Hello @Hanzla Nadeem,
Have you had a chance to test the solution we provided? The wrapper mentioned in our solution is not displayed for billing or shipping notices, but only for messages, as per your request.
If you are experiencing any issues while testing the provided solution, could you please share a video demonstrating how the issue can be reproduced on your side?
Additionally, you may try the following CSS and test it:
.woocommerce-checkout .woocommerce-notices-wrapper:has(.button.wc-forward) {
display: none;
}

Hello @itxteam,
Could you please clarify step by step which specific changes are not being displayed when you modify the content? As shown above, we tested the heading color, and it worked correctly. If possible, please provide us with a video demonstrating the steps you are taking, so we can better understand the issue.
Best regards,

Hello @itxteam,
Thank you for providing us with the correct access. We attempted to modify the heading color (https://prnt.sc/7LLjZG-B0Y70), but the change did not appear on the frontend. During our testing, we noticed that your website has a CDN configured, which might be affecting the display of styles and content updates.
Could you please temporarily disable the CDN and check again?
For testing purposes, we enabled the internal embedding of Elementor styles (Elementor → Settings) (https://prnt.sc/ld8dFX6RF9qL), and the changes were successfully reflected on the frontend (https://prnt.sc/8hHK7e9g4DRb). This indicates that the issue is related to caching settings in your CDN configuration.

Hello @Hanzla Nadeem,
If you would like to hide the notices on the Checkout page, please add the following custom CSS in your Theme Options -> Theme Custom CSS -> Global CSS:
.woocommerce-checkout .woocommerce-notices-wrapper {
display: none;
}
If you would like to apply the same change on the Cart page, please use the following custom CSS:
.woocommerce-cart .woocommerce-notices-wrapper {
display: none;
}

Hello @Lani,
Please check it now. We have set the line-height value to 1.2 in the breadcrumb title settings: https://prnt.sc/V868Xd3AYw64. You may adjust it further if needed.

Hello @Hanzla Nadeem,
We spent considerable time investigating why your CSS was not being applied, even though the code itself was correct. We discovered that a previously added custom CSS contained a bug (see: https://prnt.sc/BMsYniTeThZb). As a result, the generated next CSS in the file on the frontend did not have the correct structure for styling the images in your carousel. This issue has now been fixed, and you can check the updated result.
Regarding your question about the placeholder for “full_name,” please note that this feature was developed specifically in our theme. Therefore, it may not be displayed when used with other plugins or custom snippets. If you prefer to use another plugin for sending automated emails, you can disable the “full_name” feature to ensure compatibility with your checkout form and the plugins you are using.
Additionally, we kindly ask you to submit separate topics for different questions instead of combining multiple issues in one thread. This approach helps us provide faster support and allows other customers to find solutions to similar questions more easily.
Best regards,
Jack Richardson

Hello @Hanzla Nadeem,
You can set the transparent color using rgba color type in the Container Background options and then check the result. If you need our assistance, please attach the URL of the page where you are experiencing the issue.

Hello @Terpsauce,
Could you please provide us with the correct wp-admin access details in the private area? We attempted to use the previous credentials, but they appear to be outdated.
Additionally, could you temporarily increase the memory limit to higher value that now like to 1024 MB (just temporary for testing) and check whether this resolves the issue? This will help us determine if the problem is related to the server configuration. If not, we will explore other possible solutions.

Thank you for your understanding.

Hello @Abrar,
Could you please let us know what default currencies are currently applied to your products displayed on the Shop page? Are you experiencing this issue with a single product or only with the products shown on the home page?
From the screenshot you provided, it appears that all products are displayed in USD instead of EUR. It is possible that the default currency in WooCommerce or another plugin is currently set to USD.

Hello @Lani,
We have improved your existing custom CSS by adding margin spacing: https://prnt.sc/GpYTqmfDRE1B. The frontend now displays proper spacing in the breadcrumbs: https://prnt.sc/-LaG6w9rSQUB. If you wish to adjust the spacing, you can modify the corresponding CSS values.
The font size of your breadcrumb title is defined in Theme Options → Breadcrumbs → Title Typeface (https://prnt.sc/oXIEViWqQMGp).
We have updated the previous 38px font size value of your breadcrumb title to clamp(18px, 5.5vw, 38px) to enhance responsiveness: https://gyazo.com/b8b082bc41a2622980c4ffec8c79cd56. You can find more information about this property here: https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/CSS/clamp.
Please check the changes and let us know if everything looks good.

Hello @Krafts & Kreations,
Did you follow our recommendations to check with your network administrator and hosting provider to ensure that your domain is not being blocked or hacked? Could you please let us know what response you received from your hosting provider?
Additionally, we advised you to verify that your website’s SSL certificate is properly installed and that there are no server-side restrictions preventing access from certain networks. Could you please provide the current status of your SSL certificate?
Please note that this issue may not be related to the template you are using but is more likely caused by server-related factors. Therefore, we recommend submitting your request to the appropriate support department. Unfortunately, we are unable to suggest further solutions as we have not yet received your responses to our previous questions, which are necessary to identify other possible causes of the issue.

Hello @Safaa,
Could you please provide temporary WP-Admin access? We need to review your settings.
To grant WP-Admin access, please create a new user account with the Administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is created, kindly share the username and password with us securely via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.
Additionally, please ensure that all the latest patches are installed by navigating to Dashboard → XStore Control Panel → Patches. We would also appreciate it if you could provide a video demonstrating the issues for better understanding, as we are currently handling multiple customer requests. This will help us identify and resolve the problem more efficiently.

Hello @Niddy,
Thank you for providing the details. We have tested the issue but were unable to reproduce it after publishing the static block (a video has been attached in the private area). During our testing, we also noticed a redirection related to the wp-config file upon page refresh, which suggests that you may have removed or refreshed your staging website this moment.
Could you please record and share a video demonstrating the issue step by step so that we can review the exact replication process?
Additionally, we recommend refreshing the single product page on frontend and checking whether the issue with broken styles persists after you modify the Static block. When updating the static block, our code triggers Elementor to regenerate its cache to ensure that all styles, including those for static block elements, are displayed correctly, the same as you can do manually in Elementor -> Tools -> Regenerate CSS.
We also suggest adding the following custom CSS to resolve the styling issues with the vertical gallery containing multiple images. You can add this CSS globally in the Theme Options:
@media only screen and (min-width: 650px) {
.elementor-location-single .swiper-vertical-images .vertical-thumbnails-wrapper ul {
overflow: hidden;
padding-top: 0;
}
.elementor-location-single .swiper-vertical-images .vertical-thumbnails-wrapper li {
display: inline-block;
height: auto;
}
}

Hello @Lani,
Please find the updates below:
– Site settings: https://prnt.sc/jlEt6fO0DYwc
– Typography: The font size was previously set to 1px (https://prnt.sc/UCH2ZFmiOHwZ). We have corrected it by increasing the value to 16px.
– Mobile responsiveness: There was no spacing for paragraphs (https://prnt.sc/FFOX3ysBsaFh). This issue has also been fixed.
– CSS: We have added the previously suggested CSS (https://prnt.sc/OePElAIZWR8S).
Please review the changes and let us know if you need any further assistance. If you require additional modifications, kindly provide screenshots and a description of the desired changes.
We also recommend posting your questions or feedback in the public area, as private content should be used only for credentials or confidential information. This approach may help other customers benefit from your request and our corresponding solution.

Hello @Lani,
To increase the spacing of headings in your single post content, please add the following custom CSS snippet:
.single-post .content-article.entry-content .wp-block-heading {
margin-bottom: 25px;
}
We have noticed that the paragraph spacing in your Elementor Site Settings is currently set to zero (please refer to the screenshot: https://prnt.sc/E7KgPGsMWeX-). Kindly review these settings and adjust them according to your preferences.
If you would like to reduce the space between list items, you can use the following snippet:
.single-post ul.wp-block-list li {
margin-bottom: 0;
}
Additionally, we observed that the font size in your Elementor Site Settings is set to 1px (see screenshot: https://prnt.sc/EmBWBUYeUGgO). This is the reason why the breadcrumbs are not visible on desktop and there is an empty space above the title.
Check the documentation about custom CSS locations: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/additional-customisation/optimal-placement-for-custom-css-code/
If you require further assistance after applying our suggestions, please provide us with your website credentials.

Hello @itxteam,
We have noticed that there are currently two identical static blocks displayed in your Carousel Anything widget (https://prnt.sc/qtV8xS21moJZ). Since the screenshot you provided does not show the exact content displayed in the slider items, we are unable to determine which static block or content type is being used.
Please provide us with additional details, such as a video demonstrating the issue and the configuration settings of your slider.
Additionally, we have limited access to your dashboard with the credentials you previously shared. Kindly upgrade our access or provide new credentials with extended permissions so we can investigate the issue more effectively.
Regarding the website speed, please note that performance optimization is a complex task that involves multiple aspects of your website — including plugins configuration, image optimization, caching, server performance, and more.
To demonstrate the potential of our XStore theme, we’ve prepared an example here:
https://pagespeed.web.dev/analysis/https-woocommerce-1476984-5641372-cloudwaysapps-com/adlln2dhwa?form_factor=desktop
As you can see, our theme is capable of achieving a 98+ score on mobile and 100+ on desktop, which is a rare result for any e-commerce theme.
We kindly recommend checking the following on your website:
– Optimize all images (use modern formats like WebP and compress them properly)
– Configure a caching plugin (such as WP Rocket)
– Ensure your server is properly optimized for WordPress and WooCommerce
– Minimize the use of heavy third-party plugins
All of these factors significantly affect website speed and performance.
Please note that such performance optimization is outside the scope of our support, as per Envato’s support policy.

Jack Richardson

Dear @Danna,
If you notice a message regarding outdated files in your theme or child theme, please follow the steps below:
1. Verify that you are using the latest version of your parent theme. If not, update it, clear the WooCommerce cache (https://prnt.sc/91vgTnzs5GfK), and check again.
2. If the latest version of the theme is already installed, review the XStore Patches (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-features/how-to-use-xstore-patcher/), as some patches may include compatibility updates for the latest version of WooCommerce (https://prnt.sc/Fz2ukDYt57Gg). If such a patch is available, please install it, clear the WooCommerce cache as shown above, and check again.
If you have any templates overridden in your child theme, please review the compatibility changes introduced in the latest updates. In this case, you will see a list of files from your child theme and the outdated versions, along with details on how to update those templates (https://prnt.sc/K_NJZi7VKh1D, https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-features/template-overrides-parser-feature/).
We have already installed the latest patch and cleared the WooCommerce cache, so there should be no outdated files at this time. Please verify this on your end.

Jack Richardson

Hello @Prasanta
It appears that your homepage contains a large amount of content. To ensure that the content updates properly, we recommend increasing your server resources. You can refer to the official Elementor documentation for guidance: https://elementor.com/help/500-error/. If your current server values are lower than the recommended ones, please contact your hosting provider to have them increased.
Please note that this request is not directly related to our theme, as the issue is associated with your server settings and the amount of content on your pages.
