    Dear @Rodlens Hora,

We regret to inform you that it is not feasible to achieve an optimal design for a vertical gallery with varying image sizes. Given the diverse dimensions of the images in your carousel and the added video thumbnail, we recommend switching to a horizontal gallery layout for your single product pages.

Would it be convenient for you to modify your gallery settings to a horizontal format? You can make this adjustment in the settings of the Single Product Page at this link: https://prnt.sc/-EOcME3Tg-8e. Unfortunately, this is the only viable solution to ensure your content is displayed correctly.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you need further assistance or have any questions.

    Dear @Tommy,

    1. We would like to inform you that currently, there are no options available for modifying the Mobile Panel via Elementor, as this area is configured within the Theme Options. The existing design is both aesthetically pleasing and compliant with UI/UX standards. To date, we have not received any requests for reconfiguration of the Mobile Panel from our customers. However, you are welcome to customize the design using a few lines of CSS or by submitting a request on our Future Requests Taskboard.

    2. It is important to note that while we strive to accommodate all suggestions, we are unable to implement each one. However, we have adopted many enhancements that we believe are beneficial for our customers. You can view these updates here: https://www.8theme.com/topic/terrible-styled-mini-cart-in-website-out-of-the-box/#post-417277. Should you wish for us to enhance our Elementor menu widgets with the options you have proposed, please submit your request at https://www.8theme.com/roadmap/. We will assess the popularity of these suggestions based on user votes.

    3. We are pleased to confirm that improvements to our Elementor Mobile Menu Widget will be included in the next update, as previously discussed in your request found here: https://www.8theme.com/topic/terrible-styled-mini-cart-in-website-out-of-the-box/#post-417277.

Please refrain from duplicating your questions to ensure efficient communication.

    Dear @alexmdm89,

We hope this message finds you well. We have conducted a thorough review of your website and are pleased to inform you that we found no issues at present. Additionally, we have verified that the XStore Core plugin has retained its original name and is functioning correctly, as evidenced by the accurate results displayed on the frontend.

Should you encounter any problems, please do not hesitate to provide us with the URL of the affected page along with screenshots depicting the issue. This will assist us in addressing your concerns more effectively.

Furthermore, we kindly urge you to review the server requirements outlined in the XStore Control Panel. Ensuring that your server settings meet these specifications is crucial for optimal website performance.

It may be beneficial for you to temporary downgrade or upgrade the PHP versions because sometimes not all plugins on web-site are working correctly with the most modern version of PHP.

Thank you for your attention to these matters. We look forward to continuing to support your online endeavors.

    Hello @Chris0483

Please note, the marquee widget may not perform optimally on responsive devices, and currently, there are no perfect solutions to rectify this except for making the font-sizes for each devices. We recommend considering an alternative widget, such as Carousel Anything, or opting to hide the marquee widget and display another suitable for smaller devices only.

    Dear @Wolfsweb,

I hope this message finds you well.

We understand that modern hosting servers are equipped to log errors for the websites they manage. We recommend reaching out to your hosting provider’s support team to access these logs, as they will be best positioned to assist you with this request.

Upon reviewing several pages of your website, we did not encounter any visible issues. However, if the debugging process requires specific actions on your part or necessitates accessing particular URLs, please provide detailed instructions on how to replicate the issue you are experiencing.

Additionally, it is important to note that the plugin in question is not integrated into our theme. Consequently, we are unable to implement modifications or corrections to the plugin’s code. Nevertheless, we are more than willing to investigate the underlying causes of the issues you are facing with the plugin.

    Hello @Wolfsweb,

Thank you for reaching out to us with your concern.

We appreciate you providing the details and for conducting the initial troubleshooting to identify the plugin causing the problem. To assist you further, we will need to examine the specific error messages and logs that are generated when the server issue occurs. This will help us pinpoint the exact cause and provide a more effective solution.

Could you please provide us with the error logs from your server? You can usually find these in your hosting control panel or by contacting your hosting provider. Also, you should have all plugins updated because it is secury vital.

Once we have this information, our technical team will take a closer look and work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Thank you for your cooperation and patience. We look forward to resolving this issue for you promptly.

    Dear @EmporioWeb,

We hope this message finds you well. We would like to inform you that the custom snippet we previously discussed will not be included in the upcoming update. This decision was made because the snippet was designed specifically for your unique requirements, and we have not received similar requests from other clients.

Currently, there is no straightforward method to display labels based on specific colors alone. Should you require this feature on your website, we kindly ask you to submit a request for additional customization. Please note that this type of request falls outside our standard support scope. Dear @Ricardo,

We hope this message finds you well. We have reviewed the issue you reported and determined that it is primarily related to the browser cache of the users whose screens you are monitoring. This issue is not directly associated with our theme.

To address this, we recommend activating a cache plugin that consolidates styles and scripts into new files that have not been previously cached. This should not only resolve the issue but also enhance the loading speed for your clients.

Additionally, as previously suggested, we advise you to regenerate the CSS using the Elementor plugin tools. You can find detailed instructions on how to do this at: https://elementor.com/help/regenerate-css-data/. This step may further assist in resolving the issue.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. Should you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Dear @Drishti,

    1. We are pleased to inform you that you have the option to activate the customization feature for your dashboard page. You can either create a static block to display your preferred content or use an Elementor saved template, which can be selected in the My Account widget settings. For further details, please visit: https://prnt.sc/4KIWvInBK66I.

    2. We value your innovative ideas and encourage you to submit them on our future taskboard at https://www.8theme.com/roadmap/. We will monitor the popularity of your request based on votes from other clients. Additionally, should you require specialized customization beyond the standard options, you may request paid services at https://www.8theme.com/account/#etheme_customization_panel. Alternatively, you may consider writing custom CSS to achieve the desired design for the order table.

    3. While we do not have a ready-made solution for your specific request, we recommend reviewing a related topic where a similar implementation was achieved by another customer using certain snippets and workarounds. You can find this discussion at https://www.8theme.com/topic/mobile-sidebar-area-only-woocommerce-myaccount-navigation-display/.

Please note that unique customizations fall outside our standard support scope. If you require bespoke modifications to your website, we invite you to submit a customization request via https://www.8theme.com/account/#etheme_customization_panel.

    Dear @creatoys,

We hope this message finds you well. We understand that you have previously utilized a separate plugin for wishlist functionality and are now considering importing this data into our built-in wishlist database table. To proceed with this, we recommend consulting with your developers or hosting provider for technical assistance. While we are able to provide information regarding the storage location of wishlist items, the actual migration process or any necessary customization falls under the responsibility of your technical team.

For logged-in customers, wishlist items are stored in the user meta_key under the name ‘xstore_wishlist’. You can view the details here: https://prnt.sc/QpSKW_GFDUbk. Typically, this data is housed in a table named ‘wp_usermeta’, although the prefix may vary depending on the initial configuration settings of your WordPress installation.

For users who are not logged in, wishlist data is retained solely in the cookies of the customer’s browser. Considering this, it may be advantageous to continue using the existing plugin if it offers additional features for managing wishlist functionality. Nevertheless, we strongly advise you to evaluate the benefits and drawbacks of such a migration with your developers before making a decision.

Should you require further information or assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Dear @Tommy,

Thank you for sharing your valuable insights regarding the implementation of specific features within our theme. We truly appreciate your feedback as it helps us enhance our offerings.

    1. We are pleased to inform you that we will be incorporating several improvements in our next update, including separators between menu items as per your suggestion. You can preview the expected outcome here: https://prnt.sc/HYdVpGyeO9ml.

2-3. Regarding the customization of the WordPress-created menu in the mobile menu settings, please access the selected menu through your dashboard panel. Upon selecting any menu item, you will find options to add a custom icon for each item here: https://prnt.sc/yeFnipPaLGba. You can also specify the icon value, which is available on our xstore-icons page: https://xstore.8theme.com/xstore-icons. Additionally, there is an option to choose labels for each menu item, as shown here: https://prnt.sc/Bm_oM0B6koXL. The anticipated result can be viewed here: https://prnt.sc/8Z1adXgj0sD6.

    4. The issue you highlighted will be addressed in the forthcoming update.

Please note: All design improvements have been made with careful consideration of our existing customers, ensuring that we maintain our commitment to delivering a clean and modern aesthetic without the use of heavy or overly complex elements, such as those present in the screenshots you have provided as an example.

We are grateful for your feedback and continued support. Should you have any more suggestions or require further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Dear @Tommy,

Thank you for sharing your thoughts regarding the implementation of a separate option for specific needs within our theme. We appreciate your insight and would like to inform you that we had previously considered this idea. We are pleased to confirm that this option will be included in the upcoming theme update. Once available, you will be able to access it under Theme Options at https://prnt.sc/WEy74J59PrO7.

Regarding your comment about the lack of requests for this feature, we must clarify that we have received a few inquiries. These were successfully addressed with a simple one-line filter added to the child-theme/functions.php, as detailed in our forum post https://www.8theme.com/topic/making-that-the-product-badge-new-displays-only-on-new-products-not-on-modified-ones/#post-361981. Additionally, we received a request for this feature just a few days ago, indicating that while it may not have been critical, it was indeed necessary for those who requested it. These customers were satisfied with the solution by custom filter provided.

We are grateful for your dedication to thoroughly testing our theme, a level of engagement that not many customers reach. Rest assured, the feature you mentioned will be incorporated in the next update. However, if you need this feature urgently, please provide the correct wp-admin and FTP details of your website, and we will upload the files that have been modified to implement this option correctly.

Thank you once again for your valuable feedback and for your continued support.

    Dear @Jefferson Lee,

I hope this message finds you well. We have previously requested user login access that would enable us to review the order table and provide an appropriate solution. Currently, the login credentials we possess do not display any orders on the “My Account” page, as evidenced here: https://prnt.sc/N4IMZcY7RmzT.

If it is not feasible for you to provide the requested access, we recommend implementing the following custom CSS solution. Please navigate to Theme Options, select Theme Custom CSS, and then insert this code under Global CSS:

    .my_account_orders th {
        vertical-align: middle;
    }

This adjustment should correct the alignment issues within the table.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. We look forward to your prompt response.

    Dear @creatoys,
