1. The reason was you added capitalized parent theme name in child stylesheet header Template: Royal, but it should be Template: royal. I’ve fixed it, so you can switch to child theme now.

2. Unfortunately there is no such option in promo popup settings by default.

Please check your home page on desktop and mobile view now. Is that what you want to achieve?

Also update the theme and required plugins to the latest versions as you are using the old ones.
Before update delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/royal/ and it’ll be re-uploaded from a new theme package.
All required plugins can be found here https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ .

Don’t forget to create back up of your files and database before starting update process!

(it’s for Legenda theme but the process is the same).

Unfortunately there is no possibility to translate countdown element text in the current theme version. I’ve forwarded this request to our developer team to fix it in the next update.
As a temporary solution you can change the words Days, Hours, Minutes and Seconds in the wp-content/themes/legenda/framework/shortcodes.php file in block of code started from the line 1372 http://prnt.sc/ejtrd5
