    Hello @henrik
    Could you please, provide us the correct wp-admin access to your web-site so we could check the settings of your email template ? Also, if you could share the url for such template it would be much easier for us to check the correct one.

    Dear @henrik,

    I hope this message finds you well. Could you kindly verify whether the tax information is displayed correctly when using the default email settings, as opposed to when our Email Builder is active? If the information appears correctly with the default settings, we will forward your request to our development team for further investigation and resolution. However, if the default email settings also fail to display the information correctly, we would recommend that you contact the WooCommerce support team regarding this issue.

    Please proceed by placing a test order using the default email settings and share a screenshot of the outcome with us. This will help us ensure the accuracy of the results you obtain.

    Thank you for your cooperation.

    Best regards,

    Dear @Verno,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    We would like to inform you that you have the option to create a new checkout page and customize it according to your preferences. Once customized, you can assign this page within the WooCommerce settings for testing purposes. This allows you to compare its performance with previous configurations and determine which setup best suits your needs.

    Please note that while we do not offer additional customization services directly, should you require further assistance, you are welcome to submit a request through our customization panel at the following link: https://www.8theme.com/account/#etheme_customization_panel.

    Dear @Henrik,

    I hope this message finds you well. To assist you effectively with the issue you are experiencing, we kindly request that you clear your browser’s cache and then verify if the problem persists.

    Additionally, we had previously requested a video to better understand the issue at hand. It appears that we have not yet received this, and we would greatly appreciate it if you could provide it at your earliest convenience.

    Please be advised that communication should be conducted via official email rather than through the editor. This is important as the editor may not display all components correctly during template construction.

    Should you require further assistance with incorporating a custom tax code using specific plugins, we encourage you to seek advice or request the necessary shortcodes from the plugin providers. Furthermore, we offer a WC Hook element that can be integrated into your email template for enhanced functionality.

    Thank you for your attention to these matters. We look forward to your response and are here to assist you with any additional queries you might have.

    Dear @Creatica,

    I hope this message finds you well.

    We have implemented a fix for the font-size of the titles in the breadcrumbs across your website by setting the !important postfix. You can view the changes here: https://prnt.sc/HdcT6k3ReQrX. We kindly ask you to review the update at your earliest convenience to ensure that all titles in the breadcrumbs now display uniformly.

    This is a temporary solution to address the issue promptly. Additionally, we are considering the possibility of introducing a mobile content zoom option to enhance usability.

    Thank you for your attention to this matter. We look forward to your confirmation that everything meets your expectations.

    Dear @ziga32,

    We hope this message finds you well. For a comprehensive understanding of AJAX, we invite you to visit the following link: [AJAX on Wikipedia](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ajax_(programming)). In essence, AJAX allows for parts of a webpage to update with new content without the need to refresh the entire page.

    Regarding the image stretching issue, the configuration typically involves adjusting the margin settings of the image widget. We attempted to implement this adjustment for you; however, it appears that your Content Delivery Network (CDN) is currently active, which may affect these changes. You may choose to try adjusting these settings yourself, or if you prefer, you can maintain the current display, which we find visually appealing as it is.

    Should you require further assistance or have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Dear @Tom,

    I hope this message finds you well. If the following result aligns with the solution you were seeking (https://prnt.sc/AHGUQK2N1GOi), you may adjust the size of the prices as described below:

    1. The size for the regular price can be set via this link: https://prnt.sc/tqo3NeX-_KbK
    2. The size for the MSRP area can be adjusted here: https://prnt.sc/gZ1TIO_gxP0Q

    Furthermore, if you prefer the price display methods on the Archive pages as shown here (https://prnt.sc/LABNkXIT2Ae8), these sizes can be configured in the Archive Products Editor:
    1. Regular price size is set here: https://prnt.sc/p6A9UudjzLzk
    2. The size for the MSRP area, set at 70% of the regular price size, can be adjusted here: https://prnt.sc/knzbpMNlFjV3

    In both cases we provided you the options where you can manually increase/descrease sizes according to your needs. Take your time in making the perfect ones.

    Dear @Daniel,

    I hope this message finds you well. We have noticed that you are currently using the Single Product Builder to design the layout for your product. It is important to note that this method does not incorporate all the static hooks and filters typically included in the WooCommerce plugin code.

    Given this situation, we recommend reaching out directly to the author of the WooCommerce Bulk Discount plugin for guidance. They are likely to have relevant solutions or may even offer a specific widget that facilitates the display of information within the product content on a Single Product page created with the Elementor builder.

    Should you require any further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Dear @Plethora,

    I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to inquire whether you have had the opportunity to implement the recommendations we previously discussed regarding your website’s performance issues.

    Could you please confirm if you have examined the console on the affected pages? It appears that numerous errors stemming from the LiteSpeed plugin are contributing to the slow loading times. Adjusting the settings within this plugin should help address these errors.

    Additionally, I would recommend revisiting the analytic details we provided earlier. It is crucial to ensure that these are accurately configured, as they also play a significant role in enhancing site speed across various pages.

    Thank you for your attention to these matters. Please do not hesitate to reach out if you require further assistance or clarification.

    Dear @Drishti,

    I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to address the issues you’ve encountered with the rendering styles on your Single Product page, specifically concerning the default Elementor rating widget.

    1. To resolve the display inconsistency, we have implemented a custom CSS snippet that ensures the ratings are displayed correctly. You can view and implement the snippet from the following link: https://prnt.sc/mAMQAKEGaLhy. Here is the code for your reference:

    .elementor-widget-rating .e-rating-wrapper {
        display: flex;
    }

    Additionally, it is important to note that the current setup uses a static “ghost rating” for each product, which consistently shows 5 stars. We recommend switching to the Product Rating widget, which dynamically displays the actual rating of the current product. This change will enhance the authenticity and reliability of your product reviews.

    2. We have also updated the settings to disable the display of variation values next to their labels. You can review this adjustment here: https://prnt.sc/m7vdqENNb7xI.

    Should you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Dear @Verno,

    We hope this message finds you well. After reviewing the results, we regret to inform you that we currently do not have a ready-made solution available. As you may be aware, we cannot guarantee full compatibility with all existing plugins due to the vast number of options available. However, we always welcome attempts to integrate different solutions.

    Regarding the specific plugin you are using, it is important to note that it is not included in our theme package and is not built into our theme. This indicates that additional customization may be necessary for your unique case.

    To address this, we invite you to submit a topic on our customization panel at https://www.8theme.com/account/#etheme_customization_panel. This platform will allow you to discuss your issue in detail, and our developers will endeavor to find the most suitable solution for your situation.

    Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

    Dear @Tom,

    I hope this message finds you well. If you are looking to modify the label in your price display, you may find the following solution helpful: https://prnt.sc/RQ1n94YSjYkm. Implementing this change will result in the label size being decreased while the size of main price can be increased in settings of that widget, as shown here: https://prnt.sc/Kj9z_vOAZLYd. The necessary code to achieve this adjustment is provided below:

    selector .price label {
        font-size: 14px;
    }

    Additionally, it appears that your requirements may necessitate further customization beyond our standard support scope. We kindly ask that you submit a request for additional customization at your earliest convenience. Dear @Oliver Theiß,

    We wish to inform you that we have identified a bug affecting the display of the Waitlist for product variations on your website. This issue was due to some WooCommerce filters not functioning correctly with certain plugins installed on your web-site.

    As of now, the waitlist functionality for product variations is temporarily unavailable. We have documented this bug found on your web-site and have implemented a fix in the following file: plugins/et-core-plugin/packages/xstore-waitlist/xstore-waitlist.php. Additionally, the waitlist request button for product variations has been disabled on your site, and the resolution will be included in the forthcoming update so you won’t lose changes we made.

    Should you require this functionality, we kindly invite you to cast your vote for this feature request at the following link: https://8theme.upvoty.com/b/xstore/waitlist/.

    We appreciate your understanding and thank you for inadvertently helping us identify this issue through the idea of incorrect translations, which led to the discovery of the bug affecting the popup display for product variations in some unique cases.

    Dear @Ziad Hussein,

    I hope this message finds you well. We have reviewed your inquiry regarding the missing files and would like to provide some clarification.

    The files in question are associated with the Elementor plugin, not the XStore theme. Should you choose to switch to a different theme, such as Storefront, it is likely that you will encounter the same issue. This suggests that the problem is not related to our theme but may be due to the recent updates to the Elementor plugin or possibly a server issue on your end.

    Please note that our support team is dedicated to assisting with issues directly related to the XStore project. For issues that fall outside this scope, such as the one you are experiencing, we recommend conducting a test using a default theme to verify the problem. If the issue persists even with the default theme, we advise you to reach out to the Elementor support forums for further assistance.

    Also, we found similar issue posted on W3Total cache plugin forums -> https://wordpress.org/support/topic/elementor-pages-show-unstyled-without-any-css/.

    Dear @ziga32,

    I hope this message finds you well.

    We have noticed that the section we recently configured for you has been removed, and only the previously built section, which is non-functional with AJAX, remains. Our team had implemented this section using a simple image widget with dynamic src based on category, whereas your original section utilizes a background image type. Currently, only the section with a dynamic background from the category image appears to be displayed.

    For testing purposes, we had initially left two sections on your site. The section we developed was tested with AJAX and was functioning correctly at that time.

    Could you please confirm if the deletion was intentional, or if there are any specific modifications you require? We are here to assist you in resolving any issues or to reinstate the functional section if needed. Also, if you are able to install the backup of such section it would be beneficial for re-testing needs.

    Hello @Tom

    You can try to add next custom CSS to Theme Options -> Theme Custom CSS -> Global CSS:

    .et-quick-view-wrapper .shop_attributes {
        --items-v-gap: 6px;
    }

    .et-quick-view-canvas.et-off-canvas .et-content {

    }

    Dear @ziga32,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    Should you wish to incorporate the AJAX filters technique, we recommend retaining the second section we crafted. In our assessment, maintaining the second section would be advantageous, as it offers greater usability across various scenarios—including the potential deactivation of the AJAX filters. This option also presents more benefits compared to the first section, which does not integrate as seamlessly with the AJAX filters.

    We trust this recommendation aligns with your needs and enhances your store’s functionality.
