    Dear @Aulakh, Sam,

    I hope this message finds you well. We have recently reviewed your website and noticed that the notices we expected to see are not currently displayed. Could you kindly provide us with a direct link to the relevant page where these notices can be viewed?

    Additionally, we would like to remind you to refrain from publicly sharing any source code related to our project. As the proprietary theme code is confidential, we must insist that it not be made accessible in the public domain.

    Dear @Bagwani,

    We hope this message finds you well. We would like to address a potential issue you might encounter with the widget featuring the XStore Ajaxify option. To prevent any complications, we recommend keeping this option deactivated for the time being.

    Also, we noticed that now you are using the Slider Revolution on your home page. This plugin is a bit heavy in sources-depended so it loads few more styles and scripts there.

    Furthermore, we have reviewed the functionality of your “Add to Cart” action and found no issues, as it appears that the Ajax functionality is currently not activated for this action.

    It is also important to note that the performance you are experiencing is largely influenced by your server’s response time. We advise that any necessary improvements be made on the server side to enhance overall functionality.

    As previously mentioned, our support aims to provide guidance and direction for improving your website. However, the actual optimization work falls outside the scope of our support services.

    Please, check the private area for more details after testing your web-site.

    Thank you for your attention to these matters. Should you have any further questions or require assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Dear @zaid,

    Thank you for your inquiry regarding the effects available for our product widgets. Currently, we do not offer the specific effect you mentioned. However, I encourage you to explore the “Animation type” option available under Products Grid/List/Carousel, which can be accessed here: https://prnt.sc/zhI8t_3u6pHY. This feature allows you to select an animation type that activates when users load more products using the Pagination or Load More button.

    Should you wish to see the effect you described implemented in the future, we welcome you to submit a request on our ‘Future Requests’ board at https://www.8theme.com/taskboard/.

    We appreciate your interest and are always here to assist with any further questions you might have.

    Hello @Gtoon,
    We added the next custom CSS (https://prnt.sc/s_kFkIYkSpCr) on your web-site:

    @media only screen and (max-width: 768px) {
     .etheme-elementor-off-canvas--shown {
        overflow: hidden;
    }
    }

    So, now the window will be locked from scrolling on devices smaller than 768px if the off-canvas content is opened.

    Dear @Pille,

    Thank you for granting us the appropriate access to your FTP. We appreciate your cooperation.

    To ensure we provide the most effective support, could you please furnish us with further details regarding the issue you are experiencing? Due to the extensive nature of our previous communications, we find it challenging to pinpoint the most recent request you made.

    It would be immensely helpful if you could provide screenshots or a video to illustrate the problem. This will enable us to understand and address your concerns more accurately.

    Dear @ethashots,

    We hope this message finds you well. If you prefer to use the default WooCommerce templates instead of the enhanced versions provided with our XStore theme, you can easily integrate them by copying the necessary files from the WooCommerce folder to your child theme directory.

    For instance, to use the default template for the login form, please copy the file from:
    plugins/woocommerce/global/form-login.php
    to:
    themes/xstore-child/woocommerce/global/form-login.php

    By doing so, the template from the parent XStore theme will be overridden by the one from your child theme.

    Should you require any further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Dear @Bagwani,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    We would like to inform you that it may be needed to disable the XStore ajaxify feature for certain widgets. Accordingly, we have deactivated this option on the widget in the “We Love Feedback” section. Additionally, we have observed that you have implemented the Revolution Slider on your homepage. Please note that this plugin requires specific styles and scripts for optimal performance.

    Given your choice to utilize this plugin, we strongly recommend reviewing the general settings and consulting the documentation provided for the Slider Revolution plugin to ensure it functions smoothly.

    Should you have any questions or require further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    We are currently unable to replicate the issue you reported on our local website. Could you kindly attempt to use the Products Grid Elementor widget with the query source setting configured to “Related Products”? You can refer to the settings via this link: https://prnt.sc/aZ_2UiatOeZy.

    Dear @Vijith,

    I hope this message finds you well. As you are currently utilizing our XStore Header Builder, which is based on Elementor, I would like to inform you about the possibility of using Dynamic Tags to enhance your user experience.

    To implement the display of the user name in the Account element of the header, please follow the detailed instructions below:

    1. Open the Elementor Header Builder.
    2. Edit the Account element within the header builder.
    3. Select the User Info option under Dynamic Tags for the “My Account” setting. You can view this step here: https://prnt.sc/p9QHm-zPKPMT
    4. In the configuration of this tag, please choose the ‘display name’ from the User Info fields. For reference, see: https://prnt.sc/JRZDcIT1gmUW
    5. Additionally, we recommend setting the Fallback text in the advanced settings for enhanced functionality. This can be configured here: https://prnt.sc/Bw-K_4WxicOH.

    Dear @Ameer,

    I hope this message finds you well. As previously communicated, we identified that the issue you experienced with your website was due to the activation of the ‘Infinite Loop’ option on the XStore Slider.

    It has come to our attention that the ‘Infinite Loop’ option has been reactivated by you, which has led to the recurrence of the issue, visible here: https://gyazo.com/a4866c5199f98c1652d156402a2e6d3d. We kindly request that you keep this option disabled while we work on a permanent solution. We have noted the need for a global fix and will address this as soon as possible. For now, we have once again deactivated the ‘Infinite Loop’ option on your website to prevent any further glitches.

    Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Please feel free to reach out if you have any further questions or require additional assistance.

    Dear @Sam,

    I hope this message finds you well.

    I would like to address your concerns regarding the image loading times on your website. It is important to note that it is normal for each image to require a few milliseconds to load. Additionally, we have reviewed your latest videos and are pleased to report that the visual inconsistencies present in earlier videos have been successfully resolved. This improvement indicates that the majority of the glitches have been effectively fixed.

    While we have made significant efforts to enhance the loading performance, you might also consider implementing lazy-loading for images on your website. This technique could further improve the visual presentation of your images. However, we are confident that the current display is free from glitches.

    Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Should you have any more questions or require further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Dear @Fantasy Prints,

    I hope this message finds you well. We have observed that approximately 90% of WooCommerce emails are currently inactive on your platform. For your reference, I have attached an image below that illustrates this issue.

    We attempted to activate these features ourselves; however, it appears that we do not have the necessary permissions, or there may be restrictions imposed by the server settings that prevent us from doing so. https://gyazo.com/16e05563f7baf2f820448ef9ee965ac9 (after the refresh the checkbox stays inactive again)

    Could you kindly attempt to activate a few email functions for testing purposes and subsequently place a test order to verify functionality?

    Thank you for your attention to this matter. We look forward to your prompt response.

    Dear @finleydesign,

    We previously mentioned that some customers managed to resolve their issues independently; however, they did not share their solutions with us, which could potentially benefit other users. We found a partial solution, which can be viewed here: https://gyazo.com/ff61143c35f5f0d982c0b23229fa7a11.

    Given this situation, we kindly request that you contact the WooCommerce support team, as this appears to be a recurring issue potentially related to a specific plugin. We have also discovered a similar discussion on their support forum, which can be accessed here: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/404-on-cart-and-checkout-page/.

    Dear @finleydesign,

    We hope this message finds you well. We have reviewed the issue you reported regarding the testing needs on your live website and understand the challenges you are facing.

    Upon investigating similar cases in our forum, we noticed that a few of our customers have encountered a similar issue with the 404 error on the checkout/payment page. It appears that in some instances, the problem was linked to specific plugins, while in other cases, the customers did not provide a follow-up, possibly indicating that they resolved the issue independently. For your reference, here are a few discussions related to this matter:
    https://www.8theme.com/topic/checkout-page-crash-doesnt-look-normal/#post-379666
    https://www.8theme.com/topic/404-error-after-customer-finishes-checkout/
    https://www.8theme.com/topic/checkout-page-issue-not-working-any-more/

    Based on these cases, it seems that the primary cause is often related to the plugins used on the website. We recommend that you also post a query on the official WooCommerce support forum: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/ to explore whether this is a broader issue not directly related to the theme but perhaps due to a specific plugin or a configuration within WooCommerce. If there is any solution, please, also share with us so we could help with same request other customers who can face same issue.

    Thank you for your attention to this matter. We are here to assist further if needed.

    Dear @Fantasy Prints,

    I hope this message finds you well. We are interested in conducting a test order to address and verify a specific issue we have encountered. Could you kindly inform us if it is possible to arrange a test purchase? If available, we would appreciate using a staging website where either free delivery could be configured, or payment for delivery could be made post-receipt of the goods.

    Additionally, we are inquiring about your server configuration for email handling. If adjustments are necessary, you might want to verify the settings through your hosting configuration or discuss the matter with your hosting provider.

    We look forward to your guidance on these matters and thank you in advance for your cooperation.

    I hope this message finds you well. We would like to address a potential issue related to the WooCommerce updates, which may have introduced changes affecting payment gateways. To better understand the situation, we kindly request your assistance in conducting a test using the default Storefront theme.

    We understand that the issue appears intermittently, but it is crucial to determine whether it could also occur, even once, with the default theme. This will help us ensure that any modifications to payment gateways have not contributed to the problem.

    Dear @Dinesh R R,

    We recommend activating the ‘Classic Widgets Panel’ option first available in the Theme Options for more efficient management of the widgets in your sidebar areas. You can adjust this setting by visiting: https://gyazo.com/32074e1360216b1cd425dfe1b086c98e.

    We have successfully applied the same filter as requested, and it appears that the products are being displayed according to the selected category. You can view the current display at the following link: https://gyazo.com/0635a39eb137cd139e418c3fabcc1258.

    Please note that the current widget does not support hierarchical display. However, you may opt for an alternative widget that offers this functionality. Details and options for such widgets can be found here: https://gyazo.com/a0bfeb6dcd7c92ae942f9257dc6f97d6.
