How can I add the government taxt in this ??
When clients get the email and order..
I want the “fee” to stand…inn Norway its 25% … so I need to have that on the order…
Dear @henrik,
I hope this message finds you well. Could you kindly verify whether the text in question is included in the default email templates when our Email builder is not activated? Additionally, we are interested in knowing which plugin is utilized for this purpose. If it involves a separate plugin rather than the default functionality of WooCommerce, could you please reach out to their support team to inquire about the solutions they offer, or possibly request any specific shortcodes to be added to our list, which can be found here: https://prnt.sc/7i7tocV4HVWc.
Thank you for your assistance.
Best regards,
Jack Richardson

I cant click on the content … in my end on firefox.. Have try chrome to.. then the page not working..
Hello @henrik
Could you please, clearify what do you mean by “I cant click on the content…” ? Because, previously we had few questions for you that seems to be skipped and non-answered. Also, please provide us the video to undestand the issue you currently have from your side.
Kind regards, Jack Richardson
still dont working…
I cant click on the content.. then here is no “place” i can add the tax code..
Dear @Henrik,
I hope this message finds you well. To assist you effectively with the issue you are experiencing, we kindly request that you clear your browser’s cache and then verify if the problem persists.
Additionally, we had previously requested a video to better understand the issue at hand. It appears that we have not yet received this, and we would greatly appreciate it if you could provide it at your earliest convenience.
Please be advised that communication should be conducted via official email rather than through the editor. This is important as the editor may not display all components correctly during template construction.
Should you require further assistance with incorporating a custom tax code using specific plugins, we encourage you to seek advice or request the necessary shortcodes from the plugin providers. Furthermore, we offer a WC Hook element that can be integrated into your email template for enhanced functionality.
Thank you for your attention to these matters. We look forward to your response and are here to assist you with any additional queries you might have.
Best regards,
Jack Richardson

I will share video.
in the video. there is no “tax” on the email I got..
its just showing the tax on the online store webpage 🙂
Dear @henrik,
I hope this message finds you well. Could you kindly verify whether the tax information is displayed correctly when using the default email settings, as opposed to when our Email Builder is active? If the information appears correctly with the default settings, we will forward your request to our development team for further investigation and resolution. However, if the default email settings also fail to display the information correctly, we would recommend that you contact the WooCommerce support team regarding this issue.
Please proceed by placing a test order using the default email settings and share a screenshot of the outcome with us. This will help us ensure the accuracy of the results you obtain.
Thank you for your cooperation.
Best regards,
Jack Richardson

hi
it works just fine on the standard woocommerce template yes 🙂
There is no problem there.
##
the choice with tax does not show in the xstore template.
Hello @henrik
Could you please, provide us the correct wp-admin access to your web-site so we could check the settings of your email template ? Also, if you could share the url for such template it would be much easier for us to check the correct one.
Kind regards, Jack Richardson
yes.
its all the order..
but this is the layout..
image so you can se.
Dear @henrik,
We’ve applied the HOTFIX to you website and now the tax is included on total of order:
The edit file is: /wp-content/plugins/et-core-plugin/packages/woocommerce-email-template-customizer/includes/email-render.php line 391
– Old code:
$total_html .= "<td valign='top' class='viwec-mobile-50' style='{$el_style}{$right_style}'>{$this->order->get_formatted_order_total()}</td></tr>";
– New code:
$total_html .= "<td valign='top' class='viwec-mobile-50' style='{$el_style}{$right_style}'>{$this->order->get_formatted_order_total('incl')}</td></tr>";
