    Dear @Aman chourasiya,

    I hope this message finds you well. We have noticed that you are utilizing the SmartSlider plugin on your homepage. To enhance the performance of your website, you may want to explore the lazy-loading settings available within the plugin.

    Additionally, we would like to bring to your attention that we have previously sent you a few inquiries which have not yet been addressed. Your prompt response to these questions will greatly assist us in providing you with the necessary support and ensuring that your issues are resolved efficiently.

    Furthermore, it appears that your CDN cache is active. We recommend checking its configuration to ensure it is optimized for your needs.

    Dear @Sal G,

    I hope this message finds you well. Could you kindly provide us with a screenshot illustrating the sections you wish to remove? This will help us better understand your requirements and assist you accordingly.

    Additionally, if your intention is to hide the following table row https://prnt.sc/Ta7gpJDdv-oH, you may achieve this by applying the following CSS code:

    tr.xstore-compare-row-action {
        display: none;
    }

    We have also implemented a filter in your child-theme/functions.php file, but it appears that the changes have not taken effect yet. It is possible that there might be a server cache affecting the updates. Could you please clear any server cache to ensure the changes are applied?

    Thank you for your cooperation. We look forward to your response.

    Dear @thebomb,

    I hope this message finds you well.

    We have recently conducted a test by activating the default Storefront theme and deactivating the XStore Core plugin on your website. This was done to isolate the issue independently of our XStore theme. Unfortunately, the problem persists, as evidenced by the screenshot provided here: https://prnt.sc/3QSyypYr1PHW. This indicates that the source of the issue is neither our theme nor our plugin.

    Additionally, after a few minutes of validation when placing an order, an error message from WooCommerce was recorded, which can be viewed here: https://prnt.sc/Ox8tWoBsCI5T.

    Given that the issue does not appear to be related to our theme, we recommend reaching out to WooCommerce plugin support for further assistance.

    For the time being, we have left the Storefront theme active on your website. Should you require any further assistance or have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Best regards,

    Dear @lyubov menn,

    We recommend configuring the Swatch attributes for your product to implement the desired feature. You can find detailed guidance on this process at the following link: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/video-tutotials/variation-swatches/. Additionally, you can activate the swatches for the Archive Products widget on the Archive Shop page by visiting https://prnt.sc/TqQr_EPqNmmE. If you wish to display the attributes in the product information, please enable the ‘Show attributes’ option available here: https://prnt.sc/fXdWRI0V59os.

    Regarding your other inquiries:

    1. By default, prices are not displayed for products that are out of stock. However, if you wish to show the stock status on products, you can activate this option in the Archive Products widget by following this link: https://prnt.sc/Mkt-2cDjhL4d.

    2. We are currently developing functionality related to your query and anticipate releasing it in an upcoming update.

    3. Please note that additional customization falls outside our standard support scope. However, you may try adding the following custom CSS in Theme Options under Theme Custom CSS to make out-of-stock products semi-transparent:

    .etheme-product-grid-item.outofstock {
           opacity: .3;
       }

    4. We are also working on another feature you inquired about and plan to release it in a forthcoming update.

    Should you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Hello @Chandru

    We have sent your email template to one of our own emails and the images are displayed correctly (see private content). We would recommend you to read our answer for the similar request from another client -> https://www.8theme.com/topic/email-template-not-showing-images-on-mobile-devices/#post-411276.
    Also, we noticed that you are using GIF image in your email templates, maybe it is the reason of the incorrect display of such image. We would recommend you to test if the issue persists with default jpeg/png images format.

    Dear @lyubov menn,

    I hope this message finds you well. We have noticed that the option to activate reviews for some products appears to be disabled. You can view the details here: https://prnt.sc/gvdG2HCRbrHD. Could you please confirm if this was intentional or if you need assistance in enabling this feature?

    Additionally, we require clarification regarding your request about the volume next to the title. Are you referring to the emoji symbol or is it something else you are indicating?

    Regarding the fake sale popup, modifications to this feature are not possible. If you are looking for the popup functionality as shown in your screenshot, it would be necessary to explore plugins that offer such capabilities, as this is distinct from the Fake Popup Sales Booster feature currently in use.

    Thank you for your attention to these matters. We look forward to your prompt response to ensure your settings are configured to your satisfaction.

    Dear @gewoonbovenaan,

    I hope this message finds you well. We have observed an issue with one of your plugins, named “Product Options and Fields” which appears to be altering the structure of the product button’s text on our website. Specifically, the text is being wrapped in a button tag, as evidenced by the screenshot available here: https://prnt.sc/LgT3Q3q2xAVc.

    Upon deactivating the “Product Options and Fields” plugin, the buttons resumed their correct display, which can be seen in this screenshot: https://prnt.sc/hM-WMJuvNzby.

    To address this issue, you may either choose to deactivate the plugin permanently or provide us with the correct FTP access. With proper access, we can investigate further to find a compatible solution or determine an alternative approach that resolves this problem.

    Thank you for your attention to this matter. We look forward to your prompt response.

    I hope this message finds you well. We are writing to request your assistance with a technical issue we have encountered. Could you kindly verify if the problem persists when using the default Storefront theme with all third-party plugins deactivated? Hello @Mumtoz,

    Thank you for reaching out to us regarding your concern with updating the xStore theme from version 7.0.1. We understand the importance of ensuring a smooth update process to maintain the integrity of your website.

    Updating from an older version of the theme to the latest version can sometimes lead to complications, as you’ve experienced. To avoid issues and ensure a successful update, we recommend the following steps:

    1. **Backup Your Website**: Before proceeding with the update, ensure you have a complete backup of your website, including all files and databases. This will allow you to restore the original state if necessary.

    2. **Staging Environment**: If possible, perform the update on a staging site first. This allows you to test the new theme version without affecting your live site.

    3. **Update WordPress and Plugins**: Ensure that your WordPress core and all plugins are updated to their latest versions. This helps in minimizing compatibility issues.

    4. **Manual Update**: Since the automatic update did not work as expected, a manual update might be necessary. You can do this by downloading the latest version of the XStore theme from our website and uploading it to your server via FTP. Replace the old theme files with the new ones in the
    wp-content/themes
    directory.

    5. **Check Customizations**: If you have made customizations to the theme files, you will need to reapply them after the update. It is recommended to use a child theme for such customizations in the future to avoid losing them on updates.

    6. **Clear Cache**: After updating, clear all caches on your website and browser to ensure that changes are reflected correctly.

    7. **Test All Functionalities**: Thoroughly test the website to ensure that all functionalities are working as expected. Check for any visual or functional discrepancies and address them accordingly.

    If you encounter any specific issues during the update process, please do not hesitate to contact our support team with details. We are here to assist you every step of the way.

    Hello @QaQako

    You are utilizing the XStore Advanced sticky header plugin on your web-site. if you are planning to use the XStore Header builder based on Elementor then you can simply deactivate and remove the plugin mentioned before. Otherwise you can add the custom CSS in your Theme Options -> Theme Custom CSS -> Global CSS:

    .page-template-maintenance .sticky-site-header {
        display: none;
    }

    Dear @QaQako,

    We hope this message finds you well. We would like to provide you with some updates and clarifications regarding the management of the XStore name and the use of plugins within the XStore theme.

    4. The name “XStore” will remain unchanged in certain areas of the interface. However, you have the option to restrict access to these pages for specific user roles, ensuring that the name is not accessed inadvertently.

    5. You are free to install and delete plugins as often as necessary. For your convenience, we offer Import/Export options for settings, which can be found here: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/docs/white-label-branding-plugin/. Please note that this plugin is specifically designed for use with the XStore theme and will not function with other themes.

    6. Should you wish to deactivate the XStore Studio feature, you can do so via the Theme Options. For a direct link to this setting, please visit: https://prnt.sc/j6kJI5Ax1qOA.

    Regarding your query about the persistence of settings after the deletion of the plugin: **All settings configured via the White Label Branding plugin will remain effective even after the plugin is deleted.** This is a key feature designed to maintain configurations without the need for the plugin to be active.

    Should you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Dear @Mazzella,

    I hope this message finds you well. We would like to suggest that placing the H1 tag within the main content of the page, rather than in the header, might be a more effective approach. However, if you prefer the current method of implementation, you may want to consider enabling the ‘Mobile Content Optimization’ feature. This will ensure that the appropriate header is loaded depending on the device being used, with a desktop-specific header for desktop devices and a mobile-specific header for mobile devices.

    Should this solution not fully meet your requirements, we recommend either integrating the H1 title directly within the page content or activating the breadcrumbs functionality, where the H1 tag will be displayed by default.

    Thank you for your attention to this matter. We are here to assist you with any further questions or concerns you might have.

    Dear @khurram virk,

    I hope this message finds you well. We have noted that you are utilizing the XStore Single Product Builder, which is based on the Elementor plugin. It appears that you have successfully added the ‘Request a quote’ element to the content of your single product layout, as evidenced by the screenshot you provided: https://prnt.sc/LF5lJCMAkkOi. Could you please clarify any specific questions or issues you are currently facing regarding this element? We are here to assist you, so let us know how we can further help if it is in scope of our support.

    Regarding your inquiry about displaying only the swatches that result in successful combinations, this functionality is managed by the underlying WooCommerce plugin code. Each combination is verified only after a user interacts with a specific variation type. Unfortunately, pre-filtering these combinations to display only successful ones before such interactions is not supported by the plugin.

    Thank you for your understanding. We look forward to your response and are eager to assist you further.
