Star Ratings Inactive (gray color) eventhough there is a review

Hi,

Star ratings are still inactive even though it saying one customer has rated. THe comment and rating is also approved in the wp dashboard.

Please see this single product page. Also how to remove the 1 customer review part? I just want the stars.

Hello,

As I see you’re using additional plugins “Rating-Widget: Star Review System”, “WooCommerce Product Reviews Pro” for star rating. Sorry, but we don’t provide support for 3rd-party plugins.
Woocommerce has default option for reviews:
https://docs.woothemes.com/document/configuring-woocommerce-settings/ (paragraph “2.Products”)

now it’s not a gray star anymore but it disappeared completely. plus the breadcrumbs disappeared too.

Have you made any changes in the theme files?
May we reupload the theme?
Please provide us with FTP credentials and create a back up of your files and database.

Yeah I made a change I think on the single product page template.

But yes you can. Even the page “products” is not loading properly. Images not full width.

if you reinstall are you going to load the backup?

Hello,

I’ve reuploaded the theme. I’ve renamed “woocommerce” folder to “woocommerce_old” in wp-content/themes/ia-accioweb directory in order you want to revert back some files that you edited.

Please check reviews now.

Hi,

Yes the reviews are here but still gray in color. is that the default? if it is can we change the star rating color?

Also breadcrumbs is still not here, and products (page) is still not loading the images properly/

Hello,

Try to re-add the element in VC editor for which you’re getting those errors.

Also now we can’t access your site, it’s not loading.

yes that’s what happened. page loading was 10mins per page. I was forced to uninstall everything.

Concerning the breadcrumbs background, as I see you didn’t upload image in Theme Options > Color Scheme > Breadcrumbs background. Please upload a picture or set background color and check breadcrumbs after that.

Hello,

Star icons are loading from the image wp-content/themes/ia-accioweb/images/staticks/star-silver.png. You need edit it with Photoshop or other image editor to change color.

You must add only one “star” image as it was added before.
Please edit your image and leave only one star.
