private area for your review.

Based on our findings, the main source of the high CPU usage appears to be the Elementor plugin. We recommend reaching out to their support team and referring to their documentation for potential solutions.

Additionally, we kindly request you to increase the value of “Max Input Vars” to a higher level. Since the full functionality of the theme is being utilized, it is essential to set this value to at least the specified upper limit to ensure optimal performance.

Upon reviewing your website’s frontend, we did not observe any issues on any pages. Therefore, we suggest waiting for some time until your cache plugin fully caches the website data. During the caching process, CPU usage may be temporarily high, but once completed, it should stabilize.

Please let us know if you need any further assistance.

    Hello @Greg

    Please, check private area.

Also, could you please test if the same issue occurs when using a default theme – Storefront because such theme is recommended by WooCommerce for testing their functionality ? (Appearance — Themes).
If the behavior continues regardless of the theme being used, it suggests that the problem may not be related to the theme itself. In this case, we would recommend you contact support of woocommerce plugin – https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/

    Dear @PMadalin,

I hope you are doing well.

Could you please check now? Since you currently have only one post, it is more suitable to display it as a grid rather than a slider. Therefore, we have deactivated the slider option, and your Instagram feed is now correctly loaded: https://prnt.sc/R4PC7Iv-dDCK.

Once you create more posts, it will make sense to use the slider option. At the moment, the slider is based on a single post and requires multiple script reinitializations to create looped slides.

    Hello @Tommy

We would like to clarify that this widget was designed to align with Elementor’s standard functionality at the time of its development. While it continues to work as expected for most users, it does not currently support all the latest options introduced in Elementor’s global configuration settings.

If you are interested in expanding its capabilities, we kindly invite you to submit your suggestion on our Future Requests Taskboard: https://www.8theme.com/roadmap/. We actively review feature requests and prioritize them based on overall demand.

At this time, you are the first customer to request this specific improvement, and most of our users are satisfied with the current functionality. Our development process is structured to focus on updates that provide the greatest benefit to our broader customer base.

We truly appreciate your feedback and value your input. Please let us know if you have any further questions.

    Dear @Tommy,

We conducted a test using the Storefront theme and observed that the checkbox field in question is also hidden when this theme is applied. Please refer to the following screenshot for reference: https://prnt.sc/FFRvUt7ibm4x.

Based on our findings, it appears that this issue may be related to the Germanized plugin, which might need to initiate its own scripts to ensure the checkbox field is properly displayed on the frontend. Our theme also includes this checkbox field, and it is hidden by default in the same manner as with the Storefront theme.

Please let us know if you need any further clarification.

    Dear @Den,

Thank you for conducting your own tests. Based on the screenshot titled *2025-03-02_898952_plugins.png*, it appears that the Elementor plugin is the most likely source of your CPU usage. Therefore, we kindly recommend reaching out to their support team for further assistance, as our support is limited to our own projects.

Additionally, you may find it beneficial to keep using the *Booter – Bots & Crawlers Manager* plugin you previously installed. If it helps improve your website’s performance, you are welcome to continue using it.

    Hello @Den,

We attempted to install a plugin to monitor CPU usage; however, it appears that your website is not loading correctly. This issue may be due to a low memory limit or an insufficient Max Execution Time value.

Could you kindly review your server configuration and increase these values accordingly? This should help ensure proper functionality.

    Dear @gulalbyhomika@gmail.com,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Please note that, in accordance with Envato’s privacy policy, we provide support exclusively through this forum.

Regarding your issue, we recommend adding the following custom snippet to your “child-theme/functions.php” file:

    add_filter('wp_img_tag_add_auto_sizes', '__return_false');

Additionally, please review the following response: https://www.8theme.com/topic/issue-on-category-block-with-lazy-load-enabled/#post-434168. In a recent WordPress update, the system automatically sets the image size to ‘auto,’ which may be causing the blurry effect you are experiencing.

If you require further assistance, kindly provide us with the correct access credentials as previously requested. We appreciate your cooperation and adherence to our support guidelines.

    Hello @Tommy

    Thank you for reaching out.

To better understand your request, could you confirm whether the NEVE theme you referenced is available on ThemeForest? If so, please provide us with a direct link. If it is not on ThemeForest, please share a link to a theme that has already implemented the functionality you are requesting. This will allow our team to analyze the approach and assess the feasibility of incorporating it into our updates.

Additionally, as we have previously mentioned, our development priorities are based on the needs of the majority of our customers. At this moment, your request is unique, and no other users have raised a similar demand. If you would like to gather more support for this feature, we encourage you to submit it through our feature request roadmap: https://www.8theme.com/roadmap/. This will allow other customers to vote on the idea, increasing its priority for future updates.

We appreciate your feedback and look forward to your response.

    Dear @Tommy,

Thank you for reaching out and sharing the details of your issue.

At this time, we do not have plans to add compatibility with Germanized in the product grid widget. However, if this feature is important to you, we encourage you to submit a request on our Feature Request Dashboard https://www.8theme.com/roadmap/ . If it gains sufficient support from the community, we will consider it for a future update.

As a potential solution, we recommend trying WPML, as it may help in handling and displaying the required information correctly in your specific setup. While we cannot guarantee a perfect outcome, it could be a viable workaround for your case.

Please let us know if you test this and require any further guidance. We’re happy to assist.

    Dear @martijntje,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

At the moment, we do not have a specific shortcode for this purpose. However, if you are using WooCommerce, you may find the following shortcode helpful: https://woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-product-search/shortcodes/woocommerce_product_search/.

Additionally, we highly recommend utilizing Elementor-based demos, which leverage the powerful Elementor builder. This approach offers a more user-friendly experience and includes a variety of UI/UX-optimized widgets (https://xstore.8theme.com/elementor/demos/minimal-fashion02/design-elements/). Our theme also provides custom builders for shop pages, blogs, single product pages, search results, and more, in combination with the Elementor plugin. You can explore these features in our documentation: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-builders/.

Should you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to ask.

    Dear @Terpsauce,

In this case, we recommend using a single-column layout for the mobile version, as we previously suggested. This approach ensures better usability, especially since some products may have buttons with varying text lengths. As you can see, such buttons may be cropped by the window in the current layout.

If you could provide us with a screenshot of your universal solution with 2 columns, we would be happy to review it and explore possible alternatives, if feasible. However, at this time, we believe that a single-column layout remains the most effective solution for mobile devices.

Please let us know how you would like to proceed.

    Dear @Lantalau,

We hope you are doing well.

We have conducted a test on our local website using the latest version of the XStore theme along with all required plugins, and everything is functioning correctly. Please see the results here: https://gyazo.com/ced4b7bf6fcbe9e12bcb995876699b3d.

Since the issue appears to be occurring only on your website, it is likely caused by a custom snippet you have implemented https://prnt.sc/Dkj67JQppJqj or an additional plugin that has been installed.

Could you kindly test your website with only the required plugins activated to check if the issue persists?

    Dear @MMF,

We hope you are doing well.

The page refresh issue you are experiencing is due to the way the URLs have been set for each menu item. Currently, they are configured using only anchor links (e.g., https://prnt.sc/ww-awgIzCbcr), whereas they should be set as full URLs (e.g., https://prnt.sc/6Af9c2rA6kig).

Additionally, if you would like the menu to automatically scroll to specific sections using an anchor (e.g., #section-bundles), please ensure that the corresponding section has the appropriate ID assigned. Otherwise, you can simply enter the full page URL to which you want the link to redirect.

    Hello @stream4,

Could you kindly check the implementation now?

We have added the following code snippet to your xstore-child/functions.php file:

    add_filter('etheme_dynamic_categories_support_ajax_filters', '__return_false');

As a result, the URLs of these widgets will now always redirect statically to the category page without adding extra arguments to the URL.
