As for the category “appliances” I don’t see it in Products > Categories.
For this shortcode [etheme_sale_products per_page="12"] you need add sale price to your products. Have you done this?

Please show a direct page where you don’t have reviews tab.
When you update theme you need delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/legenda/ and it’ll be reuploaded from a new theme package. Please try it.
