    Hello @Nene,

    Thank you for providing the details. Your request is now much clearer.

    You have the debug log enabled (https://prnt.sc/EpAbEH_O7J87), and currently, there is a notice displayed on your website’s frontend (https://prnt.sc/isg_iwKK3cLK). When such notices appear with debugging enabled, AJAX actions (or other actions) – such as loading settings in the Customizer – may be affected and fail to load correctly.

    After setting define('WP_DEBUG', false);, the notices are no longer displayed. This configuration is highly recommended for live websites, as enabling debug mode should only be a temporary measure for troubleshooting rather than showing notices to all visitors. Once this change was applied, all sections in your Customizer loaded correctly (https://prnt.sc/KZUgLS56xyRO).

    Please check again on your side.

    Best regards,

    Hello @JohnyB,

    Let’s address your translation questions step by step to make the process more professional and effective.

    If you would like to rename your categories in your own language, please open the page shown in the screenshot (https://prnt.sc/PWwuSHS1s5zr) and click the “Quick Edit” link to rename the category (https://prnt.sc/KuuJdNP06Uj9).

    To modify the text displayed in the empty wishlist, go to Theme Options -> WooCommerce -> Wishlist -> Empty Wishlist Content (setting) (https://prnt.sc/Ws8muWuymC1t).

    To edit the text on any of your pages, simply open the page for editing (https://prnt.sc/ZBye2WNbcPam).

    To change the titles of widgets in your shop sidebar, navigate to Dashboard -> Appearance -> Widgets -> Shop Sidebar (https://prnt.sc/7ObPrbl_WW6o).

    For text modifications that are loaded from files, please use the Loco Translate plugin to translate and adjust the texts from the XStore theme, XStore Core, and WooCommerce plugins.

    If you need further assistance, please attach the specific strings you were unable to locate for translation.

    Best regards,

    Hello @molo,

    Regarding the overwritten files you mentioned in your reply at https://www.8theme.com/topic/sending-automated-emails-from-woocommerce/#post-462326, we have already provided you with detailed instructions on how to correct the versions and content of your copied files in the child theme.

    For more information on updating or rewriting templates in a child theme, please refer to the official WooCommerce documentation:
    https://developer.woocommerce.com/docs/theming/theme-development/fixing-outdated-woocommerce-templates/#how-to-update-outdated-templates

    Concerning your tests with the default theme and no additional plugins activated and no email-related error logs found on your server. However, since the issue persists, we kindly ask you to submit your inquiry to the official WooCommerce support team (https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/). The issue appears to be unrelated to our theme or your server settings, and their support team will be best equipped to assist you in resolving the default email functionality of their plugin.

    With all due respect, please note that we can provide assistance on our support forum only for bugs or issues directly related to our products.

    Best regards,

    Hello @nmble,

    The payment form generated by our Stripe extension and displayed on the checkout page is hosted on a separate PCI-compliant server. Therefore, applying custom CSS styles directly to the payment form will not have the desired effect.

    To adjust the appearance of the payment fields, you will need to add custom PHP code to your theme’s functions.php file or use a plugin such as Code Snippets.
    You can find more information here: https://woocommerce.com/document/stripe/customization/style-payment-form/

    If you require our assistance, please feel free to contact us.

    Hello @ziga32,

    We always appreciate receiving ideas to help improve our project, and we value your request. Could you please provide us with temporary wp-admin and FTP access to the website containing these products, as well as the URL of the page where the widget is displayed? This will allow us to review possible solutions, adjust the settings, and upload the updated version to your website so that you can check the results on the frontend.

    Hello @Gillbert,

    Thank you for providing us with the opportunity to test the issue on your staging website.

    Initially, we indicated that the issue originated from the Dokan plugin code. However, upon further investigation, we discovered that the problem results from an incompatibility between the Elementor and Dokan plugins. As these plugins are developed and maintained by their respective teams, we are unable to resolve the issue directly.

    Although Elementor is one of our recommended plugins, we kindly suggest that you contact the support teams of both Dokan (with over 40,000 downloads) and also Elementor (with over 10 million downloads: https://wordpress.org/plugins/elementor/), as their developers are best positioned to address this compatibility issue.

    We appreciate your understanding that even widely used plugins may sometimes conflict with each other. With due respect, we are unable to fix this issue from our side.

    A video of our testing process is attached below, demonstrating that the issue can be replicated even when using the default theme with the Elementor plugin installed and activated.

    Hello @Sherine,

    As you are using the Product Categories widget in Static block content, the link displayed for each product category is generated dynamically, which means it is not possible to create a custom link with anchors.

    For testing purposes, you can add a Button widget in your section with a custom URL and include an anchor href at the end of it. If you wish to implement such a solution for your links, you will need to use a different widget to create the category list and manually set a custom URL for each item.

    You can find more information about anchor links here: https://elementor.com/help/create-anchor-links/

    Hello @molo,

    Please note that the WooCommerce plugin occasionally updates its default templates when a new version is released. This applies not only to major releases (such as WooCommerce 2.6, 3.0, and 4.0) but also to minor ones (for example, WooCommerce 3.8.0).

    Starting from WooCommerce version 3.3, most themes are fully compatible with WooCommerce. However, you may need to update the templates manually or contact the theme author for assistance if:
    – You are using a theme with outdated templates or an older version of WooCommerce, or
    – You have modified templates or are using a child theme (as in your case, since some WooCommerce files have been modified in your xstore-child theme by you or your developers).

    For more information on updating or rewriting templates in a child theme, please refer to the official WooCommerce documentation:
    https://developer.woocommerce.com/docs/theming/theme-development/fixing-outdated-woocommerce-templates/#how-to-update-outdated-templates

    Hello @avenoir,

    As you are using the XStore Single Product Builder based on the Elementor plugin, we have added the following widget to your Single Product template: https://prnt.sc/wS9vcKiLHiDy.

    The stock status is now also displayed on other products: https://prnt.sc/KgnCFlZzXJ2x. However, if you would like it to appear only for out-of-stock items, you can use the following custom CSS in Theme Options → Theme Custom CSS → Global CSS:

    body:not(.elementor-editor-active) .elementor-widget-woocommerce-product-etheme_stock:has(.in-stock) {
        display: none;

    Hello @jtmathis42,

    To display the shipping details of your product within the single product tabs, please add the “Additional Information” tab as shown here: https://prnt.sc/NEZXCnddCE9o. We have already added this tab item to your single product templates, so you can review it now.

    If you prefer to display this information in a separate area, you can use the “Additional Information” widget: https://prnt.sc/dc-2fdu_qM7z. The corresponding frontend result can be seen here: https://prnt.sc/-jNp0cUZUQAd.

    You can edit the content of the mentioned tab in the Single Product Tabs widget, as demonstrated in the following screenshot: https://prnt.sc/y2fxDqpCcCKq. However, we have noticed an issue where the “Additional Information” tab does not appear on frontend when a custom tab is added.

    Please provide us with temporary FTP access in a private area so that we can investigate and find a solution to this issue.

    Hello @molo,

    Thank you for your tests. As you can see from the results, the issue does not appear to be related to our theme or the XStore Core plugin, since the same problem occurs with the default WooCommerce templates (which work once our built-in email builder functionality is disabled). Such issues are commonly caused by the following:

    1. Server Restrictions: Some hosts block the default PHP mail() function to prevent spam.
    2. Spam Filters: Emails sent without proper authentication may be marked as spam.
    3. Incorrect Settings: Typos in the admin email or invalid “From” addresses can cause delivery failures.

    We have also noticed some critical errors originating from a third-party plugin (see: https://prnt.sc/rY_p3nFevnQ9), which might also contribute to the issue. Could you please ask your hosting provider to check the following:

    1. The server configuration for sending emails.
    2. The email logs on your server.

    Additionally, please test your website with only the required plugins activated (XStore Core, Elementor, Pro Elements, and WooCommerce) and verify whether the emails are sent correctly. Make sure to keep our email customizer temporarily disabled during this test.
    Thanks for your patience and your time.

    We look forward to your feedback.

    Hello @Nene,

    We apologize for the delay in our response, as we have been working on a global solution. Also, the provided credentials are correct this time. Could you please check if the issue has been resolved now? We have modified the code of our XStore AMP plugin to ensure compatibility with PHP version 8.3.x. This implementation will also be included in the next plugin update.

    Hello @Gillbert,

    Thank you for providing the details. As you can see on your staging website, there are other plugins installed along with our demo content. To replicate the same list of active plugins, please deactivate any additional plugins on your current website so that it matches the plugin list used on your staging site.

    We believe there may be an incompatibility issue between Elementor and Dokan. Please note that Elementor is not our product, so we kindly ask you to ensure that the same set of plugins is active on both your current and staging websites.

    As mentioned in our previous reply, the issue is not directly related to our XStore theme or the XStore Core plugin. It appears to be caused by a conflict between the plugins required by our demo content and the Dokan plugin.

    Have you contacted the Dokan support team regarding this issue? If so, could you please share their feedback with us?

    Hello @Nene,

    Please check the FTP access information you provided, as we are currently unable to log in using the given credentials. The log information is attached in the private content.

    We also recommend temporarily downgrading the PHP version on your website to 8.0 or 8.1 to verify whether the issue persists. Alternatively, you may disable the debug log in your wp-config.php file on the server to prevent error notices from being displayed to customers (please note that this will not resolve the underlying issue).

    Dear @RapidClick,

    We sincerely appreciate your continued support and the trust you have placed in us by reaching out for assistance. We would like to take this opportunity to clarify several important points regarding the issues you have encountered on your website.

    After carefully reviewing the reported problems, we conducted a thorough test and confirmed that the issue persists even when using the default Storefront theme. This indicates that the problem is not related to our XStore theme. For your reference, we have provided screenshots showing that both the XStore theme and the XStore Core plugin (https://prnt.sc/cr4t6ezXGKeU, https://prnt.sc/wUlzqLxlc7Of) were deactivated during testing. Please note that only active themes and plugins can affect your website’s functionality; deactivated ones do not load their code.

    While we appreciate your attention to detail, our internal testing procedures sometimes produce results that differ from those reported by customers. Such discrepancies may arise from misunderstandings or variations in testing environments.

    Even though you have mentioned there are no similar issues on another website, we still performed tests using the default theme and essential plugins to isolate the problem from our theme or plugin.

    To address your concerns, we followed the testing steps. For your convenience, we have attached screenshots confirming each step:
    1. Activated the default WordPress theme “Storefront” (https://prnt.sc/cr4t6ezXGKeU).
    2. Deactivated all plugins except those shown in the screenshot (https://prnt.sc/dCce-Wx933m-) — Dokan, Dokan PRO, Elementor, Temporary Login Without Password, and WooCommerce.
    3. Reviewed the vendor page and observed that the description issue persists even without our theme and plugins (https://prnt.sc/9MPhO4jdQruZ).

    Based on these findings, we must emphasize that our support scope is limited to matters directly related to our themes and plugins, as outlined in our support documentation (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/support/support/). Since the issue also occurs with the default theme and basic plugins, it falls outside the scope of our responsibility.

    We hope this explanation clarifies our position and the boundaries of our support services. We kindly ask for your understanding and adherence to our support guidelines.

    As you are using the Dokan Pro plugin, we recommend contacting their support team for further assistance in resolving this compatibility issue.

    Best regards,

    Hello @ozzy00200,

    4/ The slow query is not related to the number of filters. You can have up to 20 filters with fast performance or only 2–3 filters with slow performance if your server is configured with minimal settings. Therefore, we recommend ensuring that your server meets our theme’s configuration requirements (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/xstore-theme-requirements/). You may also review Elementor’s requirements here: https://prnt.sc/lwUOl0iO5ugJ (https://elementor.com/help/elementor-widget-panel-not-loading/). Each widget in Elementor includes functionality that allows it to be made sticky: https://prnt.sc/Zb9xf_b4Fmio

    6/ You can create different layouts with unique content and designs for the main shop page, specific categories, or all category pages. This can be done by setting different conditions for templates in the Elementor builder. More details can be found here: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-builders/xstore-products-archive-builder-with-elementor/

    7/ If you are using a plugin that provides SEO functionality, it is recommended to disable the built-in SEO settings.

    8/ Unfortunately, such functionality is not yet available.

    9/ Our theme includes a free version of the Dokan plugin.

    10/ You are correct; these are different optimization aspects. Some of our optimization settings are designed for local theme improvements, while the SEO optimization focuses on global website performance, Elementor content, and asset loading. Both can be used together effectively.

    Thank you for your kind words. We are always striving to improve our products to better serve our customers.

    Could you please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access? We will check what can be done to help you.
    To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

    For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

    Hello @Neville,

    We have identified that the difference between the output of your brand on the single product page and the one on our local website is due to the Single Product Builder being active on our website, while the default built-in single product layout was used on yours.

    To achieve the following result: https://prnt.sc/sInvz1iApZQ0, please add the following custom CSS in Theme Options → Theme Custom CSS → Global CSS:

    body .product-information .fixed-content>.product_brand {
        text-transform: none;
    }

    Additionally, if you want to make the brand link bold and green color you can also add next custom CSS:

    body .product-information .fixed-content>.product_brand a {
        color: green;
        font-weight: bold;
    }

    Best regards,
