    Hello @krit1kl,

We hope this message finds you well.

Previously, your website utilized a “sidebar” widget that was hidden on tablet and mobile devices, along with a separate “off-canvas sidebar” widget that was hidden on desktop devices.

As of a few updates ago, we have introduced a new feature that allows the default Sidebar widget to function as an off-canvas sidebar on selected devices. In light of this enhancement, we have removed the separate off-canvas widget – which previously duplicated the sidebar content and increased the overall page size – and instead optimized the default Sidebar widget with off-canvas functionality for tablet and mobile devices (https://prnt.sc/a9ToudtbQphh).

We believe this update will contribute to a more streamlined and efficient user experience.

    Dear @Valley View Farm Dairy,

We hope this message finds you well.

Could you kindly confirm whether the issue persists when the XStore AMP plugin is deactivated? Additionally, we currently do not have access to your WordPress admin panel, which limits our ability to investigate the source of the issue.

Would it be possible for you to provide us with temporary access to the wp-admin area so we can assist you more effectively?

    Thank you for your cooperation.

    Hello @Papuna,

    Thank you for reaching out.

Please note that the content of the menu in question is located within the XStore Core plugin files and, unfortunately, cannot be modified through child theme file overrides. Therefore, if you wish to make any changes directly to the plugin files, please be aware that your customizations will need to be reapplied after each plugin update.

The specific function responsible for this menu is:
all_departments_menu_callback() located in the following file path:
    et-core-plugin/app/models/customizer/theme-options/global/callbacks.php

Should you have any further questions or need assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Kindly provide us with wp-admin access to your website (use private area) so that we may investigate whether there is an issue with the mentioned feature. Additionally, if you are not currently using the latest versions of our theme or the XStore Core plugin, we kindly recommend updating them to the most recent versions, as shown here: https://prnt.sc/dXrI9gurWv6L.

    Dear @ProdbyDaan,

We hope this message finds you well.

Could you please check whether the “Static Blocks Cache” option is disabled in your Theme Options under Speed Optimizations? This setting should be turned off.

If the issue persists after verifying this, we kindly ask you to provide us with the correct wp-admin and FTP access credentials for your website, as it appears that the previously provided access details have been changed.

    Thank you for your cooperation.

    Hello @khurram virk,

    Thank you for reaching out.

It appears that the issue is related to the native WooCommerce Pattern Toolkit (PTK) API. As a temporary workaround, we recommend disabling the “Allow usage of WooCommerce to be tracked” option to prevent this issue from occurring. Please refer to the screenshot you provided: https://prnt.sc/r6CqIdJwitT3.

Kindly note that this particular issue is not associated with our theme. However, should you encounter any other difficulties, please do not hesitate to create a separate topic—we will be more than happy to assist you.

    Dear @ziga32,

We hope this message finds you well.

We would like to inform you that the issue originates from the PixelYourSite plugin (please refer to the screenshot here: https://prnt.sc/y8gDYuKErPpe). This plugin applies a custom font to any class containing the “icon” prefix and loads this style exclusively for logged-in customers.

To resolve this and ensure that the contact fonts display correctly for logged-in users as well, we have added the following custom CSS snippet (screenshot: https://prnt.sc/E_TWPN9O4M1M):

    Custom CSS:

    .et_b_header-contacts .contact {
        font-family: inherit !important;
    }

    Dear @Arun,

We hope this message finds you well.

We kindly request access to your cPanel, as it appears that your server—on which the current website is hosted—may be experiencing a bot attack. In order to assist you effectively, we would like to analyze your website traffic statistics and provide a suitable solution to improve performance.

We have recently encountered a similar issue, which you can review here:
    https://www.8theme.com/topic/high-server-load-caused-by-xstore-theme-request-for-support/#post-448596
In that case, the primary cause of the website’s slow loading speed was due to malicious bot activity.

To help mitigate such issues, we recommend the following:

    Additional Tips:

    – Monitor for suspicious user agents or repeated access to sensitive URLs (e.g., /wp-login.php, /xmlrpc.php).
    – Enable ModSecurity or a Web Application Firewall (WAF), if available.
    – Consider using real-time monitoring tools such as Munin or Netdata, or third-party services like Cloudflare or Sucuri for enhanced protection.

    Next Steps:

    – Identify and block suspicious IP addresses via cPanel → IP Blocker or by modifying the .htaccess file.
    – Strengthen your website’s security by limiting login attempts, disabling XML-RPC if not required, and enabling CAPTCHA on all forms.

We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to resolving this issue promptly.

    Hello @Arun,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

At the moment, we do not observe any fatal errors on your website (https://prnt.sc/CiKnm-5c2fUR). To assist you more effectively, could you please clarify the exact steps required to reproduce the issue?

We have enabled the debug log in your wp-config.php file; however, no errors are currently being displayed on the frontend.

Based on the error message you had, it appears that the function get_gallery_image_ids() is being called on a boolean value. This typically suggests that the expected product object is either not being retrieved correctly or is returning false.

To help resolve this issue, we kindly recommend the following troubleshooting steps:

    1. Ensure that all your plugins, including Elementor, are updated to their latest versions.
    2. Temporarily switch to a default WordPress theme (such as Twenty Twenty-Four) to determine whether the issue is theme-related.
    3. Deactivate all plugins except for Elementor and the Distance Delivery add-on, then check if the error persists. If the issue is resolved, reactivate the plugins one by one to identify the source of the conflict.
    4. If you are using any custom code or third-party Elementor widgets, please review them to ensure they are not contributing to the issue.

Please let us know the results after performing these steps.

If you would prefer not to carry out the troubleshooting yourself, we recommend contacting Elementor’s official support team for further assistance: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/elementor/

    Dear @Shehzad Ghazi,

We hope this message finds you well.

Could you kindly test whether the same issue persists when using a default WordPress theme, such as Storefront? You can switch themes by navigating to Appearance → Themes in your WordPress dashboard.

If the issue continues to occur regardless of the theme in use, it is likely that the problem is not theme-related. In such a case, we recommend reaching out to the official WooCommerce support team via the following link: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/

Additionally, we would appreciate it if you could provide us with a link to your staging website or a video demonstrating the expected functionality. This will help us better understand the issue. Please also share the URLs of the plugins you are currently using so that we can download and test them in our local environment.

    Thank you for your cooperation.

    Hello @arun,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

The required memory size and execution time can vary depending on the specific theme features and the number of plugins or customizations you are using. However, we generally recommend the following minimum server settings for optimal performance:

    – Memory Limit: 256M or higher
    – Max Execution Time: 180 seconds or more

These values help ensure smooth operation and compatibility with our theme and its functionalities. If you experience any issues, please feel free to share more details, and we’ll be happy to assist further.

    Dear @shimon,

We hope this message finds you well.

We have reviewed the sidebar title colors across various browsers, and in all our tests, the colors are displaying correctly. Please find the screenshots below for your reference -> check private area.

Regarding the issue with Google Fonts, we recommend clearing the Elementor cache by navigating to Elementor → Tools. Currently, we observe that the fonts are being loaded from your staging domain. To refresh the font paths, you may rename the uploads/elementor/fonts/google-fonts folder and then clear the cache using the aforementioned tools.

If you would like our assistance with this matter, kindly provide us with the correct FTP access credentials for the current domain, as we currently only have access to the previous staging environment.

As for the issue with the blue text on buttons, it appears to be caused by custom CSS you have implemented (please refer to the screenshot: https://prnt.sc/D7HklMBG61Fw). This styling does not align with the default requirements, as explained here: https://prnt.sc/Gs28VLTqEOMu. We updated your code to match the following example: https://prnt.sc/3T36BmVMgbju. Once updated, the buttons should display correctly in incognito mode, as shown here: https://prnt.sc/7ucRKNpTERrB.

    Hello @arun,

I hope this message finds you well.

Upon reviewing your WooCommerce logs, we identified several errors that need to be addressed on your server. You can view the details of these errors via the following link: https://prnt.sc/EPjdf4nftM9R. We kindly recommend that you contact your hosting provider to resolve these issues.

We advise that you ask your hosting provider to properly configure this setting at the server level to ensure optimal performance.

Additionally, we noticed that your current server configuration includes relatively low values for the time and memory limits. These should also be increased to meet the recommended requirements. Please refer to the following screenshot for more information: https://prnt.sc/TlXUpsm1UowC

    Hello @rayee,

Upon reviewing the console log, we have identified the following issue: https://prnt.sc/JdUR587N8pWd. This error may prevent other scripts from loading properly in certain browsers. You can find more detailed information about the error in the console here: https://prnt.sc/Fa2jt3dKYm6K.

As a temporary solution, we recommend disabling the LiteSpeed Cache plugin and checking whether the issue with the shipping section on the cart page persists.

If the problem continues, we kindly ask you to provide us with the correct FTP access so that we can further investigate the issue within the theme files.

Additionally, we suggest testing the site using the default Storefront theme. This will help determine whether the issue is related specifically to our theme or if it occurs independently.

    Dear @Monis Khan,

We hope this message finds you well.

Upon investigation, we discovered that the issue was caused by an outdated tabs.php file located at the following path: wp-content/themes/xstore/woocommerce/single-product/tabs/. To resolve this, we have temporarily renamed the old file to tabs-old.php and uploaded the correct version in its place.

The issue should now be resolved (https://prnt.sc/53GtFHapB66u). Please feel free to check and confirm that everything is functioning as expected.

    Dear @Jennifer,

    Thank you for reaching out.

If you would like to create a simple dropdown menu, you can do so by adding individual menu items directly. Otherwise, if you use a static block, it will be displayed as a mega menu by default.

Additionally, we recommend trying our XStore Mega Menu widget (https://prnt.sc/8KdWXUenReLu), which offers a wide range of customization options for configuring your menu items more effectively.
