    Dear @Sarkis Kartashev,

We hope this message finds you well.

We kindly ask you to deactivate the XStore AMP plugin on your website, as it appears to be causing configuration conflicts with the WooCommerce checkout page settings. Please note that this plugin is not essential for the core functionality of your site.

If deactivating the plugin resolves the issue, you may keep it inactive moving forward.

Thank you for your attention to this matter.

    Best regards,

    Dear @Saluja Shoes,

As previously mentioned, the categories are displayed using the same grid proportions as the products. If you would prefer to have a separate section for categories with custom column settings, you can configure this in the Customizer by choosing to display only products on your shop pages.

Once this is set, you may use one of the following Elementor widgets on your archive pages, placing them in your desired location and customizing them to suit your needs:

    1. Spotlight Categories – Displays categories based on the current query.
    2. Product Categories – Displays all categories, with options to include or exclude specific ones.
    3. Categories Masonry – Allows you to display selected product categories in a masonry layout.

Should you require additional customization, you are welcome to submit a request through your account at: https://www.8theme.com/account/. Please note that our support is provided in accordance with Envato’s item support policy, which you can review here: https://themeforest.net/page/item_support_policy (https://prnt.sc/u7a4Z4I69et_).

Thank you for your understanding and for respecting our support guidelines.

    Dear @nadeem17,

    Thank you for reaching out.

It appears that your question is related to WooCommerce functionality. Specifically, the “Local Pickup” option is only available when the checkout page is built using WooCommerce Gutenberg blocks. For example, on your website where this setting is visible, the checkout page is created with Gutenberg blocks, as shown here: https://prnt.sc/oQzJGjRvWBrZ.

However, when importing our demo content, the Checkout page is built using the Elementor page builder with more functionality and customizable features available, as illustrated in the following screenshot: https://prnt.sc/3pyRLImb25ug. Due to this difference in page builder, the “Local Pickup” option may not be available by default.

In this case, we kindly recommend contacting WooCommerce Support directly via the following link: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/. They will be able to provide guidance on how to enable the “Local Pickup” option regardless of the page builder used for the Checkout page.

For your reference, here is an excerpt from the information we found:

“It’s important to note that the new Local Pickup blocks can only be used with the Checkout block. WooCommerce Blocks also introduces a change with this new Local Pickup experience that will support location-based taxes based on the pickup address, improving tax reporting. Previously, WooCommerce based local pickup taxes on the store address.”

We hope this helps clarify the situation. Please let us know if you have any further questions.

    Dear @Ashvajit,

Thank you for providing the details.

It appears that the issue you are experiencing occurred after activating the quantity discount feature, likely due to incorrect configuration settings. We kindly ask you to try reactivating the feature and then proceed to configure the following settings as shown in this screenshot: https://prnt.sc/RyGAjijI-g6K.

    Our documentation – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-features/how-to-setup-booster-sales-quantity-discounts/.

At this time, we have not identified any issues related to the activation of this sales booster on our end.

    Dear @Safe Desires,

    1. If you are utilizing any plugins to enable such payment options, there should typically be settings available to select the appropriate areas or hooks for displaying the corresponding buttons. If you are using the XStore Cart Page Builder, we recommend trying the Elementor widget called “WooCommerce Hook.” This widget allows you to select the specific hook used by the plugin to display these buttons. Additionally, we would appreciate it if you could provide further details regarding your testing with the default theme, such as Storefront, including the locations where these payment options appear.

    2. You may also manually remove any widgets that should not be displayed on your pages.

    Dear @Vicortech Store,

I hope this message finds you well.

We would like to inquire whether it would be possible for you to create a staging website for testing purposes. Alternatively, if that is not feasible, we kindly ask if you could provide us with screenshots of the areas that become inaccessible or locked when aggressive caching is enabled. This will help us identify the appropriate files that need to be excluded from the cache settings.

Thank you for your cooperation and support.

    Dear @Edgar,

    Thank you for reaching out.

Please note that the products displayed in the search results currently follow the default styling. If you would like to suggest new features or styling options, we kindly invite you to submit your request via our task board at the following link: https://www.8theme.com/roadmap/.

Alternatively, it is possible to customize the JavaScript file within the parent theme; however, we do not recommend this approach, as any changes made will be overwritten with future updates.

    Dear @Youcef,

I hope this message finds you well.

Could you kindly let us know which themes you have tested with? Additionally, we would greatly appreciate it if you could provide a video demonstrating the correct functionality of the updated products in the mini cart. This would help us better understand the expected default behavior.

It appears that the issue may be related to the Subscription plugin, and the developers have acknowledged it as a bug. If this is a known incompatibility, they might already have a solution available. Perhaps there is a relevant code snippet or a discussion thread on their support forum that addresses this issue?

We believe it would be more efficient to explore any existing solutions before involving our development team.

Thank you in advance for your assistance.

    Dear @Saluja Shoes,

    Thank you for reaching out.

Please note that you are currently using the XStore Archive Page Builder, which means the settings configured in the Customizer do not apply to your shop page. The product categories are displayed according to the layout settings defined in your Shop Builder, where the number of product columns is set to 3.

    Hello @Youcef
Could you please test if the same issue occurs when using a default theme, such as Storefront? (Appearance — Themes).
If the behavior continues regardless of the theme being used, it suggests that the problem may not be related to the theme itself. In this case, we would recommend you contact support of woocommerce plugin – https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/

    Dear @Tienda Vicortech,

We hope this message finds you well.

After reviewing your website, we are pleased to inform you that it now appears to be loading correctly. It seems that the LiteSpeed plugin has been configured properly – congratulations on the successful setup!

At this point, we would like to know if there are any other issues you would like us to address, or if you prefer to exclude additional assets from being cached.

Additionally, we attempted to activate the “Agresivo” option and cleared the cache as part of our testing. However, we were unable to reproduce the issue you demonstrated in your video. Could you kindly provide more detailed instructions or steps to help us better understand and replicate the problem you are experiencing with the “Agresivo” option enabled?

We look forward to your response.

    Dear @Abdulaziz,

    Greetings!

Could you kindly provide us with some screenshots of the specific strings you would like to have translated? Additionally, we would appreciate it if you could clarify whether these strings are custom elements added through your child theme’s customization, or if they are standard strings from our main theme that have not been translated correctly.

If the strings are part of your child theme, we recommend referring to the Loco Translate plugin documentation for guidance on translating strings within a child theme.

    Dear @M,

We hope this message finds you well.

It appears that there may be a conflict between the current checkout layout you are using and the JavaScript scrolling functionality. To help us further investigate the issue, would you be able to test whether the problem persists when using an alternative checkout layout?

Alternatively, we can provide a CSS snippet that may help resolve the issue. However, please note that applying this solution will result in the removal of the colorful design element, as shown in the following screenshot: https://prnt.sc/cUQRfiy_Oj2a

Here is the CSS snippet for your reference:

    .woocommerce-checkout .etheme-elementor-cart-checkout-page-wrapper .design-styled-part:after {
        display: none;
    }

    Dear @Terpsauce,

We hope this message finds you well.

We would like to inform you that we utilize caching to store products from actual customer orders. This approach helps reduce the number of queries made each time a page is loaded. The cache is retained for one day and is automatically cleared every 24 hours.

While testing the fake sale popup on your website, we observed that it displays approximately 10 different products, rather than just a few. Please note that the system retrieves products from the most recent 12 orders to generate the items shown in the popup.

If you have any further questions or concerns regarding the products displayed in the fake sale popup, we kindly ask you to provide additional details, such as screenshots or a video, to help us better understand your request.

Could you kindly provide your feedback regarding the possibility of adding globally a separate option in the Elementor Products grid/list/carousel widgets to display the Seller information only for the specific widget where it is activated? If this solution is acceptable to you, we would appreciate it if you could provide the correct FTP access credentials. It appears that the previous access details have been modified, and we are currently unable to establish a connection.

    Thank you for reaching out.

In our Spotlight Categories widget, there is an option available to exclude specific categories, as shown in the following screenshot: https://prnt.sc/3NiKodklVXjQ.

However, please note that if you wish to hide certain categories from the sidebar, this functionality is not available by default. In such cases, we recommend either contacting WooCommerce support to request this feature or applying custom CSS snippets to hide selected categories within a specific sidebar widget.

    Dear @Andrea,

We hope this message finds you well.

As indicated in the following response on the WordPress support forum (https://wordpress.org/support/topic/search-results-for-translate-title/#post-13497294), the string in question is part of the Elementor PRO plugin translations. In your specific case, it should be included in the translation files of the PRO Elements plugin.

Therefore, we kindly recommend creating the necessary translation files for the PRO Elements plugin and attempting to translate the desired string accordingly.

Additionally, we invite you to explore our Search Results Page Builder, which allows you to customize the search results page to match your design preferences. You can find more information here:

    Dear @Sarkis Kartashev,

We hope this message finds you well.

We would like to inform you that there was a 60px offset applied to the “All Departments” element in the header builder, as shown in the following screenshot: https://prnt.sc/CqpzkuzigSVT. We have now adjusted this value to 0, which has resulted in the elements appearing closer together, as reflected in your provided screenshot: https://prnt.sc/aqSlO15d34ys.

Regarding the WooCommerce notice related to the WooCommerce PDF Invoices plugin, if the plugin continues to function as expected, the notice can be safely disregarded. However, if you experience any issues with its functionality, please provide us with a detailed list of the problems along with relevant screenshots. We will then reach out to the plugin’s developers for further assistance, as this plugin is developed by a third party and any necessary fixes would need to be implemented on their end.

It is our understanding that this is an automatic notice generated by WooCommerce when a plugin has not explicitly declared compatibility with a newly introduced feature while could still work well.

Should you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Dear @Ashvajit,

We hope this message finds you well.

It appears that there may be a configuration or process on your server that is automatically resetting WordPress transients, which in turn is overriding the filter we previously recommended. As a result, you may notice that certain patches reappear even after they have already been installed.

Please note that you can safely disregard reinstalling these patches, as they have already been applied. Additionally, we recommend updating your theme to the latest version, as it includes all the necessary patches by default. Once updated, the patch notifications should no longer appear.

If you wish to remove the “Patcher” menu item from the WordPress admin panel, you may consider installing our White Label Branding plugin. This tool allows you to customize the XStore Control Panel to better suit your preferences.

For more information, please refer to our documentation at the following link:
