    Dear @Siddharth,

We hope this message finds you well.

Upon reviewing the issue, we have identified that the error appearing in the console originates from the Elementor Pro plugin scripts, as shown in the following screenshot: https://prnt.sc/QPv8jYjR36p9.

As this issue is related to the Elementor Pro plugin and not associated with our theme’s code, we kindly recommend reaching out to Elementor’s support team for further assistance. Since you are a customer of their Pro version, their support team will be best equipped to help resolve this matter.

    Thank you for your understanding.

    Hello @Deborah,

Regarding the issue with Google Fonts integrated via Elementor: it appears that the font link is still referencing the test domain, which is no longer in use. This can cause errors in loading the fonts. We have encountered similar cases in the past, and the solution involved manually editing the CSS files on the server. Specifically, we replaced the old domain name with the new one in the relevant CSS files, typically located in the uploads/elementor/google-fonts directory (or a similar path).

You are welcome to make these changes on your end. However, if you would prefer our assistance, please provide us with FTP access via private content, and we can help.

As for the issue you mentioned regarding icons, we were unable to clearly understand the problem. To assist you effectively, we kindly ask that you provide more details—such as screenshots, a video, or a more detailed description of the issue.

    Hello @Tal,

We hope this message finds you well.

Kindly check the issue now. If you can confirm that it has been resolved, we will proceed to include the fix in the next global theme update.

At this time, you are the first to report this particular issue. Therefore, creating a separate patch may not be practical, as the theme is loaded on the server and utilizes shared sources.

    Thank you for your understanding.

I hope this message finds you well.

We have reviewed your website and noticed that a fatal error is currently being displayed, which is preventing us from logging in or attempting to access the dashboard.

Could you kindly resolve the fatal error so that we may proceed with investigating the issue related to the editor? Alternatively, if you prefer, please provide us with FTP access (in text format, not as a screenshot), so we can address the fatal error directly and further examine any related issues.

    Dear @saberfarouk,

We hope this message finds you well.

Upon reviewing the issue, we noticed that the Elementor Kit file may have been removed, as shown in the following screenshot: https://prnt.sc/v7w_OgQwLj3B. As a result, you could not be able to edit the header and other template sections. We recreated the file now.

For further guidance, we recommend referring to Elementor’s official documentation on importing kits: https://elementor.com/help/import-kit/.

Kindly ensure that the following file is not removed in the future, as it is essential for proper functionality: https://prnt.sc/tHZlf5HmIvib.

    Hello @MAHDAR,

    Thank you for reaching out.

As the issue appears to occur only when the Experimental Editor v4 from Elementor is enabled, we kindly recommend continuing to use the previous version of the editor for the time being. Since the feature is still in an experimental phase, it is likely that the Elementor development team will address and resolve the issue in a future update.

    Thank you for your understanding.

    Dear @Cornel,

    Thank you for reaching out.

The issue you described appears to be caused by custom CSS that was manually added, as shown in the following screenshot: https://prnt.sc/ojY4maEs9wWm. Since this issue does not originate from our theme, we kindly recommend reviewing all the custom styles you have implemented. For testing purposes, you may also consider temporarily removing them.

You can find the custom CSS under:
Theme Options → Theme Custom CSS → General CSS.

Did you check our reply ?

Additionally, we have noticed the following custom CSS added under Theme Options → Additional CSS (screenshot: https://prnt.sc/TX7I2uJEoXOi). It appears that these styles may be contributing to the design issues on your single product pages, as they are applied globally to all paragraph elements on WooCommerce-based pages.

If you still didn’t solve the issue, please, provide us screenshots of the issue you have so we could understand the issue in details.

    Hello @Hanzla Nadeem,

    Thank you for reaching out.

In this case, you can configure the separation based on size. Please note that the primary attribute determines how the separation is applied. For example, if your product includes combinations such as Blue + Small, Large + Green, and Medium + Small, and you have set the separation by color, the system will display two products: Small, Blue and Large, Green + Small, Medium.

However, we recommend exploring an alternative solution that is more SEO-friendly, known as Linked Variations. This feature allows you to manually link different simple products and present them with functionality similar to variations. As a result, your customers can view one product and see related products as swatch options.

You can find more information about this feature here:
    https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-features/linked-variations-products-link-separate-products-together-by-size-color-and-more/

    Dear @Dsnowz,

We hope this message finds you well.

Upon investigating the issue, we have identified that the root cause originates from the Elementor plugin. Specifically, the following PHP fatal error was encountered:

    Uncaught WpOrg\Requests\Exception\Http\Status403: 403 Forbidden in /public_html/wp-content/plugins/elementor/modules/cloud-library/module.php:187

For your reference, we also found a helpful article that addresses this type of error: https://elementor.com/blog/403-error/

We kindly recommend reaching out to your hosting provider to review the file permissions and investigate any potential server-related issues that may be contributing to this error.

    Hello @Hanzla Nadeem,

    Thank you for reaching out.

Please note that it is possible to display all product variations as a single product across all combinations of attributes. However, you do have the option to display products by specific attribute in a way that separates variable products, as shown in the following screenshot: https://prnt.sc/NeJ4Q2cyPbJ1.

If you require more advanced functionality, we recommend using additional third-party plugins that offer more specific settings. The options provided within our theme are designed to support basic functionality, and for more complex requirements, external plugins would be a suitable solution.

Should you have any further questions, please feel free to contact us.

As previously requested, we kindly ask you to test the functionality using the default cart page content to determine whether the issue still persists. Specifically, please check if the problem continues when using the default WooCommerce shortcode.

If the issue remains unresolved, we would greatly appreciate it if you could provide us with temporary FTP access. This will allow our team to investigate the matter in greater detail and assist you more effectively.

    Hello @Olha

    Thank you for your update.

Regarding the website speed, please note that performance optimization is a complex task that involves multiple aspects of your website — including plugins configuration, image optimization, caching, server performance, and more.

To demonstrate the potential of our XStore theme, we’ve prepared an example here:
    https://pagespeed.web.dev/analysis/https-woocommerce-1476984-5641372-cloudwaysapps-com/adlln2dhwa?form_factor=desktop
As you can see, our theme is capable of achieving a 98+ score on mobile and 100+ on desktop, which is a rare result for any e-commerce theme.

We kindly recommend checking the following on your website:

    – Optimize all images (use modern formats like WebP and compress them properly)
    – Configure a caching plugin (such as WP Rocket)
    – Ensure your server is properly optimized for WordPress and WooCommerce
    – Minimize the use of heavy third-party plugins

All of these factors significantly affect website speed and performance.

Also, we attached the results of testing your web-site on web-site speed tester and there are quite good results -> https://prnt.sc/mex2baXWofhg.

Please note that such performance optimization is outside the scope of our support, as per Envato’s support policy.

    Hello @Deborah,

We hope this message finds you well.

Upon reviewing the source code of your page, we noticed that custom JavaScript scripts have been added within the HTML widget content, as shown in the following screenshot: https://prnt.sc/n8rSldy2eSvZ. These scripts appear to be causing issues both on the front end of your pages and in the browser console.

Please note that this code was added manually and is not part of our theme’s default codebase. Therefore, we kindly recommend that you or your development team review the custom code, make the necessary corrections, or temporarily disable it to resolve the issues.

Should you need any further assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out.

    Hello @engeldeluxe,

We hope this message finds you well.

We would like to inform you that we have provided a single global file that includes scripts for most Elementor widgets. Therefore, we kindly suggest checking the functionality of the mobile menu toggle after excluding this global file.

If you prefer to load individual JavaScript files based on each widget instead, you may add the following PHP snippet to your xstore-child/functions.php file:

    add_filter('etheme_elementor_force_load_global_assets', '__return_false');

Please note that enabling this filter will result in multiple requests being sent to the server, which may increase resource usage depending on the number of files loaded on the page.

In case you choose to use separate JavaScript files, please be aware that the following file contains the necessary script for the mobile menu functionality:

    xstore/js/modules/ethemeElementorOffCanvas.min.js

Additionally, we would appreciate it if you could clarify how the mentioned themes handle their script usage, as we were unable to locate documentation regarding their implementation.

Thank you for your attention and cooperation.

    Hello @Atman,

We hope this message finds you well.

We have noticed that your website’s SSL certificate may not be configured correctly. When accessed in incognito mode, the site’s styles are not loading properly due to insecure URLs. Additionally, we observed that you are using the FlyingPress caching plugin, which could also be contributing to the issue.

To help resolve this, we kindly suggest the following steps:

    1. Temporarily disable the FlyingPress caching plugin, as well as any other server-side caching mechanisms that may currently be active.
    2. Review and verify the configuration of your SSL certificate to ensure it is set up correctly.

Once these items have been checked, we will be happy to assist you further in identifying and resolving any remaining issues.

    Hello @David,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

    1. We regret to inform you that it is not currently possible to modify the menu items displayed in the off-canvas sidebar, as these are generated based on the default WooCommerce account menu. These links are provided by the WooCommerce plugin itself. If you wish to customize this list, we recommend reviewing the wc_get_account_menu_items() function located in the following file: woocommerce/includes/wc-account-functions.php.
For further guidance on adding or removing custom links, you may find the following article helpful: https://hookturn.io/add-custom-woocommerce-account-menu-links/.

    2. It appears that you are using a third-party plugin, “Variation Swatches for WooCommerce.” The size settings for the swatches are managed within the plugin’s configuration. We kindly suggest referring to the plugin’s documentation or contacting the plugin’s support team for assistance with this matter.

    3. Lastly, please ensure that you are not using any third-party plugins that may affect login functionality or template redirections. We have not encountered this issue on our local installations or demo websites.

Should you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Hello @engeldeluxe,

    Thank you for reaching out.

If you would like to exclude the JavaScript script that may be causing the issue, you can include the following file, which contains all theme widget scripts for Elementor:

    /wp-content/themes/xstore/js/elementor-all-widgets.min.js

However, as we previously mentioned in our response, these scripts are built on default Elementor base and were designed to wait for the jQuery document ready event triggered by the main WordPress script. Only after this event is triggered will the other scripts begin executing their respective actions.

You can observe a similar behavior by quickly clicking on the default Elementor tabs before the page has fully loaded. Additionally, if you add the default Cart Off-Canvas widget from Elementor to your header, you will notice that it also requires the page to be fully loaded in order to function correctly.

Please note that the issue you are experiencing is not related to a conflict or incompatibility with caching plugins. We recommend reviewing the official jQuery documentation to better understand how the document ready event works:

    https://learn.jquery.com/using-jquery-core/document-ready/
