You can disable “Out of Stock” icon in Theme Options > Shop > Enable “Out of stock” icon > Off.
There is no such possibility to add popup window for out of stock items.

I’ve added custom_html block to String Translation http://storage7.static.itmages.com/i/15/1210/h_1449747511_5914705_5c8721698f.png .
Now you can translate it.

Concerning other strings to be visible in WPML settings you need do the following:
1) add “Text Domain: woopress” in the header of style.css file in the theme directory, for example

2. I’ve added this code in functions.php file to hide trailing zeros:

// Show trailing zeros on prices, default is to hide it.

function wc_hide_trailing_zeros( $trim ) {
    // set to false to show trailing zeros

You need edit the file wp-content/themes/royal/framework/shortcodes.php (find the section “! Share This Product” in line 1918), to change links you need edit the code, for example for Twitter <a href="https://twitter.com/share?url='.$permalink.'&text='.$post_title.'" class="'.$tooltip_class.'" title="'.__('Twitter', ETHEME_DOMAIN).'" target="_blank"> and replace https://twitter.com/share?url='.$permalink.'&text='.$post_title.' with a link to your Twitter account.
