    Hello @Imran Khalid

    We hope this message finds you well. Regarding the issue you mentioned, it appears to be related to the WooCommerce plugin rather than the theme itself. To verify this, we recommend activating a different theme on your site and checking if the issue persists.

    As the support team for the theme, we are unable to assist with problems arising from the WooCommerce plugin. We advise you to contact the support team for WooCommerce for further assistance – https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/

    Dear @Imran Khalid,

    I hope this message finds you well. I understand that you are looking to modify a specific string. To achieve this, you may utilize the filters provided in the official WooCommerce documentation, which can be found here: https://woocommerce.com/document/editing-product-data-tabs/#section-2.

    Additionally, syncing of the translations for WooCommerce is necessary, especially following each update, to ensure the accuracy of the translations. Since the string in question does not originate from our theme, I recommend consulting with the developers who previously managed your website’s translations or directly contacting WooCommerce support for more specialized assistance.

    Please note that our support is dedicated exclusively to projects developed by our team and does not extend to third-party plugins.

    Thank you for your understanding.

    Dear @ziga32,

    I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to provide you with the necessary steps to deactivate the Ajax filters on your website. Please navigate to Theme Options -> WooCommerce -> Shop -> Shop Page Filters. You can access this section directly through the following link: https://prnt.sc/Hypow6ca9eHy.

    Regarding your suggestion to create separate blocks for each category, it appears to be a viable solution. However, we recommend testing this approach with 2-3 categories initially before implementing it across all categories to ensure it functions as expected.

    We are also pleased to inform you that we have explored an alternative method to implement your idea, which has proven successful. Instead of using a background image, we have incorporated a dynamically valued image of the category heading. You can view this update here: https://prnt.sc/eOBVYPn8mehG. Additionally, the heading in this section is absolutely positioned, allowing the section’s height to adjust based on the image of the current category. This new setup appears to enhance the functionality post-Ajax filtering compared to the previous method using a background image.

    We have temporarily retained both the new and old sections on your website for your review. You can compare both versions and decide which one best meets your needs. The comparison can be viewed here: https://gyazo.com/dd7f65feb9949dcc3ca0f9c129c07f57.

    Please take a moment to examine the updates and let us know which option you prefer. Your feedback is invaluable, and we are here to assist with any further adjustments.

    Dear @TheOne,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    You are correct in noting that we do not have pre-existing email templates specifically designed for your case. However, you can utilize an existing template that you have previously created. Simply export this template and import it into a blank template. This method will allow you to retain the static header and footer of the original template while enabling you to customize the main content with the waitlist information you wish to include.

    Should you require any further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Dear @ziga32,

    Thank you for reaching out to us with your concern. We have thoroughly reviewed the issue you reported and would like to explain the cause and suggest possible solutions.

    When you access the page via the link in the header, you are correctly redirected, and the category image displays as intended. However, if you select the category link from the sidebar, only certain parts of the page are refreshed with AJAX based on the URL query. This occurs because the background image for the category, associated with the current product category, is styled with custom CSS using inline styles placed and loaded only once at the same top of the page. These styles are static and are not updated following an AJAX action.

    To address this issue, we can offer the following solutions:

    1. You may choose to deactivate the AJAX filters, which will ensure that the page fully refreshes upon clicking, displaying the correct banner for each category.

    2. Alternatively, you can request additional customization by submitting a request through our customization panel: https://www.8theme.com/account/#etheme_customization_panel.

    We hope this information is helpful and we are eager to assist you in resolving this issue. Please do not hesitate to contact us should you need further assistance.

    Dear @Julien,

    I hope this message finds you well. We would like to suggest that you create separate static blocks with custom content or alternatively, export and import templates from the Mega Menus templates. You can find a helpful tutorial here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JiI6qDaVtY4&ab_channel=8THEME. Currently, your list appears empty because there are no static blocks.

    Furthermore, our intention was not to reorder the existing menu items. However, you have the option to create custom menu items and categorize them as subitems, as demonstrated here: https://prnt.sc/KoERQWPaBmBl. You may also include links to existing products or any other items that are available.

    We have implemented a few improvements to your website’s header, which you can review now. We also recommend checking the updates on actual devices, as the editor does not fully replicate the visual appearance of the final result.

    Should you require personalized customization services, we invite you to submit a request through our customization panel at the following link: https://www.8theme.com/account/#etheme_customization_panel. This will allow you to engage directly with our technical team.

    Please note that customization services are subject to additional charges. The exact amount will be determined after a detailed review of your request.

    Thank you for your attention to these details. We look forward to seeing the enhancements on your site.

    Dear @Iliyah Modest Boutique,

    I hope this message finds you well. We have observed an unusual issue where, despite the deactivation of all plugins on your website, the problem persisted. However, upon further investigation, we discovered that once we deactivated the few plugins on your web-site, the product thumbnails on the product page were displayed correctly (reference: https://prnt.sc/9TgJMeQqJhkW).

    Additionally, we noticed that you are utilizing a separate plugin for Swatches. We would like to recommend our built-in solution for this purpose, which you may find beneficial. For more details, please visit our documentation and video tutorials at https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/video-tutotials/variation-swatches/.

    Thank you for your attention to this matter. We look forward to your feedback and are here to assist with any further issues you might encounter.

    Hello @Kjetil
    If you would like to simply prevent the posibility to make any link clickable from the Fake popup you can try to add next custom CSS in Theme Options -> Theme Custom CSS -> Global CSS:

    .sales-booster-popup-inner a {
        pointer-events: none;
        cursor: default;
    }

    If you prefer to have something else, please, describe your request in more details.

    Dear @Daniel,

    I hope this message finds you well. We have identified that the responsive issue on the Compare page is due to the extended length of text in one of the table columns. This occurs because the browser settings for tables typically adjust all columns to match the width of the widest column.

    To address this, we propose the following solutions:

    1. Hide the label of the checkbox table column in responsive mode:

    @media only screen and (max-width: 768px) {
          td.xstore-compare-checkbox label {
              display: none;
          }
       }

    2. Decrease the size of labels in responsive mode:

    @media only screen and (max-width: 768px) {
          .xstore-compare-table td:first-child {
              font-size: 12px;
          }
       }

    3. Disable the sticky feature for the first table column in responsive mode:

    @media only screen and (max-width: 768px) {
          .xstore-compare-items td:first-child {
              position: static;
          }
       }

    Please implement any of the suggested solutions by adding them to the Theme Options under Theme Custom CSS -> Global CSS. Choose the option that best suits your needs.

    Dear @Julien,

    I hope this message finds you well. I would like to inform you that currently, the default option available for configuring mega menus in WordPress involves using only static blocks. For your reference, please see the current setup here: https://prnt.sc/SLUy_7RGXqOo.

    Further details on setting up and customizing the mega menu can be found in our documentation: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/menu-set-up/mega-menu/.

    We recommend our clients opt for a simpler menu list for mobile displays to ensure both correct visualization and enhanced user interface/experience. An example of how a simple menu list appears on mobile can be viewed here: https://prnt.sc/wt4xXNMTKKJq, and the subsequent visual display on a mobile device can be seen here: https://prnt.sc/aT-vKBsV17uT.

    To fix the position of logo on mobile you should adjust the settings of elements in header. Also, you may try to check the prebuilt headers and import the one you prefer. More examples of headers -> https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-builders/new-xstore-header-builder-with-elementor/.

    Should you require any further assistance or have any queries, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Could you please, provide us the URL of the product to check the translation issue ? Currently we don’t see the button to click for being added to the waiting list -> https://prnt.sc/Gj0udEJRYX3G. Also, we would recommend you to make the sync of your translations to be sure all strings are correctly translated and updated with the origin ones. Dear @Tiffany,

    I hope this message finds you well. To reorder the ‘Size Guide’ element on your WooCommerce site, please insert the following custom PHP snippet into your child theme’s functions.php file:

    add_action( 'wp', function() {
        remove_action( 'woocommerce_single_product_summary', 'etheme_size_guide', 21 );
        add_action( 'woocommerce_single_product_summary', 'etheme_size_guide', 17 );
    }, 70);

    Please adjust the value of 17 to meet your specific needs. This will allow you to find the optimal placement for the ‘Size Guide’ on your product pages.

    Additionally, if you are looking to modify the product data tabs, I recommend reviewing the official WooCommerce documentation for guidance. You can find detailed instructions and code snippets here: https://woocommerce.com/document/editing-product-data-tabs/#section-1.

    Dear @Julien,

    We have reviewed the request you submitted. It appears that the link directs users to a separate page where the mega menu content is displayed. Currently, there is no pre-existing solution or logic to add such close button for Mega menu post types.

    However, we would like to suggest a potential workaround. You might consider adding a button that redirects users to the homepage (on shop), which can be made invisible on desktop devices. This could serve as a temporary solution while we explore more permanent options. To implement such solution edit the Mega menu content and add such content above/below the content.

    Should you require further customization, please feel free to submit a request through our customization panel at the following link: https://www.8theme.com/account/#etheme_customization_panel.

    Hello @ou,

    We have observed JavaScript errors from Elementor plugin when attempting to set conditions in the popup windows of the builders. These errors appear to stem from Elementor files and not directly from our theme. It is possible that certain settings on your server, such as a whitelist or specific permissions, are blocking connections needed by Elementor. We recommend reviewing the error details in the private area and discussing them with your hosting provider to resolve these issues.

    As a workaround solution, we have switched to the table view for all builders, which you can review using the URL provided in the private area.

    Please verify the new layouts on your website and let us know if they meet your expectations.

    Dear @MAHDAR,

    I hope this message finds you well. We are reaching out to inquire if you have had the opportunity to test the system with the WP Rocket plugin deactivated. Our preliminary analysis suggests that the issue may be related to the caching of the page, particularly if the functionality was intact prior to the plugin’s activation.

    From the video you kindly shared, we observed that the “Never cache this page” option appears to be inactive, which leads us to believe that caching is indeed enabled on the Wishlist page. To further address this issue, we recommend contacting WP Rocket’s support team for specialized assistance, considering your status as a purchaser of their plugin. Have you had the chance to do so?
