    Hello @iceball,

Do you currently use any caching plugins on your website? During a brief inspection of the page source, we noticed that the plugin “YITH WooCommerce Badges Management” also loads the Open Sans font family that is loaded from Elementor.

For testing purposes, we recommend creating a simple page containing only a few paragraphs and the header/footer. If the fonts continue to shift, please try deactivating third-party plugins and check the results.

Additionally, to ensure proper functionality, you may consider installing (if not already installed) and configuring your caching plugin to preload fonts and enable other useful features.

    Hello @Belinda Lindhardt,

As mentioned in our previous response (https://www.8theme.com/topic/salesmax-license-not-activating-using-the-divi-theme/#post-442189), you were required to add the following code snippets: https://gyazo.com/8248bcd780071b64fd5343389251b2bd. However, it appears that the code was copied incorrectly, as you used a single underscore in those functions instead of a double underscore in “__return_true” (https://gyazo.com/5ebbed56d5918e541d438b8a01722f8f). According to your WooCommerce → Status → Logs, such functions do not exist, which caused a fatal error on your Cart page.

We have now corrected the snippet, so you can reactivate the SalesMax plugin on your website and verify the results.

    Hello @Krafts & Kreations,

Please review the video attached in the private content section. Configure the SEO title according to your specific requirements and save the changes. Additionally, we suggest modifying the slug of your homepage (this is only a recommendation).

You may contact your hosting provider or refer to the following documentation for guidance on how to reindex your website: https://www.hostinger.com/support/6466565-hostinger-website-builder-how-to-request-google-to-index-website-pages/.

    Hello @shimon,

Unfortunately, it is not easy for us to read texts in your language. We kindly suggest checking whether the issue is resolved by setting the primary category as shown in the following screenshot: https://prnt.sc/hzF2–QZREWC (Product backend → scroll to the XStore Options).

If the issue persists, could you please create an example of such a product using English category names? This will allow us to compare the backend settings with the frontend display.

    Hello @Jennifer,

Please try re-saving the permalinks in Dashboard → Settings (left panel). It appears that the latest WordPress update may have introduced some changes affecting this configuration, as our recent updates do not include any modifications related to this issue.

If you still require our assistance, please provide us with wp-admin access to the website experiencing the issue so that we can investigate and find a solution.

    Hello @gdd,

You can copy the file content from the following source: /wp-content/plugins/xstore-advanced-sticky-header/modules/customizer.php. The fix is in next function: enqueue_scripts(). This will allow you to make it work on your live site immediately without waiting for the update.

    Hello @shimon,

By default, the primary category is displayed in the product details. In the previous solution, we added a custom snippet to display all categories, which has now been removed. Please provide us with the URL and screenshots of the product that currently shows the incorrect category, as the issue is not yet entirely clear to us.

Regarding the number of products displayed per page, this can be configured in Theme Options → WooCommerce → Shop → Layout → Products per page (https://prnt.sc/OeW2nweZT81G). As indicated in the description, if you wish to display all products, you can set the value to -1. Please note that displaying too many products may slow down your page loading time.

Could you please review the article mentioned in the previous reply? It provides detailed information about the settings, as shown here: https://gyazo.com/4bd2348da1c2b89042bc37ced7fe0603.

For optimal configuration, we recommend contacting your hosting provider’s support team, as these questions fall outside the scope of our theme support policy.

    Hello @katarasg,

We were unable to fully understand your request. However, if you would like to create a custom portfolio page similar to the following example: https://xstore.8theme.com/elementor3/architecture-studio/portfolio-grid/, you can use the XStore Projects, Projects Timeline, Projects Carousel, or Projects Chess widgets on any page you prefer.

To display images for each project, please set a featured image for each one. You can build the content of any project using the Elementor builder and include any elements you wish.

If you have any further questions, please provide us with more details and clarify your request.

    Hello @shimon,

Let’s review each request step by step:

    1. The issue was resolved after we re-saved the permalinks in your WordPress settings. All products are now displayed correctly, so the problem related to product display should be considered fixed.

    2. Please check the results on your end and provide us with a video of your testing.

    3. We discovered that the text in question was added through custom CSS you implemented for the Product Gallery widget in the Single Product Builder within Elementor templates. We have refined this CSS, and the Sale badge is now displayed correctly.

    4. By default, if a product has a primary category set, only that category is shown in the product details. If you would like to display all categories assigned to a product, you can use the PHP snippet described in our reply -> https://www.8theme.com/topic/urgent-shop-page-not-showing-all-assigned-categories-as-per-each-products/#post-441669. We have already added this snippet to your child theme’s functions.php file. Please review your product categories now (https://gyazo.com/07ed76b79879cb35b9b8ce3d9d788fac).

    Hello @katarasg,

Thank you for the information. However, we kindly suggest that you share such details in a private area.

    As mentioned earlier:

if the issue persists, we would appreciate it if you could provide us with additional details, such as the URL of the page you created.

Could you please share the portfolio page with us? We are unable to find such a page listed in the backend. Perhaps you are referring to the “Blog” page instead of the portfolio page?

    Dear @Rashkoff,

We previously indicated where this option is located; however, it appears that you are referring to the setting related to the Single Product layout. Please review the requested settings, and if the issue persists, kindly provide us with temporary wp-admin access.

For your reference, please find below a quote from our previous response:

We recommend checking your WooCommerce settings to ensure that the Ajax “Add to Cart” option is enabled (WooCommerce > Display > Products > Add to Cart Behavior). If the issue continues, please provide us with temporary wp-admin access so that we can investigate the matter in detail.

We have reviewed the issue, and such products should indeed be displayed there. Could you please clarify how these products were hidden from the mentioned category? As we can see, they are set to public: https://gyazo.com/9f1878f213ce9f8c904806e3c1760629.

    Hello @Shimon,

Our developers have not logged in to your website during the past few hours. When we recently attempted to log in to investigate the issue, the credentials you provided were found to be incorrect. We kindly ask you to verify the WordPress admin access details and provide us with the correct credentials.

You may also check with your hosting provider for login attempts to confirm that we have not accessed your store. It is possible that someone else has access and made changes, or your made an update of theme and there is some issue, or there may be an issue on your server. We recommend reviewing your server logs for further information.

    Hello @shimon,

Based on your comments in the previous topic, you confirmed that everything was working correctly at that time (https://gyazo.com/9f8b0d8ef5cdb260f74bb4c106b6f9dc). Therefore, we would like to identify what changes have been made to your website since then (approximately two months ago). This information will help us find a solution to the current issue. If no changes were made but the problem has reappeared, it may indicate an unusual situation or that the tests were conducted differently at that time.

Additionally, we have noticed that your store now uses pagination to navigate between pages, whereas previously it was configured with infinite loading for product display.

Please clarify what modifications have been made since you last tested and confirmed that the issue was resolved.

    Hello @Hanzla Nadeem,

If you wish to modify the content of this page, some programming knowledge will be required. However, please don’t worry — we are ready to assist you if needed.

To make changes to the page content, you need to locate the specified file in the XStore folder and copy it to the child theme folder, maintaining the same directory path. If you do not yet have a child theme created, you can easily install it by using the demo import process — simply complete the step for installing the XStore child theme without proceeding to the next steps.

Before starting this procedure, we recommend exporting your Theme Options configuration via Theme Options → Import/Export. After installing the child theme, you can then import the previously exported file to transfer your theme options from the parent theme to the child theme configuration.

Before proceeding, could you please provide us with a screenshot showing the locations of the new content? It is possible that the desired changes can be achieved by adding a few code snippets instead.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson
