    Hello @molo,

    Thank you for providing the correct credentials. We can now access most of the previously hidden menu items in your dashboard.

    We have not yet received your feedback regarding our previous testing request (https://www.8theme.com/topic/sending-automated-emails-from-woocommerce/#post-462215). Could you please clarify your response? For your reference, our request is included below:

    We kindly ask you to perform a test on your side to confirm whether the issue persists when our built-in Email Customizer or the YITH WooCommerce Order & Shipment Tracking plugin is disabled. To disable the Email Builder, please open the indicated page and temporarily turn off the switcher: https://prnt.sc/nqww-MLO2A7k.

    If disabling the Email Builder resolves the issue, please provide us with temporary FTP access to your website so that we can further investigate the compatibility with the mentioned plugin. If the issue remains, we would appreciate it if you could share the updated error log details for further analysis.

    Best regards,

    Hello @molo,

    We currently do not have direct access to the Plugins page, the XStore Control Panel, or other related pages. Please refer to the screenshot of our view here: https://prnt.sc/0fIAx-jWU_Cr.

    Upon reviewing the error log files on your website, we noticed entries related to the “place order” actions: https://prnt.sc/DDlt-bi0Rb_2. These issues appear to be connected to our built-in Email Builder: https://prnt.sc/QfJ9R0EndlIq. Based on the error lines found in our files, it seems that the problem may be caused by compatibility with the following plugin: https://prnt.sc/dKI_qc0sg9k0.

    We kindly ask you to perform a test on your side to confirm whether the issue persists when our built-in Email Customizer or YITH WooCommerce Order & Shipment Tracking plugin is disabled. Hello @Greg,

    WooCommerce includes a built-in bulk editor. Before exploring more advanced methods, it is useful to understand what can and cannot be done using WooCommerce’s native tools. This helps store owners identify any limitations before deciding whether a plugin is necessary. More information is available in the following article:
    https://www.storeapps.org/woocommerce-bulk-edit-attributes/#How_to_bulk_edit_attributes_in_WooCommerce_without_any_plugin

    The mentioned functionality for bulk editing product attributes is not provided by our theme. It is related to the WooCommerce plugin, and as of now, we are aware of only paid solutions for such cases. However, you may also submit your question on the official WooCommerce support forum:
    https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/

    Managing product attributes in WooCommerce allows you to provide important details about your products, such as sizes, colors, materials, and specifications. These attributes help customers find what they are looking for and assist you in organizing your store effectively. More information can be found here:
    https://www.admincolumns.com/bulk-edit-attributes-woocommerce/

    Hello @molo,

    The access you have provided is currently limited and does not allow us to review all dashboard pages and configurations. We kindly ask you to update the credentials or permissions accordingly.

    Regarding your request, have you checked the mail logs on your server? What notices are displayed there? Do you use our built-in email builder? If so, could you please perform a few tests with this functionality disabled?

    We look forward to your response.

    Hello @sk,

    We have tested your website using the PageSpeed tool, and the results are quite good (check private content). However, there are still some areas for improvement to enhance your website’s loading speed. For example, you can prefetch the top-loaded images on your pages and move heavy sections out of the first visible area so that lazy loading can be applied to background images in those sections.

    We have already configured your Theme Options with settings aimed at optimizing loading performance.

    Additionally, you may enable the XStore Ajaxify feature (check private content) for certain widgets that are not visible upon initial page load. This will allow the lazy load functionality to be applied to those widgets. To activate this feature, please first enable the global Ajaxify functionality in Theme Options → Speed Optimizations → https://prnt.sc/0PAqvi1gNfUO.

    Please note that website performance optimization is a complex process that involves various aspects of your site, including plugin configuration, image optimization, caching, server performance, and more.

    To demonstrate the potential of our XStore theme, please refer to the following example:
    https://pagespeed.web.dev/analysis/https-woocommerce-1476984-5641372-cloudwaysapps-com/ev9tp94xax?form_factor=desktop
    As shown, our theme can achieve a score of 80+ on mobile and 90+ on desktop, which is an exceptional result for an e-commerce theme.

    We kindly recommend reviewing the following points for your website:

    – Optimize all images (use modern formats such as WebP and ensure proper compression)
    – Configure a caching plugin (for example, WP Rocket)
    – Ensure your server is optimized for WordPress and WooCommerce
    – Minimize the use of heavy third-party plugins

    All these factors have a significant impact on website speed and overall performance.

    Please note that performance optimization is beyond the scope of our support, in accordance with Envato’s support policy.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson

    Dear @Gillbert,

    We have checked the issue with the default Storefront theme (https://prnt.sc/cr4t6ezXGKeU) and with the XStore Core plugin (https://prnt.sc/wUlzqLxlc7Of) disabled, and the same issue persists (https://prnt.sc/f7AQ84oOMMDJ). Therefore, we kindly ask you to submit your request to the Dokan plugin support forum for further review, as the issue is also reproduced with the default theme and is not specific to our theme.

    Please note that we can only assist with bugs or issues related to our theme. Since this issue occurs with the default theme as well, it falls outside our support scope. Thank you for understading and respecting our support policy.

    Hello @Ian,

    We have thoroughly reviewed the issue, and it appears that it may be caused by the current memory limit setting of 256 MB (https://prnt.sc/5MlaEsQM0uxG). According to Elementor’s documentation, the recommended value is 512 MB (https://prnt.sc/gY-5S8_RaMMC).

    We kindly ask you to increase the memory limit and check the results afterward. You may also find additional information in the following article: https://elementor.com/help/elementor-widget-panel-not-loading/.

    We look forward to your feedback.

    Hello @luc,

    After a thorough analysis of the issue, we found that the header sometimes displays correctly but shows a one‑second white background before disappearing. It is possible that one of the plugins installed on your website contains a script that triggers window scrolling for its own purposes. When this occurs, other elements, including the header area, are also affected.

    As a temporary workaround to prevent the sticky header from glitching, we have applied a different type of sticky header on your website with the following configuration: https://prnt.sc/Qgud0D48QQSU. After testing on mobile devices, we did not observe the issue you previously mentioned with these settings.

    Could you please provide us with your feedback on whether this solution works well for you?

    Hello @Frank,

    Thank you for providing the access details. Most of the translations are located in the Loco Translate plugin, where you can make the necessary changes. Some text can also be modified directly within the page content, if such settings are available.

    If you have questions regarding specific strings, could you please clarify which ones you would like to translate? Providing screenshots would help us better understand your request.

    Hello @steven,

    Please note that the mentioned issue is not related to our theme, as it originates from a separate plugin that was not developed by our team. You can verify this by checking the following URL: https://g7autozone.com/wp-content/plugins/tilopay/assets/images/. The part of the URL “plugins/tilopay” indicates that the issue is associated with the “tilopay” plugin.

    We kindly ask you to contact the plugin’s support team for further assistance, as we are only able to provide support for issues related to our own projects.

    Hello @Frank,

    We have activated the XStore Ajaxify option (https://prnt.sc/5qDzY7tLqVhI) for this widget to ensure that the products query loaded from the WooCommerce plugin on the shop page does not override the current query of the Posts widgets. Previously, this query was applied globally on the page, which affected some widgets due to certain query parameters.

    Hello @jepesat,

    Thank you for clarifying your request. Could you please provide us with a live example of what you have already implemented? Even with the basic styling of our Archive Products or Products Grid widget, you can achieve approximately 70% of the required design. The only additional configuration needed is related to typography settings of items, which are available in these widgets: https://prnt.sc/vbo_M4HmHg4j.

    You can also set equal heights by simply activating the following option: https://prnt.sc/wF3TeGGBtkg5. Additionally, there are settings to adjust the internal spacing of the product: https://prnt.sc/1V9k_e91CoTo. You can also define the image size here: https://prnt.sc/PkrDVu0FGxfy.

    We kindly ask you to implement the options you prefer and provide us with a live URL so that we can review it and offer further suggestions if necessary. In our opinion, most aspects of your desired product layout can be achieved using the current available settings.

    Please note that additional customization is beyond the scope of our basic support, but we can provide guidance on how to create the layout if such settings are available within the widgets.

    Hello @IBizsols,

    You can configure the items displayed in this list by navigating to XStore Builders → Header Builder → Go to Builder → Elementor → Edit Template. In the Header AJAX search widget, you will find the words shown in the list according to the random amount you have set.

    Hello @Omar Quddam,

    Would you like to achieve the following result: https://prnt.sc/6FzHAUMDha62?
    If so, you can use the following custom CSS:

    ul#shipping_method li:nth-child(2) label:before {
        content: 'Redbox:';
        font-size: 18px;
        margin-inline-end: 8px;
        font-weight: normal;
        color: #222;
    }

    You may also wrap this code in:

    @media only screen and (max-width: 768px) {
        // your CSS code
    }

    to ensure it applies only to small devices.

    Hello @IBizsols,

    Thank you for reaching out to us and for providing the details of your project.

    To configure dynamic pricing based on parameters such as length, width, colour, or other product attributes, you can use one of the following approaches:

    1. Product Add‑ons or Extra Product Options Plugin – Install a plugin that allows you to add custom fields (for example, length and width) and set up a formula to calculate the price dynamically.
    2. Custom Code or Child Theme Modification – If you require a more specific calculation (for example, price per square meter), you can implement a custom function in your child theme’s functions.php file to calculate the total price based on the entered values.
    3. WooCommerce Measurement Price Calculator – This plugin is compatible with XStore and allows you to set pricing rules based on product dimensions or area.

    Please note that the exact setup may depend on your product type and how you wish to display the calculated price on the product page. If you share more details about your preferred calculation logic, we can guide you further on the configuration steps.

    Hello @khurram virk,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    We appreciate you providing the details and screenshot of the issue. The error you are experiencing usually occurs due to incorrect configuration of the contact form or a conflict with another plugin.

    Please try the following steps:
    1. Ensure that your contact form plugin and theme are updated to their latest versions.
    2. Temporarily deactivate all third-party plugins except the contact form plugin and check if the issue persists.
    3. If the form works after deactivating other plugins, reactivate them one by one to identify the conflicting plugin.
    4. Clear your website and browser cache after making these changes.
    5. If the issue continues, please provide us with temporary admin access in a private message so we can investigate further.

    Additionally, we recommend you to check your server logs on your server and also check the recommendations from next articles:

    Hello @Vagelis,

    You can adjust the font weight in the Theme Options → Typography section. Additionally, we have added a fix to your code snippets. During our analysis, we found that on your staging website, the specified font was being loaded directly from the https://fonts.google.com server. Therefore, we have created a snippet to ensure that the same font is properly loaded on your current website.

    Hello @gewoonbovenaan,

    We apologize for the delay in our response.

    After thoroughly checking and debugging the code to identify the cause of the issue, we found that some code from your plugins or custom snippets modified the order in which styles were loaded. Specifically, the registration of styles occurs after they are enqueued.

    During further debugging, we discovered that disabling the “Product Filters for WooCommerce” plugin (https://prnt.sc/yAMGY5Jb-KDt) resolved the issue (https://prnt.sc/08VcUOLEp3qy). Since the problem occurs only when this plugin is active, and as it is a paid plugin, we kindly ask you to contact the plugin’s support team to request assistance with fixing or debugging the issue. We will await your feedback.

    For now, we have deactivated the mentioned plugin so that you can review the frontend layout.

    Best regards,
