    Hello @David,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    1. We regret to inform you that it is not currently possible to modify the menu items displayed in the off-canvas sidebar, as these are generated based on the default WooCommerce account menu. These links are provided by the WooCommerce plugin itself. If you wish to customize this list, we recommend reviewing the wc_get_account_menu_items() function located in the following file: woocommerce/includes/wc-account-functions.php.
    For further guidance on adding or removing custom links, you may find the following article helpful: https://hookturn.io/add-custom-woocommerce-account-menu-links/.

    2. It appears that you are using a third-party plugin, “Variation Swatches for WooCommerce.” The size settings for the swatches are managed within the plugin’s configuration. We kindly suggest referring to the plugin’s documentation or contacting the plugin’s support team for assistance with this matter.

    3. Lastly, please ensure that you are not using any third-party plugins that may affect login functionality or template redirections. We have not encountered this issue on our local installations or demo websites.

    Should you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Best regards,

    Hello @engeldeluxe,

    Thank you for reaching out.

    If you would like to exclude the JavaScript script that may be causing the issue, you can include the following file, which contains all theme widget scripts for Elementor:

    /wp-content/themes/xstore/js/elementor-all-widgets.min.js

    However, as we previously mentioned in our response, these scripts are built on default Elementor base and were designed to wait for the jQuery document ready event triggered by the main WordPress script. Only after this event is triggered will the other scripts begin executing their respective actions.

    You can observe a similar behavior by quickly clicking on the default Elementor tabs before the page has fully loaded. Additionally, if you add the default Cart Off-Canvas widget from Elementor to your header, you will notice that it also requires the page to be fully loaded in order to function correctly.

    Please note that the issue you are experiencing is not related to a conflict or incompatibility with caching plugins. We recommend reviewing the official jQuery documentation to better understand how the document ready event works:

    https://learn.jquery.com/using-jquery-core/document-ready/

    Should you have any further questions or need additional assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Hello @Crashraider,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    You may add the following custom CSS snippet for testing purposes. However, please note that displaying five columns may not render correctly on smaller devices. Therefore, we recommend setting the layout to two or three columns for mobile view and testing accordingly.

    Custom CSS:

    .etheme-search-form[type=popup] .autocomplete-suggestion {
        min-width: unset;
    }

    Hello @Olha,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    Kindly provide us with the correct wp-admin credentials that grant Administrator-level access. The current credentials you have shared only allow us to view the store as a vendor, and we are unable to access your shop page as needed (please refer to the screenshot: https://prnt.sc/jcJn-PHdCnYU).

    Additionally, we recommend reviewing our response in the following thread for further assistance: https://www.8theme.com/topic/the-links-are-not-working-on-mobile-devices/#post-453885.

    Dear @Wasef,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    The issue you are experiencing is due to the default settings in the WooCommerce plugin for new stores, which are automatically set to “Coming Soon” mode.

    For further details and guidance on how to configure this setting, please refer to the official WooCommerce documentation at the following link:

    Hello @Nicolo,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    We would like to inform you that the issue you are experiencing is caused by custom CSS located in your xstore-child/styles.css file with next code:

    .etheme-sticky-cart .quantity.quantity-select,
    .etheme-sticky-cart .quantity.quantity-select select {
      width: 100%;
      margin: 0;
    }

    Please refer to the following screenshots for clarification:
    – Before applying any changes: https://prnt.sc/BDNaZaZ1Mvn_
    – After temporarily removing the custom styles related to the quantity input: https://prnt.sc/RZdH-Rlxe7qj

    As the issue stems from customizations made on your end, we kindly recommend reviewing and adjusting your custom styles accordingly to better suit your specific requirements.

    Hello @Jorge Kenji,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    We have observed that your Cart/Checkout page utilizes a custom structure, likely implemented through a plugin such as a funnel builder, which may include custom JavaScript actions for removing products from the cart. In light of this, we kindly recommend the following steps:

    – Please enable the “Allow customers to remove Add-ons from cart?” option in your Booster settings and verify whether this resolves the issue.
    – Additionally, we suggest testing the functionality using the default cart page content to determine if the issue persists.

    Our team has thoroughly tested our features with the most popular themes and page builders, and we have not encountered similar issues under standard configurations. Therefore, it is possible that the issue may be related to customizations or the use of custom hooks/filters on your Cart/Checkout pages.

    Should you require any further assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out.

    Hello @MAHDAR,

    Thank you for your message.

    Please note that there are no specific classes that can be excluded in this case, as the majority of the scripts are built using the jQuery library. These scripts require the document to be fully loaded in order to correctly recognize all selectors across the page and perform the intended actions with the associated classes.

    You may also observe that other features, such as sliders, do not function properly until the page has completely loaded. This behavior is consistent with how jQuery operates.

    For more information, you may refer to the official documentation on this topic: https://learn.jquery.com/using-jquery-core/document-ready/

    Hello @Grafica,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    We have conducted several tests on your website in an effort to identify the issue, but unfortunately, we have not yet found a definitive solution. In order to proceed with more in-depth troubleshooting, we kindly request your permission to temporarily deactivate certain plugins or switch to a default theme. This will help us isolate the cause of the problem more effectively.

    During our investigation, we noticed a JavaScript error in the browser console, which appears to be related to a known issue discussed on the official Elementor support forum: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/js-error-167/.

    As a temporary workaround to enable content editing, we suggest the following steps:
    1. Open the editor for any page.
    2. Navigate to the Site Settings (as shown here: https://prnt.sc/vkBKAnvVbqtR).
    3. Return to the previous screen, and the Elementor panel should display correctly (example: https://gyazo.com/385e6355d1fea427fb405f20c77aab50).

    We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to resolving this issue as soon as possible.

    Hello @luc,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    Could you kindly check your website now? It appears that both the Elementor Pro and PRO Elements plugins were installed simultaneously, which may have caused conflicts and errors on your site.

    To resolve this issue, we have removed the free PRO Elements plugin, as you already have the paid version of Elementor Pro active, which offers more features and benefits.

    After making this adjustment, we tested the site in an incognito browser and can confirm that the product images are now displaying correctly on our end.

    Please let us know if everything is working as expected on your side.

    Hello @Nicolo,

    Thank you for reaching out.

    The current behavior you are observing is the default functionality of the sale badge. It is designed to appear on the main product when any of its variations are on sale.

    If you would prefer a more dynamic display of the sale badge, we kindly suggest submitting a feature request via our taskboard: https://www.8theme.com/roadmap/. Alternatively, you may request additional customization through your account at: https://www.8theme.com/account/.

    Please note that our theme does not include the dynamic sale badge functionality you described. You may refer to our demos here: https://xstore.8theme.com/ for confirmation.

    Hello @kmc,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    Please note that the option is labeled “Disable native WordPress lazy loading.” To disable lazy loading, you will need to enable this option.

    If the issue persists after enabling it, it is possible that one of your optimization or caching plugins is overriding this setting and enforcing lazy loading for all images. We recommend reviewing the documentation of any such plugins, as they may offer advanced configuration options that allow you to control lazy loading on a per-image basis.

    Should you need further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Hello @Elgaroe,

    Thank you for reaching out.

    Please note that the widgets you are using in the sidebar are designed to be displayed exclusively on WooCommerce-based pages. According to the official WooCommerce documentation (https://woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-widgets/), the page where you have added the sidebar is considered a standard page, not a WooCommerce-specific one.

    We kindly recommend exploring the functionality of the Archive Products Builder with conditional display features, which may better suit your needs. You can find more information and guidance here: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-builders/xstore-products-archive-builder-with-elementor/

    Hello @kmc,

    Thank you for your message.

    We noticed that the snippet you added was in CSS format (please refer to the screenshot: https://prnt.sc/wejcoMlLIA8), whereas it should have been implemented as a PHP snippet. We have already corrected this on your behalf.

    Additionally, we attempted several configurations to apply exclusions for specific media IDs on your page; however, these efforts were unsuccessful. As an alternative, you may consider disabling the native WordPress lazy load feature via the Theme Options panel. Alternatively, you are welcome to submit a request for further customization.

    Hello @Santi,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    We kindly recommend disabling all non-essential third-party plugins and testing the issue again. At this time, we have not received similar reports from other customers using our theme, which suggests that the issue may be related to a third-party plugin conflict.

    For testing purposes, we suggest creating a staging website where you can safely perform these tests without affecting your live site.

    Hello @Kmoe,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    Following our investigation, we have confirmed that the issue you are experiencing is related to the latest update of the Elementor plugin. We would like to offer you the following solutions:

    1. You may consider downgrading the Elementor plugin to a previous version, which can be downloaded from the following link: https://wordpress.org/plugins/elementor/advanced/. This will allow you to maintain compatibility while waiting for the upcoming update of the PRO Elements plugin.

    2. Alternatively, you can add the following code to your xstore-child/functions.php file and then check if the issue is resolved:

    add_filter('elementor/editor/localize_settings', function($args) {
        if (!isset($args['promotionWidgets']))
            $args['promotionWidgets'] = [];
        return $args;
    });

    Please let us know which option you prefer or if you require any further assistance.

    We look forward to your response.
