    Hello @esi,

    Since you are using the “Select” type for quantities, you can adjust the options in the following location: Theme Options → WooCommerce → Shop Elements → Quantity. Choose the “Select” type and set the desired values in the “Range” option (see: https://prnt.sc/oQvVriq37rL0).

    After that, you may switch the “Quantity Type” option back to “Input” to keep the input type globally while using the select type only on single product pages. Once done, please publish your changes.

    Examples:
    Theme options -> https://prnt.sc/SJ3mp1AaT5gM (but you can modify the range setting and keep the “Quantity type” to input)
    Single product select -> https://prnt.sc/BMazA951gBDS

    If you prefer to modify the quantity type specifically for single products, you can do so by opening the Single Product editor and adjusting the corresponding option (see: https://prnt.sc/O8Tt6oCu8C5i).

    Hello @Bas Kling,

    We have thoroughly tested the issue and would like to highlight the following points:

    You are using the Elementor Loop Item feature provided by the Elementor PRO plugin. Within the content of each loop item, there is a Button widget with dynamic content set to “Add to cart” (see: https://prnt.sc/rdrxMm1KVYXX). However, the dynamic tag URL that is provided by the Elementor plugin is not displayed correctly for products that are product variations.

    This functionality needs to be corrected within the Elementor plugin’s code. Therefore, we recommend contacting the Elementor support team with this request. Please note that we can only provide support for bugs or issues related to our theme, and we have explained why this particular issue should be resolved in the Elementor PRO plugin’s code.

    We hope our explanation is clear.

    Best regards,

    Hello @2347281,

    1. Could you please let us know which type of variation you are using — the popup type or the default one?
    2. Have you installed all the latest patches on your website? You can verify this in the XStore Control Panel under “Patches.”
    3. Which version of the theme are you currently using?

    Hello @Terpsauce,

    It appears that your main request can be resolved by configuring the Popup Conditions instead of manually setting conditions on individual Containers. By doing so, you can implement the desired conditions more efficiently (please refer to the private content for details). We recommend reviewing the Elementor documentation on Popup configuration: https://elementor.com/academy/popup-conditions-triggers-and-advanced-rules/. We believe that using these condition rules will allow you to apply general settings rather than creating separate conditions for each container. Please review the Popup Conditions and let us know if this solution addresses your main request.

    Also, you can check the topics on Elementor support forum, such as -> https://wordpress.org/support/topic/hide-elementor-popup-unregistered-users/. Or you can submit your one on their forum to clearify in details some questions you may have even with default functionality.

    Regarding your concern about the theme’s conditions not functioning correctly, could you please clarify whether you are using the default conditions for Containers provided by Elementor? This information will help us determine whether the issue is related to the theme itself, caching, or your website’s server configuration.

    Hello @Bas Kling,

    This widget is designed exclusively for use on Single Product templates and cannot be applied to other templates, such as simple pages or popup builders. The Sticky Cart feature functions based on the data of the current product, which is why it is only displayed within such templates.

    If you would like to have a similar widget on other templates, you may try the following adjustment; however, please note that it may not display correctly, and we cannot guarantee its proper functionality. To apply this adjustment, open the web inspector using the developer tools (https://prnt.sc/gpblRXRP-EF3) and add the following CSS:

    .elementor-element-wrapper:has(.eight_theme-elementor-icon.et-elementor-sticky-cart) {
        display: block !important;
    }

    .elementor-element-wrapper .elementor-element:has(.eight_theme-elementor-icon.et-elementor-sticky-cart) {
        pointer-events: all !important;
        opacity: 1 !important;
    }

    Alternatively, we recommend requesting additional customization, as we are unable to create custom widgets due to our support policy. Please note that even the default Elementor “Add to Cart” button does not function correctly in your custom-built layout, which indicates that the issue is not related to our theme but rather to the specific customizations made beyond Elementor’s standard template functionality.

    Hello @Terpsauce,

    We have modified the content on the homepage of the staging website for testing (please check the private area) and published it successfully. This confirms that increasing the memory limit has resolved the issue on your staging website.

    We recommend increasing the memory limit on your live website as well, since the WooCommerce log shows fatal errors related to memory limit issues (please refer to the private content). These errors are the reason why publishing does not work on your live website, while it functions correctly on the staging one.

    Hello @Ian,

    Could you please check now? We have implemented the first beta version of compatibility, and the images are now displayed in your reviews: https://prnt.sc/gvA8OYb_XwR9. You can adjust the spacing using custom CSS if needed. We believe that the main request to display images from third-party sources has been fulfilled, so please review it at your convenience.

    Hello @josephchan,

    If you choose to display posts by Categories or Tags, we set the query parameter to retrieve posts that belong to the same category or tag as the current post. To identify the category of the current post, we use the following function: https://developer.wordpress.org/reference/functions/get_the_category/. For retrieving tags, we use this function: https://developer.wordpress.org/reference/functions/get_the_tags/.

    To sort the posts on the frontend, you can use the “Order by” option, which allows you to arrange items by title, date, menu order, or other parameters.

    It is not possible to manually sort each item by ID in a custom order, as this would require complex customization involving multiple conditions for various post tags, categories, titles, and other sets. We recommend configuring the widget and testing it with a few of your posts to review how the content is displayed on the frontend.

    Alternatively, if you prefer to use a third-party plugin for displaying related posts, please refer to its documentation for details on how it determines and displays related content.

    Hello @Bas Kling,

    If you do not see certain elements in your Elementor panel, could you please check whether the corresponding widget is active in your Elements Manager table: https://elementor.com/help/element-manager/?

    We have a Sticky Cart widget (https://prnt.sc/aXUq-dOiHYPT) that appears only after you scroll past the “Add to Cart” area on a single product page, which seems to be what you are looking for.

    If you need something different, could you please clarify which elements or content you would like to modify in this widget? We may be able to provide you with some code snippets to adjust it, if such an option is available.

    Hello @Ian,

    Thank you for providing us with the correct FTP access.

    We have added compatibility with our built-in review images feature, which is provided by one of our Sales Boosters and was previously active on your store (https://prnt.sc/qjPMcO_Cgm8S). However, after uploading the changes, the images still did not appear in the specified widget on your homepage, while they were displayed correctly on our local website (https://prnt.sc/noVNSlu0kCvL).

    After a detailed analysis, we found that you are also using a third-party plugin to display reviews and review images (https://prnt.sc/FZu8POe3lNX1). Please note that while we have ensured compatibility with our built-in review images feature, achieving compatibility with a third-party plugin is a more complex task. Therefore, we will mark your request for further review, as it requires our developers to examine the plugin’s code and assess the possibilities for displaying images attached to comments through its fields.

    At this time, you may either use our built-in review images functionality and disable the third-party plugin. Alternatively, your request may gain priority if it becomes more popular among other customers through voting, so our developers will evaluate the possibility of adding compatibility.

    Hello @Ian,

    Oh, you were referring to the product images, not the avatars. We apologize for the misunderstanding – we initially thought you meant that the avatars were not displaying. The widget in question is not designed to display product images by default. However, if you would like this feature to be added, we recommend submitting a request on our feature request board: https://www.8theme.com/roadmap/.

    Additionally, I will forward your topic to our developers so they can review the possibility of implementing product image display and estimate the time required for development. Please note that we cannot guarantee this functionality will be included in the next update, but we truly appreciate your suggestion – it’s a great idea.

    Also, the FTP you provided is not correct, so if you can provide us the correct one we will be able to upload our improve once it is ready.

    Hello @Ian,

    The image in question represents the avatars of customers who have submitted reviews. By default, customer avatars are not configured; however, there are certain plugins that allow customers to upload custom avatars in your store.

    At this time, we believe that the default avatar should be displayed. To further investigate the issue, we kindly ask you to provide us with FTP access in the private area.

    You may add the following custom CSS; however, please note that it will disable the lightbox functionality when clicking:

    .swipers-couple-wrapper .swiper-wrapper a {
        pointer-events: none;

    The URL details displayed in the browser when hovering over any link are a standard browser feature and are not related to the theme used on the website.

    Hello @Ian,

    Could you please clarify your request? If the “Order by” option is set to display reviews by comment date, they should appear in the correct order according to the time and date each comment was posted on the products.

    If possible, please provide us with a screenshot showing the incorrect order and temporary wp-admin access so that we can examine the issue in detail.

    Hello @Şali,

    The text displayed on hover corresponds to the content of the title attribute. You can hide it by adding the following custom CSS in Theme Options → Theme Custom CSS → Global CSS:

    .swipers-couple-wrapper .swiper-wrapper img:not(.zoomImg), .thumbnail-item > span {
        pointer-events: none;
    }

    Hello @josephchan,

    At this time, you can select only one preferred option to display posts – either by categories or by tags – but not both combined. If you would like to request additional options for this widget, please submit your suggestion on our task board: https://www.8theme.com/roadmap/.

    Regarding the modification of the position of related posts displayed by a third-party plugin, please refer to the plugin’s documentation or contact their support team, as we provide assistance only for our own products.

    Hello @Bas Kling,

    As this product is variable and you would like to manually set the URL with specific arguments, please note that you also need to include an additional parameter, such as variation_id (refer to the private content for details).

    Could you please describe the solution you would like to implement? Since you are using Elementor to create the single product templates, you can add the Sticky Cart widget, which already includes the appropriate buttons and configuration.

    Hello @JohnyB,

    If you are logged in as an administrator, you will see the Mailchimp form on both desktop and mobile views (https://prnt.sc/7YqGAiLhG4Zw). However, if you check the same area while not logged in, the form will not be visible. We have already explained the reasons for this above. The mailing system is not included in the theme by default, so you need to install an additional plugin such as Mailchimp (currently in use) or Contact Form 7.

    You will need to manually modify the content of each product, as this content may be unique. If you use the same content for all products, you can create a Static Block or an Elementor template and add it to all products. This way, you can manage and update the content in one place only.
    Static Block documentation: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/support/static-blocks/
    Elementor template usage: https://wpdeveloper.com/elementor-template-shortcode/

    Regarding your question about content alignment, we noticed that your developer made some improvements using custom CSS. The spacing issue you see (https://prnt.sc/ps8TegpufSZK) is caused by padding applied to the top of the content. If you prefer to remove it, you can delete the custom CSS shown in the screenshot by navigating to Theme Options -> Theme Custom CSS -> Global CSS.

    Hello @JohnyB,

    Could you please avoid combining all the questions in one message? It becomes quite difficult to provide accurate answers for each inquiry, as explaining every solution requires considerable time.

    Regarding your question about Mailchimp: as you can see from the logged-in browser, there is a notice for you as the administrator -> https://prnt.sc/Xf_isxeAXOXb. You need to review the documentation for this plugin and configure it according to your requirements, including your own settings and permissions -> https://wordpress.org/plugins/mailchimp-for-wp/.

    To edit the product content, open the Elementor editor for the specific product you wish to modify -> https://prnt.sc/YZk1t8JN7T5J. If you would like to display the content in several columns, use a different element and place the content inside it -> https://prnt.sc/xSJ-HuAAFV8V (before) vs -> https://prnt.sc/5-aEjGzI0wwh. If you have not worked with Elementor before, we recommend watching some tutorials. Please note that creating product content in Elementor is not a feature provided by our support. While we can suggest possible solutions, we are unable to create the content for each customer. Please refer to the private content for an example of improved product content.

    If you wish to have equal columns on both sides, you can use the Grid element -> https://gyazo.com/bb3d8de1bf3bf93b0bb24b52a9fc435e. You may also combine several widgets instead of using only the default text editor—feel free to explore creative ideas.

    Regarding the issue with incorrect links in the mobile menu: please configure the URLs of your menu items via Dashboard -> Appearance -> Menus -> https://prnt.sc/uXFuTX5X8_6M. On desktop, it works correctly because a different widget (Icons List) is displayed -> https://prnt.sc/kmJ5pmoIZFn2, which is not related to the menu items. We have already configured the main items, so you can review them on your side.

    To configure the items in the Mobile Panel, go to Theme Options -> Mobile Panel -> https://prnt.sc/Ra1qhmDvkmvx. Currently, we have set the main menu for the “More Toggle 01” menu option. You can see the frontend result here -> https://prnt.sc/XRz9xwDK_Xo6.

    Hello @sethr,

    Could you please clarify how to reproduce the issue? We opened the website in incognito mode but did not encounter the reported error (please check the private content).

    Kindly review the following possible solutions:

    1. Browser Caching Issues:
    – Clear your browser’s cache and cookies, as outdated or corrupted cached files may prevent the browser from fetching the latest versions of code chunks.

    2. Network Connectivity Problems:
    – Verify your internet connection to ensure it is stable and reliable.
    – Try using a different network, such as switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data, to rule out network-specific issues.

    3. Server-Side Deployment or Configuration Problems:
    – Confirm that all necessary code chunks are correctly deployed on the server and accessible at the expected paths.
    – Check server-side caching settings. If using a CDN or server-side caching, ensure that caching is not preventing the delivery of updated chunks. Consider setting the Cache-Control headers to no-store, no-cache, must-revalidate for the main HTML entry file (e.g., index.html) to prevent it from being cached.

    Hello @JohnyB,

    During our inspection, we found that your swatch attributes were created using non-Latin characters (see: https://prnt.sc/2mKUIVoMMyuQ, https://prnt.sc/01Emo0EVL7Uo). When we created a test attribute using Latin characters as required (see: https://prnt.sc/TQKgHhHDvQ_n) and applied it to a test product, the swatches displayed correctly (see: https://prnt.sc/4cyicAMhoEiZ).

    Please recreate your attributes using Latin characters and assign them to your products. We recommend creating one test attribute first and checking the frontend to confirm that it displays properly.
