    Hello @timechristmas,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

We have reviewed the search results page and the pagination request on your website. It appears that you are using a custom plugin that loads products via AJAX. Due to the way this plugin functions, the scroll-to-top feature is not working as expected.

We kindly suggest deactivating the plugin temporarily to see if the issue persists. Alternatively, you may want to consult the plugin’s documentation for further guidance.

Please note that this issue is not related to our theme.

Should you have any further questions, feel free to contact us.

    Best regards,

    Hello @molo,

We hope this message finds you well.

Kindly take a moment to review our demo, which features an off-canvas sidebar similar to the one you inquired about:
    https://xstore.8theme.com/elementor2/furniture3/shop/

If the design meets your expectations, you may implement the Sidebar widget on your shop page using the following configuration settings:
    https://prnt.sc/ml-t6oO8tx1C
    https://prnt.sc/l9oLw0khKbCr

Please feel free to adjust the widget settings according to your specific requirements. Should you need any further assistance or customization support, we would be more than happy to help.

    Hello @Plethora,

We hope this message finds you well.

On the Cart page, we are currently seeing the following available gifts: https://prnt.sc/nYorynnvfO-G. If you would like to display additional gifts from your plugin on the Checkout page, we recommend adding a WooCommerce hook widget with the appropriate hook name to that page. It appears that your plugin may be utilizing one of these hooks to display the gifts.

Additionally, have you reached out to the plugin’s support team to inquire about compatibility with pages built using Elementor or other page builders? This may help ensure proper integration and functionality.

Please let us know if you need any further assistance.

    Best regards,

    Hello @kmc,

We recommend disabling the “Lazy Load” option within your Theme Options (under Speed Optimization settings) and instead configuring image optimization exclusively through the LiteSpeed plugin settings.

If you have already set up the LiteSpeed plugin but are still encountering issues, we suggest consulting the plugin’s official documentation for further guidance. Please note that these configurations fall outside the scope of our theme support.

Additionally, we would like to emphasize that caching plugins and CDN services should only be configured once the website development is fully completed. Implementing them prematurely may result in caching-related complications.

    Thank you for your understanding.

    Hello @Plethora,

    Thank you for reaching out.

We would like to inform you that our theme is compatible with many popular plugins available on the market. However, the plugin in question currently has approximately 3,000 downloads, which indicates that it is not widely used. As a result, we have not yet prioritized adding dedicated compatibility for it.

Regarding the issue of not seeing the plugin’s gift options on the single product page, this is due to the use of our built-in Single Product Builder via the Customizer. This builder does not load the default WooCommerce hooks, which are often required for third-party plugin features to display correctly.

To resolve this, we recommend checking the plugin’s documentation for available shortcodes. You can then add the relevant shortcode to the Single Product content area using the appropriate elements within our builder. Othewise you can disable the Single product builder and use the default templates.

Additionally, we suggest reaching out to the plugin’s support team or forum for further guidance on how to integrate their functionality with custom single product layouts.

    Best regards,

    Thank you for reaching out.

As you are utilizing the Dokan plugin to create a vendor website, we kindly recommend referring to Dokan’s official documentation for guidance on configuring the settings for the registration page. Please note that our theme does not include specific built-in customizations for the Dokan registration page design.

    Hello @Will,

We would like to inform you that the Archive Products widget includes a notice with instructions on how to configure the number of items displayed. You can view the notice here: https://prnt.sc/CVHgYzTXTgq-

By default, the maximum value for this setting is 100. However, if you wish to increase this limit, you may do so by adding the following code snippet to your child theme’s functions.php file:

    add_filter('etheme_products_per_page', function($value) {
        return 200;
    }, 999);

Please note that the value “200” in the example above can be adjusted according to your needs.

Additionally, we attempted to connect to your FTP account to assist further, but unfortunately, we were unable to establish a connection, so we want to ask you to make the implementation from your side and check. The error details have been provided in the private content section for your reference.

Should you need any further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Hello @kmc,

    Thank you for reaching out.

Could you please provide us with the URL of the page in question? Additionally, we would appreciate it if you could clarify the desired outcome you are aiming to achieve.

Please note that since you are applying custom CSS globally and across different sections—such as a 6-column product carousel or a 2-column product grid—the size of the sale badge appears consistent across all layouts. If you require a different appearance on a specific page, we recommend applying custom CSS that targets the specific page ID. For your reference, please see the following screenshot: https://prnt.sc/t22i5NjJOkFK

We look forward to your response.

    Hello @Genius DTF,

    Thank you for reaching out.

As you are currently using the WooCommerce Gutenberg template for your checkout page, please note that the button style can only be configured through the global Theme Options by navigating to: Styling → Light Buttons.

Kindly be aware that any changes made to the light button styling will also affect other buttons across your site that use the same style.

    Hello @Siddharth,

We hope this message finds you well.

We attempted to access the Theme Options on your website but were unable to do so. Please refer to the following screenshot for reference: https://prnt.sc/wVmXPKTQ23Hk.

Additionally, we conducted a test to determine whether the issue persists when the Single Product page template is used without Elementor. In this case, the page functions correctly, as shown here: https://prnt.sc/MaAZ2_AA7Cqs. This was tested by removing the condition from the Elementor Single Product template, which you can see in the following screenshot: https://prnt.sc/F-RJgVLEMNoB.

Based on our findings, it appears that the variation plugin you are using may not be fully compatible with the Elementor Single Product builder. Therefore, we kindly recommend reaching out to the plugin’s support team for further assistance as it is not related to theme functionality. They may be able to provide a workaround or suggest specific settings to enable compatibility.

    Thank you for your understanding.

    Hello @Siddharth,

We hope this message finds you well.

Could you kindly provide us with a video demonstrating your testing process? We believe that disabling the Ajax “Add to Cart” option should resolve the issue. If the problem still persists, it is likely related to the Swatches plugin you are using or possibly another plugin installed on your website. In other case, we would suggest you to test the issue with default theme active such as Storefront.

    Thank you for your cooperation.

    Hello @Siddharth,

We hope this message finds you well.

We kindly ask that you avoid combining multiple questions under a single topic, as it makes it difficult for our support team to accurately address your concerns.

Regarding the most recent issue you’ve reported, we recommend disabling the “Ajax Add to Cart” option in theme options and testing the functionality again. Since you are using multiple plugins that load their own scripts on the single product page, it is possible that one of them is causing a conflict.

Additionally, we suggest deactivating all third-party plugins temporarily and keeping only the essential ones active to determine if the issue persists.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

    Hi @kmc,

    Thank you for your update.

Regarding the website speed, please note that performance optimization is a complex task that involves multiple aspects of your website — including plugins configuration, image optimization, caching, server performance, and more.

To demonstrate the potential of our XStore theme, we’ve prepared an example here:
    https://pagespeed.web.dev/analysis/https-woocommerce-1476984-5641372-cloudwaysapps-com/adlln2dhwa?form_factor=desktop
As you can see, our theme is capable of achieving a 98+ score on mobile and 100+ on desktop, which is a rare result for any e-commerce theme.

We kindly recommend checking the following on your website:

    – Optimize all images (use modern formats like WebP and compress them properly)
    – Configure a caching plugin (such as WP Rocket)
    – Ensure your server is properly optimized for WordPress and WooCommerce
    – Minimize the use of heavy third-party plugins

All of these factors significantly affect website speed and performance.

Please note that such performance optimization is outside the scope of our support, as per Envato’s support policy.

    Hello @MAHDAR,

We hope this message finds you well.

To help identify the cause of the issue, we kindly suggest disabling the relevant options in the WP Rocket plugin—such as delay, defer, minify, etc.—to determine which specific setting may be responsible.

If you would like to exclude the script file from optimization, please add the following URL to the exclusion list:

    https://yourwebsite.com/wp-content/plugins/et-core-plugin/packages/xstore-wishlist/assets/js/script.min.js

Additionally, if the issue persists after trying the above steps, you may consider adding the following code snippet to your child theme’s functions.php file:

    add_filter('xstore_wishlist_mini_content_ajax', '__return_true');

Please let us know if you need any further assistance.

    Hello @Chris,

We kindly recommend that you verify whether the product data within your tabs is correctly configured. Additionally, please review the error logs on your server for any relevant information.

If the issue persists and you are unable to identify the cause, we would appreciate it if you could provide us with valid wp-admin access to your website. Furthermore, please share FTP access credentials, as they may be required to enable debugging in case it is currently disabled.

    Hello @kmc,

As indicated in the documentation, the LCP (Largest Contentful Paint) metric suggests that many of your images – including those not visible in the initial viewport – are not being lazy-loaded. To enhance performance, we recommend enabling the lazy load option in the Theme Options. However, since you are using a caching plugin, it would be even more effective to configure lazy loading directly within the plugin’s settings.

We also encourage you to follow the recommendations provided by website speed testing tools, as they offer detailed guidance on how to improve loading times. Please note that each website has its own unique requirements, so optimization strategies may vary accordingly.

    Best regards,
    The 8Theme Team
