    Hello @Jari de Boer

    Such settings is located under next path:
    Theme Options -> WooCommerce -> Shop -> Shop page layout (scroll to the same bottom)
    Also, we have a search as you can see -> https://prnt.sc/hmfd6aRrUeZr so it is easier to search for the requested option by it’s title or description.

    Dear @Nicolo,

    I hope this message finds you well.

    Regarding your query on the configuration of content within the XStore environment, our recommendation largely depends on the nature of the content you intend to implement. Given that the content in question aligns with the simpler format supported by the XStore Slides (old) widget, we believe it would be more beneficial for you to continue utilizing this widget rather than creating separate slides with a more complex DOM structure.

    However, please consider that if you foresee a need to design highly original and creative content in the future, you might find the new widget advantageous. This tool allows for greater flexibility and creativity, limited only by your imagination.

    Should you have any further questions or require additional guidance, please do not hesitate to reach out.

    Dear @finleydesign,

    We hope this message finds you well. We would like to inform you that the feature you referenced has been a part of our offerings for an extended period and has not undergone any changes in its value in the recent updates. It appears that the recent installation of WP Rocket on your system might be causing a conflict, as indicated in the description of the option in question.

    We are pleased to hear that the functionality is now performing satisfactorily. Should you have any further inquiries or require assistance, please do not hesitate to post a topic on our support forum.

    Dear @finleydesign,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    Following a thorough investigation into the difficulties you were experiencing with the loading of the Analytics page, we have identified that the primary cause was related to the ‘Remove Query Strings From Static Resources’ setting. We have temporarily disabled this option, which can be reviewed here: https://prnt.sc/s4tlI88fHBGw.

    We kindly request that you verify the current functionality of the Analytics page at your earliest convenience.

    Thank you for your patience and understanding.

    Dear @finleydesign,

    I hope this message finds you well. We are currently in the process of conducting some tests on your live website. However, we wish to ensure that our actions do not disrupt your operations. Could you please confirm whether it would be permissible for us to deactivate certain plugins temporarily to facilitate these tests?

    Additionally, we have observed a few errors while accessing the Analytics page on your site. These errors appear to be associated with the WooCommerce plugin, specifically issues related to loading and applying certain CSS files. We suspect that these issues might be related to server permissions or additional security measures configured on your server.

    For your reference, we have encountered similar issues discussed in the WooCommerce plugin support forum, which might offer useful insights or solutions for your situation. You can view the discussion at the following link: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/woocommerce-analytics-report-not-showing-data/.

    We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to your guidance on how to proceed with the plugin deactivation for testing purposes.

    Dear @Nicolo,

    Should the existing options of the XStore Slides widget meet your current needs, please feel free to continue using it as you see fit.

    We developed this new functionality of XStore Slider feature to offer our customers greater customization possibilities in creating their slides. We hope you find it enhances your experience with our products. This enhancement allows you to manually create individual slides using the Elementor builder, providing you with the flexibility to achieve specific content layouts and effects that may not be possible with the standard XStore Slides widget.

    For detailed guidance on utilizing this new functionality, please refer to our documentation: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/documentation/slider-set-up/xstore-slider-with-elementor-plugin/.

    Hello @Aulakh, Sam

    Yes, we fixed it on the web-site you mentioned.
    We suggest using plugins like WP Rocket or W3 Total Cache (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/troubleshooting/how-to-speed-up-my-website/). These plugins offer various features that can help compress and cache your site, making it faster.

    Dear @PanosN,

    We hope this message finds you well. We have completed our evaluation regarding the customization of search result sorting within the WooCommerce plugin. Our findings indicate that the ‘orderby’ parameter is hardcoded to ‘relevance’ on the search page, as shown here: https://prnt.sc/F2wWM-8kRYSY. Consequently, we are unable to modify this parameter directly through our current setup. We recommend that you contact WooCommerce support directly to address this request, as they are best equipped to assist you with modifications to the core plugin functionality.

    Additionally, we have recorded your request concerning the implementation of working filters on the search results page. This task has been added to our to-do list for further investigation. Please note that this is not currently classified as a high-priority issue, but we will certainly explore this possibility once we have addressed more critical tasks.

    Should you require this functionality urgently, we invite you to submit a request for additional customization at the following link: https://www.8theme.com/account/#etheme_customization_panel.

    Thank you for your understanding and patience. We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to assisting you further.

    Dear @Sam Aulakh,

    I hope this message finds you well. To address the issue with the Wishlist items in the dropdown on your website, please follow the detailed steps below:

    1. Navigate to ‘Theme Options’.
    2. Access the ‘Header Builder’.
    3. Locate and select the ‘Wishlist’ section.
    4. Adjust the value of ‘Mini-wishlist items’ to a different number than previously set (we set at 5). For reference, please see the screenshot here: https://prnt.sc/eguW4NcaTRNZ.
    5. Click ‘Publish’.
    6. Visit the frontend of your website to verify if the new setting has been applied correctly. It should display 5 wishlist items in the dropdown.
    7. Return to the same settings in ‘Theme Options’ and adjust the ‘Mini-wishlist items’ to the desired number (in your case, it is 30).

    It appears that the issue might be related to a WordPress caching problem, which occasionally skips some values until they are resaved as described.

    Regarding your concern about the incorrect off-canvas content on your website, we were unable to replicate this issue on our end. We recommend clearing your browser cache and checking the site again to see if the issue persists.

    Should you require any further assistance or have additional questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Dear @Katria Lesser,

    We regret to learn that you encountered difficulties during the installation of our theme. Please be assured that we are here to assist you in resolving any issues you may face.

    From your mention of a similar query posted nearly a year ago on the official Elementor support forum, it appears that the issue might stem from the Elementor plugin’s code rather than our theme as a customer that wrote a topic is not registered on our forum that means he does not use our theme but any other theme or plugin where the warning appears. Have you had the opportunity to try any of the solutions suggested in that discussion? Additionally, are you using the latest versions of all plugins and the theme itself?

    We have had a few customers with similar issues who resolved them by either downgrading their PHP version or disabling debug mode, which is generally acceptable on live websites. You can find more details on this solution at the following link: https://www.8theme.com/topic/warning-undefined-array-key-706-notice-function-elementorcontrols/#post-403586.

    Furthermore, we noticed that you have not provided us with WP admin access to your website. Granting us access would enable us to investigate and pinpoint the exact cause of the PHP warning you are experiencing.

    We look forward to your response and are eager to assist you further.

    Hello @Aulakh, Sam,

    You can try to use next custom CSS:
    .post-type-archive-product .page-heading {display: none};.
    If the solution still does not help you, please, provide us the urls in private area of pages where you saw the breadcrumbs also were hidden if you add the CSS provided.

    Dear @Sam Aulakh,

    I hope this message finds you well. We previously requested that you provide us with the specific pages where the breadcrumbs remain hidden even after the implementation of the CSS code we supplied. It appears that this request may have been overlooked. Without this information, we are unable to accurately diagnose and resolve the issue, as our observations indicate that the CSS additions should have addressed the problem.

    Additionally, we would like to remind you that your inquiry regarding the Wishlist feature has been addressed in a subsequent discussion. You can review the response by following this link: [https://www.8theme.com/topic/tons-of-errors-on-home-catalogue-aka-shop-page-and-individual-usal-pages-when-u-inspect/page/2/#post-403998](https://www.8theme.com/topic/tons-of-errors-on-home-catalogue-aka-shop-page-and-individual-usal-pages-when-u-inspect/page/2/#post-403998).

    For efficiency and to ensure a quicker response time, we kindly ask that you post separate questions in different topics. This approach helps prevent duplication of efforts, as it allows our support managers to address each issue independently without overlap.

    We have reviewed the video you kindly shared regarding the issue you encountered. Unfortunately, we were unable to replicate the problem on our end. You can review our findings here: https://we.tl/t-U6Kh5Zire3. Additionally, we have re-saved the Theme options, and it appears that the Wishlist items are now displaying in the correct amount. You can see the updated status here: https://prnt.sc/RfmoUkjqT8h8. Could you please check and confirm if everything is functioning as expected on your side?

    Dear @Sam Aulakh,

    I hope this message finds you well.

    We have noticed an issue where incorrect off-canvas content was displayed, which was due to the custom CSS previously provided for setting the offsets with the admin bar. You can view the issue here: https://prnt.sc/_e4p7orglHQj.

    We have successfully modified the custom CSS to the following variant to address this issue:

    .site-header .sticky.sticky-on > div {
        margin-top: var(--wp-admin--admin-bar--height, .01px);
    }

    Additionally, we would appreciate your assistance in clarifying a matter regarding the hidden breadcrumbs on other pages. We have implemented the custom CSS as discussed, but we have not observed any issues. To assist us in understanding the situation better, could you please provide us with screenshots or a video demonstrating the concern?

    Dear @tends2ir,

    I hope this message finds you well. We would like to remind you that we previously provided detailed instructions aimed at resolving the issue with the Cart element in your header. We anticipated that these instructions would enable you to address similar issues independently. It appears, however, that the solutions we provided may not have been reviewed, as the same issues seem to persist for another element in your header. We have invested time in crafting these solutions, and it is disheartening to believe they may have gone unnoticed.

    Furthermore, we have applied the same resolution strategy to your Account element, which should now be free of the overlay issue you mentioned.

    We kindly request that our customers post separate topics for distinct questions to enhance clarity and efficiency in resolving issues. Regarding your inquiry about the email form, please ensure it is configured correctly in accordance with the documentation of the plugin you are using. Should issues continue to arise, we encourage you to initiate a new topic on our forum for further assistance.

    Dear @shopsangam,

    I hope this message finds you well. We have noticed an issue regarding the functionality of the code from your child theme. It appears that the code is not operational because the parent theme is currently active on your website. You can view the active theme here: https://prnt.sc/wNsWUHbu2TNc.

    To enable the child theme’s code, please activate the child theme on your website. This action is necessary as the code from the child theme files is not loading under the current configuration.

    Alternatively, if you prefer to continue using the parent theme, you will need to install and activate a plugin that allows the addition of custom code snippets. We have already installed such a plugin for you and added the necessary code, which can be reviewed here: https://prnt.sc/j-fzatFJJZO6.

    Could you please check your website now and confirm if everything is functioning as expected?

    Dear @Carolina,

    We have noticed that you have manually implemented a custom CSS setting that sets the height of your submenu to a fixed 400px, as shown here: https://prnt.sc/UUx_OH0Sxrly. This modification has resulted in the scrollbar interfering with the correct functionality of mouse movements from the menu item to its submenu.

    To resolve this issue, you may either remove the custom CSS you have added or apply the following CSS snippet to hide the scrollbar:

    .nav-sublist-dropdown ul::-webkit-scrollbar {
        display: none;
    }
