    Dear @shopsangam,

    We hope this message finds you well. We are writing to address your inquiry concerning the Shiprocket plugin and its integration with our theme. To assist you more effectively, we require additional details to fully understand the functionality you expect and the specific issues you are encountering.

    Could you kindly provide a video demonstrating the plugin’s operation with another theme? This will allow us to observe all the settings and data configurations you have implemented, enabling us to better test and compare its functionality with our XStore theme.

    Additionally, we noticed that the official documentation link for the Shiprocket plugin https://prnt.sc/WdXkfflXiNWT redirects users to a non-functional page https://prnt.sc/3Qh4L0viai_F. If you are in communication with the plugin developers, it would be advantageous to address this issue in their forthcoming updates to ensure all users have access to the necessary documentation.

    Thank you for your cooperation and understanding. We look forward to your response so that we may proceed to resolve the issue efficiently.

    Best regards,

    Dear @shopsangam,

    We hope this message finds you well. We are writing to update you on the resolution of the issues you reported:

    1. **Color Issue in Timers**: The issue regarding the color of timers, as highlighted in your screenshot, has been resolved. We manually adjusted the background color in the ‘Product Carousel’ widget through the Custom CSS settings. You can view the updated frontend result here: https://prnt.sc/MqftgPlmNg3i.

    2. **Track Order Link Functionality**:
    – **Mobile**: The track order link is operational on your mobile device as you have correctly set a link for the element, visible here: https://prnt.sc/nUjKIIGpG4H7.
    – **Desktop**: Initially, the link was set in the desktop header element, as shown here: https://prnt.sc/vSG6AbuYXKri. However, the button text was missing, which caused functionality issues. We have now migrated the track order link to another setting within the same widget to ensure functionality across devices. The updated setting can be viewed here: https://prnt.sc/NoKyDb3yUVQn. Users can now be redirected to the Track Order page by clicking the element in the header.

    3. **Review Text Issue**: The issue concerning the review text has been addressed and resolved with the following solution: https://prnt.sc/7us_aqSFrxGF.

    We trust these adjustments meet your expectations and resolve the issues effectively. Should you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Hello,

    Thank you for reaching out to us with your query. We’re glad to hear that you are interested in using Advanced Shipment Tracking Pro with XStore for managing your shipment emails.

    To ensure that XStore is configured to trigger emails through Advanced Shipment Tracking Pro for selected events, you will need to integrate both systems properly. Here’s a general guide on how to set this up:

    1. **Install and Activate Plugins**: Ensure that both XStore and Advanced Shipment Tracking Pro are installed and activated on your WordPress site.

    2. **Configure Advanced Shipment Tracking Pro**: Go to the settings page of Advanced Shipment Tracking Pro and configure the settings according to your needs. This typically involves setting up the specific events that should trigger an email notification.

    3. **Testing**: After configuration, perform a test transaction to ensure that the emails are being triggered and sent correctly when the specified events occur.

    We are sure that if the code of your plugin is writted due to WooCommerce standarts the XStore Email buidler will trigger the email with new design correctly. Otherwise you will have the default design of email sent to customers until we find the reason of the compatibility.

    If you encounter any issues or need further assistance with the setup, please do not hesitate to contact our support team. We are here to help ensure everything works smoothly for you.

    Dear @IC,

    Thank you for your insightful observations regarding the similarities between the Product Attributes widget and the Additional Information widget. You are correct in noting their resemblance. However, it is important to highlight that the ‘Product Attributes’ widget is designed specifically to display only the attributes, whereas the ‘Additional Information’ widget is capable of displaying additional blocks that are added through hooks associated with the ‘woocommerce_product_additional_information’ WooCommerce hook.

    We are pleased to inform you that this widget will be included in the upcoming theme update. You can confidently proceed with the update, as the widget will be retained in future versions.

    Dear @Focu5,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    We regret to inform you that the functionality to display upsell and cross-sell products in a list view is not available by default. Should you wish to see this feature implemented, we kindly invite you to submit a feature request on our roadmap page: [8theme Roadmap] https://www.8theme.com/roadmap/. Our development team prioritizes the implementation of features based on the number of votes each request receives. This process helps us determine the demand for new features and allocate resources accordingly.

    Regarding your inquiry about the progress bar in the Cart canvas, this can be enabled by activating the Progress Bar feature in our Sales Booster panel. You can access this setting here: [Sales Booster Panel] https://prnt.sc/4PTVTLUjqCiu. For a preview of how this will appear on the frontend, please visit: https://prnt.sc/PRfUls-5xm2i. Dear @Roobinda,

    We have implemented the ‘ajax_add_to_cart’ class to facilitate the AJAX-based addition of products to your cart, utilizing WooCommerce’s functionality. Should you prefer the standard method of adding products to your cart, which includes a page refresh, you may opt to disable the ‘Ajax Add To Cart’ feature. This can be done by navigating to Theme Options -> WooCommerce -> Single Product -> Layout. For your convenience, here is a direct link to the settings: https://prnt.sc/kFLekpq9OLwa.

    Upon deactivation, the ‘Add to Cart’ button on single product pages will no longer include the ‘ajax_add_to_cart’ class; it will solely contain the ‘single_add_to_cart_button’ class. Additionally, if you have established contact with the plugin developers, it may be beneficial for them to implement conditions to handle scenarios where both classes are applied to a button. This would help prevent any potential issues with double triggering.

    Deactivating the ‘Ajax Add To Cart’ as described should resolve your concerns regarding double triggering. Should you require further assistance or have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Dear @IC,

    I hope this message finds you well.

    We are pleased to inform you that we are in the process of developing a dedicated widget to display product attributes, as per your request. This new feature will be included in our upcoming theme update.

    Due to the volume of requests currently on our agenda, we kindly ask for your patience as we work through our to-do list. In the meantime, we have uploaded a basic version of the ‘Product Attributes’ widget for your use. You can access it here: https://prnt.sc/aq048QzdFtp_. Please note that this version does not include configuration settings, but it is designed to display the product attributes effectively.

    We will consider adding configuration settings to this widget and, if feasible, we will include these improvements in a future update.

    Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Should you have any further questions or require additional information, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Dear @Nio,

    We regret to inform you that the library currently utilized for creating the specified effect is causing the images to “jump.” Our team is actively seeking a solution to resolve this issue without the unwanted effect, although we cannot guarantee a definitive resolution at this moment.

    As a workaround, we suggest implementing the following custom CSS code. Please navigate to Theme Options, then select Theme Custom CSS, and finally input the code under Global CSS. This adjustment will help to make the image static and prevent the jumping effect:

    .single-post-large-wrapper .backstretch img {
        transform: none !important;
    }

    We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work towards a permanent solution. Should you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Dear @Alpha111,

    I hope this message finds you well. We have reviewed the concerns regarding the blurred images in your product categories. Currently, we do not observe any issues with image blurring on our end.

    Typically, the appearance of such effects is influenced by the hover effects and the Image Size settings configured in your widget. For your reference, please see the settings here: [Hover Effects Settings] (https://prnt.sc/8yXg2IJ6RKZ7) and [Image Size Option] (https://prnt.sc/D8yfXPXmHgg8).

    We recommend adjusting these settings to better suit your needs and experimenting with different combinations to achieve the desired clarity. The resolution of this issue largely depends on the image sizes used in your product categories.

    Dear @RapidClick,

    I hope this message finds you in good health and spirits.

    We have carefully reviewed the technical issues you reported and noticed that the problem arises specifically when the XStore theme is activated. Conversely, this issue does not occur with the default Storefront theme. Our investigation revealed that the checkbox options for Social Authorization in the XStore Control Panel were active, yet no APP ID and App Secret were configured. Consequently, we have reset these checkboxes as it appears you are not utilizing Facebook login on your website. You can view the changes here: https://prnt.sc/sGGfcybJCkiH.

    Could you please verify if the redirection is now functioning correctly?

    We recently accessed your website to conduct testing for optimization purposes. During this process, we temporarily activated the XStore AMP plugin to evaluate its performance on mobile devices using both iOS and Android operating systems.

    Dear @Niki,

    I hope this message finds you well. We have identified the cause of the issue you are experiencing with our new Archive Products builder that utilizes the XStore Elementor Archive Products widget. Upon reviewing the code of your Multivendor plugin, it appears that a global compatibility update is necessary, similar to the adjustments made for other popular themes, as illustrated here: https://prnt.sc/pweqtHBfpAzp.

    Unfortunately, we are unable to integrate their output directly from our theme code. This limitation stems from the ‘WCFMmp_Frontend’ class, which lacks an instance callback. Each invocation of this class triggers the __construct() function immediately.

    To address this, we have temporarily added the necessary code on your server within the following file:
    plugins/wc-multivendor-marketplace/core/class-wcfmmp-frontend.php

    The added code is as follows:

    // XStore Theme Products grid Compatibility
    add_action('after_etheme_product_grid_list_product_element_title', array( $this, 'wcfmmp_sold_by_product' ), 80);

    You can view the result of this addition here: https://prnt.sc/ZiUGq-7tfOlL, https://prnt.sc/h1U9CCmT818U.

    Please reach out to the plugin’s author to request the addition of this compatibility feature. We will also contact them to ensure that one of us receives feedback. It is crucial to secure this update in their next release to prevent the loss of these changes.

    Thank you for your attention to this matter. We look forward to resolving this issue collaboratively.

    Hello @RapidClick,

    Thank you for reaching out to us with your concern regarding the vendor/customer login process. We understand the importance of this issue and are committed to resolving it promptly.

    Could you please provide us with more details about the problem you are experiencing? Any specific error messages, screenshots or videos would be particularly helpful for our technical team to diagnose the issue accurately.

    While trying to login from the off-canvas we have been successfully logged in without redirections on my-account page. Maybe you should share with us vendor’s access for testing ? Also, it is vital to admit that verifications/validations of login data for vendor is mostly related to the Multivendor plugin you are using so you should also read their docs. Anyway as a solution you can simply deactivate off-canvas for account so anyone who need to login/register can do that work directly on my-account page where all scripts are loaded due to needs of process.

    We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your patience as we work to fix this as quickly as possible. Please feel free to reach out with any further information or questions you might have in the meantime.
