    Hello,

My website have been working normally, and I haven’t done any major adjustments recently except using cloudflare which has been for about 2 weeks now. Suddenly today Its not loading some css files which is causing the website to look all messed up.

I have disabled cloudflare, deactivated w3 total cache completely, cleared all cache on w3 total cache and cloudflare but still nothing.

Files is visible for topic creator and

all css files inside /wp-content/uploads/elementor/css are suddenly gone. I downloaded the latest backup from yesterday and checked the same directory and found all the files. Any idea what got them deleted today?

    Dear @Ziad Hussein,

I hope this message finds you well. We have reviewed your inquiry regarding the missing files and would like to provide some clarification.

The files in question are associated with the Elementor plugin, not the XStore theme. Should you choose to switch to a different theme, such as Storefront, it is likely that you will encounter the same issue. This suggests that the problem is not related to our theme but may be due to the recent updates to the Elementor plugin or possibly a server issue on your end.

Please note that our support team is dedicated to assisting with issues directly related to the XStore project. For issues that fall outside this scope, such as the one you are experiencing, we recommend conducting a test using a default theme to verify the problem. If the issue persists even with the default theme, we advise you to reach out to the Elementor support forums for further assistance.

Also, we found similar issue posted on W3Total cache plugin forums -> https://wordpress.org/support/topic/elementor-pages-show-unstyled-without-any-css/.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

    Best Regards,
    Jack Richardson
