    Hello @wemakemarketing,

    We have checked and confirmed that you are using the latest versions; however, the latest patches (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-features/how-to-use-xstore-patcher/) were not installed. We have now activated them, and the initial issue should be resolved. Please verify this on your side.

    Regarding your question about performance improvements, could you please ensure that your server configuration is optimized, as we usually recommend this as the first and most important step in the optimization process? Additionally, we noticed that you are using the Rabbit Loader cache plugin, so please make sure it is configured according to the product documentation.

    Based on our tests, your website loads quickly and correctly for us. However, according to your speed test results, there are some suggestions specific to your page content. We recommend reviewing these suggestions and checking the Network tab in your browser’s developer tools to identify and optimize large images, other sources or those that take longer to load: https://prnt.sc/h3Iee-tSaLmC.

    We also suggest using the Cloudflare CDN, which can significantly improve your website’s loading speed by serving resources from servers closer to your visitors’ locations.

    Best regards,

    Hello,

    If you could provide us with the URL to your staging website, we would be able to review it and suggest some custom CSS solutions. Without access to your staging site, we are unable to offer a specific solution to your request.

    As an alternative, you may try adding the following custom CSS to your website under Theme Options → Additional CSS:

    :root {
        --wp--style--global--content-size: 2000px;
        --wp--style--global--content-size: 1400px;
    }

    Otherwise, please provide us with the URL and access to your staging website.

    Best regards,

    Hello @DebbieC,

    1. You did not provide your website address, so we were unable to review the layout.
    2. Could you please confirm whether you would like to create a new homepage using the Gutenberg builder or modify the existing homepage content with WPBakery?
    3. Which specific sections of your page would you like to update?

    Hello @Martin,

    You should have several options available for loaders: https://prnt.sc/eeX-U1LVkJWz.

    Regarding your question about the potential conflict between the mentioned option and the caching plugin, please note that if you are using a caching plugin, it is recommended to disable the Flying Pages option.

    Hello @josephchan,

    1. There is no separate page for search by default, but you can create one containing a title, a search widget, and an image. Then, you can add the URL of this page as a custom link in your mobile panel elements and select the desired icon.

    2. To set a custom placeholder text in the search element of your mobile menu, please configure the text in the following option: https://prnt.sc/AgmV-_E6L3Xj

    3. To ensure that customers view the results only after clicking the search button, you can disable the Ajax search option in both search widgets (the one in the header and the one in the mobile menu): https://prnt.sc/Y43gjLbAfaen

    Hello @jamesmonkdesign,

    As several major updates have been released, including numerous improvements and layout modifications, you will need to manually adjust certain sections and page content to meet your specific requirements. Please note that we do not provide additional customization through our support forum.

    We recommend making these adjustments on a staging website first and then migrating the updated content to your live site. For assistance with this process, please contact your hosting provider to ensure a smooth and efficient transition.

    If you have some specific questions related to the content or some widgets, we are here to suggest you some ideas or solutions.

    Hello @DebbieC,

    If you would like to use the Gutenberg editor for your pages, we recommend creating a new page and building the content from scratch. It is not possible to modify content using both the default Gutenberg editor and the WPBakery builder simultaneously.

    Please create a new page, add your desired content, and then reassign it as the home page in your WordPress settings under “Reading”.

    Hello @Deborah,

    It appears that the issue is not related to our theme, as previously mentioned on the official WooCommerce forum: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/variable-products-switching-to-simple-products/. We have also encountered a similar case with another customer: https://www.8theme.com/topic/woocommerce-variable-products-turning-simple/.

    We recommend reviewing and following the suggestions provided in the referenced discussions.

    Hello @Ideal,

    Could you please provide us with an example of the result you would like to achieve? Please note that there are no built-in options for displaying this, so you may need to use an additional plugin. However, the main product attributes are displayed by default in the Additional Information tab on the single product page within the Tabs section, so kindly check there.

    Hello @Proudpixel,

    Based on your description, we understand that the issue should now be resolved, and testing with a previous version will not provide a solution. Could you please check your system requirements and scan for inactive widgets in the Elements Manager (https://elementor.com/help/element-manager/), then set them to an inactive state?

    If you require our assistance, please provide the URL of page you need to edit and temporary wp-admin access so that we can investigate the issue and implement a solution.

    Hello @Plugin Center,

    We have not tested our slide content on devices of this size. However, you can adjust the typography and element sizes to make them more responsive by using dynamic units such as “vw” or “vh” (Elementor article -> https://elementor.com/blog/vh/). At this time, you are the first to test our slider on such large devices.

    It would be helpful if you could provide us with a URL to a specific demo you are testing or grant us access to your website (if sharing a demo is not possible). This will allow us to review the slider content in your specific case and consider improvements for future updates.

    We apologize for the delay in our response, as we have been experiencing a high volume of inquiries recently.

    Could you please allow us the opportunity to implement some CSS snippets on your website to achieve the display you requested? If the results do not meet your expectations, we will proceed with a refund for our plugin.

    If you agree, please provide us with the following details:
    1. A screenshot showing the desired result.
    2. The URL where our SalesMax Plugin Booster is currently active, so we can customize it according to your needs.
    3. If you have modified your website access credentials, please update us with the correct access details in the private area.

    Hello @Rashkoff,

    We have noticed that the Ajax “Add to Cart” buttons are not active on your website. This is evident because, even on the shop page, clicking the “Add to Cart” button reloads the entire page. The same issue occurs on the wishlist page, as the “Add All Items to Cart” function triggers each product’s “Add to Cart” button. Since the Ajax functionality is not working, this action does not perform correctly.

    We recommend checking your WooCommerce settings to ensure that the Ajax “Add to Cart” option is enabled (WooCommerce > Display > Products > Add to Cart Behavior). If the issue persists, please provide us with temporary wp-admin access so that we can investigate the matter in detail.

    Hello @Juan Zapata,

    We have noticed that your backend currently contains only 35 products, while the display setting is configured to show 36 items per page (as shown here: https://prnt.sc/n8e6qjg2G3QR) under “Theme Options → WooCommerce → Shop → Layout” (https://prnt.sc/EPDc_YwQQ-dL).

    We have now adjusted the setting to display 24 items per page so that you can verify that the pagination is displayed correctly.

    Hello @Olha,

    Could you please provide us with some screenshots or a short video demonstrating the issue? It is currently not entirely clear to us. We would also like to ask whether the problem appears only on mobile devices, while the desktop version displays correctly.

    If you are using CDN caching on your website, it is possible that the blog page is showing a cached version, while the home page is set not to be cached. This could explain the issue you are experiencing.

    Hello @Martin,

    Could you please check how it works in the mentioned browser using the default demo, such as Storefront? We have not received any similar reports from our customers regarding the Brave browser, so the issue may be related to a specific configuration on your device or within your browser that prevents certain JavaScript scripts from loading.

    Hello @Martin,

    There are no predefined settings available to make the mobile content display in a full-width layout. However, you can achieve this by adding custom CSS:

    .et_b_header-mobile-menu .et-mini-content {
        max-width: 100vw;
    }

    (Example: https://prnt.sc/QcNHniCHrKpi)

    Alternatively, you may use the following code:

    .et_b_header-mobile-menu .et-mini-content {
        max-width: 100vw;
        width: 100vw;
    }

    .et_b_header-mobile-menu .et-mini-content .et-close {
        transform: translateX(-100%);
        z-index: 9999;
        margin: 0;
    }

    (Example: https://prnt.sc/f8mupQVoRFre)

    Regarding your second question, could you please provide us with a video demonstrating the issue and grant temporary wp-admin access? At the moment, we do not see any errors with your subitems.

    Hello @Tavi,

    1. You can configure the product content elements to be displayed across all pages (shop, related products, upsell products, and products shown on the search results page) in “Theme Options → WooCommerce → Shop → Product Design” (https://prnt.sc/vAhOKQwBr-3B). If you would like to modify the content of products displayed only on the search results page, you can achieve this using custom CSS, for example:
    body.search .content-product .price { display: none; }

    Check the documentation of optimal placement of custom CSS:
    https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/additional-customisation/optimal-placement-for-custom-css-code/

    2. Regarding your other question, please provide us with a video to help us better understand the issue, as we currently do not see any search form on mobile devices that allows searching for products.

    Hello @Pchela1,

    Thank you for clarifying your question. The discount is applied automatically when the quantity changes if the mentioned Sale Booster is active. We recommend disabling it and checking again.

    We have tested the issue on your website, and the discount is not being applied, which suggests that the issue has been resolved. If the problem persists, please provide us with the details so that we can reproduce it on our side.

    Hello @Patrick,

    Most of the buttons throughout the theme can be styled in “Theme Options → Styling → Buttons” (light/dark/active). However, some buttons on certain pages or in specific sections may need to be restyled manually due to unique color settings defined by the design of those sections.

    If you need any assistance, please provide us with screenshots of the sections you would like to style.
