    Dear @vjm,

    I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to provide you with an update regarding the issues you reported on your website:

    1. As of now, we have not identified any problems with the footer across all your pages.

    2. It appears that you are utilizing the default Elementor Icon box widget. We have observed that this widget may encounter certain issues that are independent of our the theme currently activated on your website. This observation leads us to conclude that the issue is not exclusively related to the XStore theme.

    3. To address the potential issue, we recommend adding the following custom CSS code. Please insert it in the Theme Options under Theme Custom CSS -> Global CSS:

    .elementor-widget .elementor-icon-list-icon svg {
        width: var(--e-icon-list-icon-size, 1em);
        height: var(--e-icon-list-icon-size, 1em);
    }

    Please ensure to clear your browser cache before checking to see if the issue persists after applying the CSS.

    Thank you for your attention to this matter. Should you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Dear @Bagwani,

    I hope this message finds you well. We have recently conducted a test on your website using the same tester and are pleased to report favorable results, which are attached below for your review.

    We recommend that you perform a test on your website using GTmetrix, where you will find suggestions for potential improvements. Please find the URL with the results attached below for your convenience.

    To enhance the performance of your homepage, we have activated lazy-loading for your YouTube videos. This adjustment addresses one of the top improvement suggestions from GTmetrix regarding the YouTube loading script. You can view the changes here: https://gyazo.com/62683ac4600fd991197544d005779cb9 and the GTmetrix suggestion here: https://gyazo.com/4c8b543f254afddcaade182facff0383.

    Additionally, GTmetrix has identified that the most resource-intensive queries are from Instagram. Since you are using an additional plugin to display Instagram content, we advise consulting their documentation for code optimization, available at https://quadlayers.com/documentation/instagram-feed-gallery/.

    If any of your containers or sections have backgrounds, we recommend enabling the ‘Lazy Load Background Image’ option to further improve load times. Details can be found here: https://gyazo.com/96fe49d56e1eba16905acac39bfc44a5.

    Moreover, we suggest considering the restyling of one section across different devices instead of loading multiple sections with similar content and hiding them on certain devices. This approach can be viewed here: https://gyazo.com/b2eb23ba1884fcc8f19c086399c32fbe.

    We have also noted your use of the XStore Ajaxify option. While we understand your desire to optimize your website’s speed, please be reminded that unique website speed optimization is beyond the scope of our support, as previously mentioned. We encourage you to review our suggestions and implement them where possible.

    Thank you for your attention to these matters. We are committed to assisting you within the scope of our support and guiding you towards the best practices for website performance.

    Dear @shopsangam,

    We are pleased to inform you that we have successfully logged into your system and implemented the CSS solution we previously recommended. You can review the details of our suggestion in the following link: https://www.8theme.com/topic/when-i-open-wishlist-page-my-account-page-is-open/page/2/#post-405675.

    The implementation has been completed, and the results can be viewed here: https://gyazo.com/f5bed1b360fcf195513b812cb6b8958b. This update has corrected the overlapping issue as intended.

    Please clear your browser cache to see the changes on your end.

    Dear @Bagwani,

    I hope this message finds you well.

    We would like to inform you that upon review, it was identified that the code added to your website through a plugin by another support manager inadvertently disabled the lazy-loading (XStore Ajaxify) feature for Elementor elements across your website. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused due to the misconfiguration.

    To rectify this, we have deactivated the problematic plugin and implemented the improvements previously described to ensure optimal functionality of your website.

    Thank you for your understanding and patience in this matter.

    Dear @Martin,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    We have implemented a solution on your website that specifically addresses your request for the single product page, while the original setting was applicable to all product prices across the website. Here is an overview of the adjustments we have made:

    1. We have deactivated the previously mentioned option and reverted to the initial setup as a backup measure.
    2. A ‘button’ element has been added to your single product layout, positioned above the price.
    3. The following custom CSS has been inserted into Theme Options -> Theme Custom CSS -> Global CSS:

    .logged-in .et_product-block .single-product-button-wrapper, body:not(.logged-in) .et_product-block .single-product-button-wrapper ~ p.price {
           display: none;
       }

    As a result, customers who are not logged in will now see a button prompting them to log in instead of the price, whereas logged-in customers will see the price without the login button.

    Could you please confirm if this solution meets your requirements?

    Thank you for choosing us for your website needs. We look forward to your feedback.

    Dear @Chandru,

    We hope this message finds you well. Upon reviewing the configuration of the Products grid element on page titled “Collectible” on your website, we noticed an issue concerning its functionality. It appears that the page was not set as a products archive page as intended. This element didn’t show any products due to the query source setting being incorrectly set to “Current query.”

    For your reference, here is a screenshot of the original setting: https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/image/49574330?key=d1f58bbfb964f51875469af14d3678d0

    To address this, we have updated the settings to ensure proper display and functionality. The updated configuration can be viewed here: https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/image/49574351?key=7d3a0a47dbb4e49aa1071f5e0142fc69. With these adjustments, the message indicating the absence of products will now display correctly. Furthermore, any future products added under this category will also be displayed appropriately.

    We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your understanding as we strive to ensure optimal functionality of your website elements.

    Dear @Abdullah,

    I hope this message finds you well.

    I would like to inform you that by default, the filters on your website are designed to display data relevant to the content currently visible on the page. If no products are found, most filters will automatically be hidden as they are not applicable in the absence of products.

    To assist you further, we have implemented a widget that allows you to ‘Clear applied filters’. You can access this feature via the following link: https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/image/49573855?key=8a05a70e2fd4ec59a424d516354ae0db. I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to inform you of the recent enhancements we have implemented on your website, as part of our commitment to delivering optimal performance and user experience.

    Dear @Tiger,

    We hope this message finds you well. We would like to address your queries as follows:

    1. **Browser Compatibility**: As stated on the official XStore page on ThemeForest (https://themeforest.net/item/xstore-responsive-woocommerce-theme/15780546), our theme is fully compatible with the following browsers: Firefox, Safari, Opera, Chrome, and Edge. Please note that there may be compatibility issues with less common browsers that utilize unique coding techniques. Additionally, we typically verify the compatibility of certain JavaScript functions using the website https://caniuse.com/. However, it appears that the browser you inquired about is not listed, suggesting that it is not commonly required to be fully compatible with for most projects.

    2. **Customization of Sharing Links**: By default, a sharing link is generated by single product URL. Should you wish to customize this URL, you may copy the file xstore/woocommerce/product-quick-view.php to the next path in your
    child-theme/woocommerce/product-quick-view.php
    and modify the following code:
    do_shortcode( '[share title="' . esc_html__( 'Share:', 'xstore' ) . '" text="' . get_the_title() . '"]' )
    Replace it with:
    do_shortcode( '[share title="' . esc_html__( 'Share:', 'xstore' ) . '" text="' . get_the_title() . '" post_url="https://xstore.8theme.com/"]' )
    Please ensure that the ‘post_url’ parameter should be set to your desired custom URL.

    Kindly note that additional customization falls outside our standard support scope. Should you require further assistance with this implementation, we invite you to submit a request for additional customization at https://www.8theme.com/account/#etheme_customization_panel.

    3. **Support for Additional Plugins**: According to our support policy (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/support/support/), we do not provide support for additional plugins. For further assistance, please visit your account at https://www.8theme.com/account and click on the “Request Estimate” button.

    Thank you for choosing XStore. Should you have any more questions or require further clarification, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Dear @RapidClick,

    We value your patronage and appreciate your decision to reach out to us for support. However, we would like to clarify a few important aspects regarding the issues you’ve encountered with your website.

    Upon reviewing the problems reported on your previous website, we conducted a thorough test and found that the issue persists even when using the Storefront theme, indicating that it is not related to our XStore theme. Additionally, we have provided a video demonstration showing that both our XStore theme and the XStore Core plugin were deactivated during the test. It is essential to note that only activated themes and plugins can influence your website’s functionality; deactivated ones do not load their code.

    You have recently provided us with access to a staging website, asserting that it has been extensively tested. While we respect your diligence, we rely on our own testing procedures, which often yield different results from those reported by our customers. This discrepancy sometimes arises from misunderstandings or miscommunications about the nature of the issues at hand.

    To address your concerns, we followed the testing protocol you described and obtained results that significantly differ from yours. For your reference, we have attached screenshots to verify the accuracy of our steps:
    1. We activated the default WordPress theme “Twenty Twenty-Four” https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/image/49564201?key=8c0f06ce1b01826ea023d2150fb6fe48.
    2. We deactivated all plugins except for those depicted in the screenshot https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/image/49564241?key=c871c747ce8230cf8f8d612cd5658aa2 (Elementor, LoginPress, MultiVendorX, WooCommerce).
    3. We examined the vendor page and noted that the description issue persists even without our theme and plugins https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/image/49564423?key=f86cee7e1b98d4f3f30b7c687a56ec1f.

    Based on these findings, we must emphasize that our support scope is limited to queries specifically related to our themes and plugins, as outlined in our support documentation (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/support/support/). Since the issue also occurs with the default theme and basic plugins, it falls outside our responsibility.

    We hope this explanation helps clarify our position and the extent of our support services. We ask for your understanding and adherence to our support guidelines.

    Dear @Aulakh, Sam,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    We understand that you are experiencing a white screen issue on your website, which may indicate the presence of critical errors, particularly if you are not utilizing the WooCommerce plugin. To address this, we recommend following the debugging instructions provided in the official WordPress documentation, which can be accessed via this link: https://developer.wordpress.org/advanced-administration/debug/debug-wordpress/#example-wp-config-php-for-debugging.

    Should the issue be associated with our XStore theme or XStore Core plugin, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are committed to investigating the errors and providing you with an effective solution.

    However, if the error originates from a third-party plugin or custom code within your child theme, we advise reaching out to the respective support team for that plugin or reviewing the modifications in your child theme to identify and resolve the errors.

    Thank you for your attention to this matter. We look forward to assisting you and ensuring your website operates smoothly.

    Dear @imguser,

    I hope this message finds you well.

    I would like to address your recent query regarding the functionality of the Sticky Cart feature on your web-site. It is important to note that the design of the Sticky Cart does not include automatic updates of quantity when changes are made to product quantities in the mini-cart. This functionality was not intended in the original design and has not been demonstrated in any of our product demos (https://xstore.8theme.com/#demos-content).

    It appears there may have been a misunderstanding regarding the expected behavior of this feature. Unfortunately, as this functionality was not supported by default, we are unable to provide a direct fixes that aligns with your expectations.

    Dear @nirvana5,

    I hope this message finds you well. We previously requested that you verify whether the issue you reported persists with the parent theme. However, we have not yet received a response from you. Could you kindly confirm if you have had the opportunity to conduct this test? If so, we would appreciate it if you could share the results with us.

    Regarding your query about why the functionality works well for many items but not for others, this can often be attributed to specific code parts that may behave differently across various products. It is advisable to consult with the developers who made modifications to your child theme, as they are responsible for ensuring that the code functions correctly. If the issues are not present when using the parent theme, it suggests that the modifications in the child theme could be the cause.

    For your information, the code managing variations is primarily located in the WooCommerce plugin. Specifically, you might want to examine the file located at plugins/woocommerce/client/legacy/js/frontend/add-to-cart-variation.js, which initiates most JavaScript hooks for the add-to-cart action.

    Should you require further assistance with the code or need additional customization, please feel free to submit a request via our customization service at https://www.8theme.com/account/#etheme_customization_panel. Please note that such inquiries may fall outside the scope of our standard support.

    Thank you for your attention to this matter. We look forward to your response.

    Best Regards,
    Jack Richardson
