    Dear @Nirmalya,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    Please note that your request falls outside the scope of our theme support. The file types supported for upload in the WordPress media library are generally determined by WordPress itself, as outlined in the official documentation: https://codex.wordpress.org/Uploading_Files.

    To extend or modify the allowed file types, you may consider using third-party plugins or custom code snippets (https://wordpress.stackexchange.com/questions/67225/allow-all-file-types-for-upload). Unfortunately, as our support is limited to issues directly related to our themes, we are unable to assist with general WordPress configurations or third-party plugins.

    Note: WP does not allow some file types uploads, and you should get the error on uploading them. Preventing such uploads is a security feature.

    We appreciate your understanding.

    Dear @SARKIS KARTASHEV,

    We kindly ask that you avoid combining multiple questions into a single topic. Instead, please create a separate topic for each individual question. This approach helps our support managers and also other customers could more easily find relevant solutions when facing similar issues.

    Regarding your inquiry, if you wish to modify the content of the order received page, you can copy the following file:

    plugins/woocommerce/checkout/order-received.php
    to:
    child-theme/woocommerce/checkout/order-received.php

    Similarly, to modify the content of the thank you page, please copy:
    xstore/woocommerce/checkout/thankyou.php
    to:
    child-theme/woocommerce/checkout/thankyou.php

    Please note that while we are able to guide you to the appropriate files, any additional customization falls outside the scope of our support. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for respecting our support guidelines.

    Dear @kmc,

    Thank you for your message.

    In your example, the mega menu dropdown is aligned to the left side relative to the parent menu item. If you would like to achieve the same alignment on your website, you may use the following code snippet:

    body .etheme-elementor-menu .item-design-mega-menu,
    body .etheme-elementor-menu .nav-sublist-dropdown ul > li.item-design-mega-menu {
        position: relative;
    }

    body .etheme-elementor-nav-menu--dropdown {
        --menu-main-sublist-offset-left: 0%;
        --dropdown-animation-name: none;
    }

    Please feel free to reach out if you need any further assistance.

    Dear @Vicortech Store,

    Thank you for reaching out.

    We would be happy to assist in identifying a solution if the issue were present on your staging website. However, since the problem only occurs on your live website and not on the staging environment, we are currently unable to investigate it further from our side.

    We recommend consulting with your colleague, as they may be aware of potential hosting configuration adjustments that could improve the performance of your live site. Alternatively, you might consider disabling aggressive caching on the live website and enabling a different caching option instead.

    Please let us know if you need any further assistance.

    Dear @Rok,

    Thank you for reaching out.

    In this case, implementing your request would require additional customization. By default, the content of the tabs is designed to display static data from the product configuration. However, if you wish to dynamically display tab content based on the product ID, it would be necessary to create custom PHP snippets that insert tabs under specific conditions, such as when a product meets certain criteria.

    Please note that such customization falls outside the scope of our standard support, in accordance with Envato’s support policy. Nevertheless, you are welcome to submit a request for this type of customization through your account page at the following link: https://prnt.sc/uRnOoNmR4R87.

    We appreciate your understanding and thank you for respecting our support policy.

    Dear @Szocs Attila,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    We would like to inform you that there is a JavaScript error originating from a third-party plugin in your home page content. You can view the error here: https://prnt.sc/kZ57ewcpez2f. This issue is affecting the proper execution of subsequent scripts.

    Additionally, we noticed that you have enabled the “Lazy Loading Background” option for a specific section (screenshot: https://prnt.sc/iE9sBlvKEPDn). Due to the aforementioned JavaScript error, the background image is not loading correctly. Please note that this error occurs on the frontend and may not be visible within the editor.

    To resolve this issue, we recommend the following options:

    1. Fix the JavaScript error caused by the third-party plugin and then verify if the background loads correctly.
    2. Alternatively, disable the “Lazy Loading Background” option for the affected section.

    If you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out to us via our support forum.

    Dear @Ravi Rajput,

    Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

    It appears that you have identified a bug in the Account widget within the Header Builder. Specifically, the off-canvas or dropdown menu of the Account widget was being displayed by default, even when the customer was already on the account page. This behavior could result in a duplicate login form being shown to users.

    We have reviewed and improved our code to address this issue. Now, when a customer is on the account page, the dropdown will no longer be displayed, thereby preventing the appearance of multiple login forms.

    Please check the updated functionality at your convenience. If the issue has been resolved to your satisfaction, you may go ahead and close the topic.

    Kindly note that these changes will be included in the next theme update.

    Dear @kmc,

    In this case, you may consider adding the following custom CSS snippet. However, please note that some menu settings—such as dropdown animations, offsets, and similar features—may not function as expected after applying this snippet, as these features are hardcoded:

    body .etheme-elementor-menu .item-design-mega-menu,
    body .etheme-elementor-menu .nav-sublist-dropdown ul > li.item-design-mega-menu {
        position: relative;
    }

    body .etheme-elementor-nav-menu--dropdown {
        --menu-main-sublist-offset-left: 50%;
        --dropdown-animation-name: none;
        transform: translateX(-50%);
    }

    You can view the result in the following video: https://gyazo.com/f2aa249e5b7fad83df6df7313e6d0238

    More information about adding custom CSS you can find in our documentation article -> https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/additional-customisation/optimal-placement-for-custom-css-code/

    Dear @Rok,

    Thank you for reaching out.

    You can utilize dynamic tags for each custom tab content, and there is no limit to the number of tabs you can create for a single product. Please refer to the following example: https://prnt.sc/TZ1CXPw6KTNB.

    However, please note that the content for each tab must be sourced from fields configured within the Single Product backend. For instance, every product includes a “Description” field, as shown here: https://prnt.sc/0AHgMuLMKGXx, which can be displayed in the following manner: https://prnt.sc/CQBK-JY2giQD.

    At the moment, we do not see any custom fields such as “Features” or “Deals” configured in the product backend. Therefore, we kindly ask you to clarify where you would like to source the data for these tabs for each product, as this information is currently not available in your product settings.

    We look forward to your response.

    Dear @Safe Desires,

    Thank you for reaching out.

    In our previous response (https://www.8theme.com/topic/image-lightbox-does-not-work-in-most-products/#post-440110), we kindly requested the URL(s) of the specific product page(s) with such issue. Upon reviewing several products, we found that the lightbox functionality is working correctly on most of them. Therefore, it appears that the issue may be limited to only a few specific products.

    To assist you more effectively, we would greatly appreciate it if you could share the URLs of the affected product pages. This will help us investigate the matter further and provide a more accurate solution.

    Thank you for your cooperation and for respecting our support time.

    Hello @SARKIS KARTASHEV,

    Thank you for your message and for sharing the update with us.

    We’re glad to hear that the issue has been resolved after deactivating the WooCommerce PDF Invoice plugin. Based on your findings, it appears that the conflict was indeed caused by a third-party plugin modifying WooCommerce’s default functionality.

    We appreciate your efforts in identifying the source of the problem, and we’re always here to assist you further if needed.

    Dear @Youcef,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    We would like to kindly remind you that we have not yet received the video demonstrating the functionality in question using a default theme, such as Storefront, as requested in our previous response: https://www.8theme.com/topic/wrong-price-display-for-product-variations-side-cart-cart-summary-and-checkout/#post-439798.

    We are awaiting your response with the requested video in order to better understand how the issue behaves and to verify whether it occurs with the default theme.

    Dear @Sarkis Kartashev,

    Thank you for reaching out.

    As the issue persists even after disabling the mentioned plugin, we kindly ask you to test whether the same problem occurs when using a default WordPress theme, such as Storefront. You can switch themes by navigating to Appearance → Themes in your WordPress dashboard.

    Should the issue continue regardless of the theme in use, this would indicate that the problem is likely not theme-related. In such a case, we recommend contacting the official WooCommerce support team for further assistance: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/

    Additionally, we have noticed that your site is generating fatal errors related to a third-party plugin. You can review the error logs by visiting the following URL of your web-site:
    /wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-status&tab=logs

    Please let us know if you need any further assistance.

    Dear @nabil,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    We have noticed that your page currently includes two separate tabs sections with reviews. As a result, both sections are using the same IDs (https://prnt.sc/3PwNyJJPs1nl) to generate the star icons from the WooCommerce script, which causes the icons to appear only in the one section (that is shown on desktop).

    To resolve this issue, we recommend using only one review section on your page. You may either:

    – Use the same Product Tabs widget for both desktop and mobile views, or
    – Remove the review tab from both desktop and mobile tab widgets and instead display it as a separate widget.

    Please note that HTML IDs must be unique on a page, and duplicating them can lead to unexpected behavior such as this.

    Thank you for your attention to this matter.

    Dear @Abdulaziz,

    Thank you for reaching out.

    The issue you are experiencing is related to the custom font currently being used on your website, specifically “alfont_com_AlFont_com_GE_SS_Two_Medium-2” (please refer to the screenshot here: https://prnt.sc/4ZGHgd_Ni1NK). As shown, the numbers are displayed in a particular style that is inherent to the font’s design and configuration.

    To resolve this, we recommend trying an alternative font on your website. You can make this change by navigating to Theme Options → Typography. Please note that it is not possible to modify only the number styling while continuing to use this specific font, as the font is designed to render numbers and texts in this unique format throughout all content where it is applied.

    We appreciate your understanding and are here to assist you further if needed.

    If you are experiencing issues specifically within the Elementor editor, we recommend reaching out directly to Elementor Support. As a valued user of the Elementor Pro plugin, you are entitled to their assistance, and the issue appears to be related to their plugin’s code.

    Dear @Abdulaziz,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    Upon reviewing your current checkout page, we have noticed that its layout does not match the one shown in your provided screenshot, where numbered steps are not shown in the layout (reference: https://prnt.sc/b0u5-7ne5wNK). Instead, the current layout appears as shown here: https://prnt.sc/3z83q84-h60k, which does not include the accordion-style steps.

    In order for us to assist you with implementing correct numeric numbered steps within the accordion layout, the checkout page must first be configured to use the appropriate layout that supports this feature.

    At this time, we are unable to proceed with the requested solution, as the current layout does not align with the one shown in your original screenshot.

    If you would like to globally reduce the padding for the mega menu items, you may use the following CSS code snippet:

    .etheme-elementor-nav-menu--dropdown.etheme-elementor-nav-menu--dropdown-mega {
        padding: 5px 10px;
    }

    Could you please try deactivating the “Jetpack VideoPress” plugin and check whether the videos are displayed correctly afterward? It appears that this plugin may be modifying the video post meta and setting the video source to the file URL instead. Additionaly we see that customers posted issues about that plugin (https://prnt.sc/U0LSrICLUCRg) so you can think about the benefits of using it.
